Great customer service. Jose Yanez was quick to assist me and answer my questions. When picking up my Atlas, Mr. Jorge Gonzalez (Service Manager), reviewed the services my car received plus also answered a few questions I had regarding my vehicle. Overall great experience.

Awesome quick service. Enoc helped me out and communicated very well. Even told me about issues I didn t take the car in for. And not like the other places that push some maintenance you don t need. He just commented, on something important. (A tire). Recommend you do your service here.

First time getting my oil change in the mission area. Let s just say I m glad I did, I had excellent service from the girl up front. She made my experience want to come back from how fast I was taken care of. Great job Ms. Cynthia

I called the Service Department early morning and asked how long I should expect the 10k service to take to determine if I needed to plan to drop it off or if I should plan to wait. The young lady that answered the phone said that they had an opening at 10am for that morning and told me that it would take between an hour and an hour and a half. When my mom and I arrived at the dealership we were helped by a lady named Cynthia who was SUPER helpful and very customer focused. They took our car in and after about 45 minutes she came to the waiting area where we were sitting and told us they were done with the oil change and were starting the tire rotation so just a few more minutes and we should be on our way. Sure enough, about 20 minutes later, Cynthia walked the keys over to us along with the paperwork saying they were done. Great experience as it was our first time getting our vehicle serviced at this location. We ll definitely be back again. Superb Customer Service!!Service: Oil change

Poor communication. Didn't call when they said they would and the service advisor told me she never got a message from the receptionist, who assured me she conveyed my call requests. A whole week to get my car repaired.

Worst customer service I have ever had from a dealership. Went here for an oil change as our Outlander is still on warranty. Not greeted and had to look for an advisor. Once processed we waited for 1 1/2 hours and then went looking for our vehicle. It was in the parking lot. Went to find our service rep and he had gone for lunch. Another service rep processed the $100 for an oil change!!!! She had no idea how long our car was sitting in the parking lot.No sorry or explanation.Went back into the main area to express my discontent. Was told told to go and see the Service Manager. He was gone and his office locked.If you have other options, go there!It'll be less expensive and the I am sure the customer relations will exceed the one star I give this dealership.

Told service member I had an appointment for 9am for a check engine light and oil change and she didn t check to see if I had an appointment. It took til 4pm to get my oil changed and was told to bring my car back some other day for the check engine light. I told her the whole reason for the appointment was the check engine light but they just took two months to see my car so I had to call and let them know i was going to need an oil change also and if I leave and come back they would make me set another appointment and wait another month. After speaking with the service manager they ran the diagnostic. I finally got my car back at 5:30pm after having a 9am appointment. I need my car for my sales job so not having my car that long costs me money. Definitely would not recommend based on service. Staff is rude, unprofessional, and unmotivated

I was charged $165.00 ft or a tire rotation and balancing. I was blown away the price for tire and rotation. I am really thinking of changing vehicle brand from Volkswagen. I called and spoke with someone about and they were supposed to get back with me but they never returned the call. I am truly blown away by this. I was trying to activate my windshield insurance on my wife s car, and I went nowhere when dealing with the people in the service department. 1st: I was given a number for me to call and no one answered. 2. I took some time off work to ask about warranty, and I was told I had to do the leg work in regards to it, so I did. Called insurance, provided images, and got work order. 3. I provided the work order for the service department, for them to provide insurance with a quote, and they never did.4. When I called the person in charge of my work order, he told me I should text him, so I did. That still went nowhere. I went back and forth with him only to have him not submit anything. In all, my wife drove for about a month while I tried to get his issue resolved. In the end and with the advice of the insurance, I went somewhere else. Within a week my issue had been resolved and my wife was happy. Very bad service. I was unable to rate the service department with zero stars. I do not recommend this dealership.

Took my wife s 2023 VW Atlas for service (oil change, brake noise, and radio problems). No problem with oil change but the brakes and the radio problem still the same they didn t fix anything. They claim that they can t do anything because there s still no re-call for both of the problems. We bought a brand new vehicle so we wouldn t have problems, but that s all we re having with VW. Will not recommend any VW vehicles to anybody.

It took 6 days for an oil change. And an ignition switch that needed to be changed. I could never get in touch with my service advisor. On Monday, when I called numerous times I got ahold of him after that. Never saw him again even to pay the bill.

I bought 38K before we signed papers I checked the tires and both of the front tires were so in bad condition. So they promised they were going to put new ones and waited 2 days cause they said they had ordered them. So today I took the car so they can put the new tires and fix the engine light of the car. But what happened when we picked up the vehicle in the afternoon I saw that they weren t new they put used tires. They are good tires but they are not brand new as they promised. That s why I qualify the service like a dishonest and not ethical.Service: Tires

Took my vehicle for an oil change, but they needed to do an oil consumption test and told me they would have to keep my vehicle for 3 days! I told them I had no other way of moving around, I work and I have a 1 year old, finally after begging them because they didn t have any loaners, they said they would have it the next day.I had to beg for them to have my vehicle the next day.

Always take forever. Today I was told it would be fast because it was just a few people. It was a lie. Usually the maintenance takes 3-4 hrs, today was almost 3 hrs just for an oil change. Wow what a difference.

While shopping for a vehicle, I visited many dealerships, but Payne dealership salesman treated us with the utmost respect. Ben did an exceptional job in getting us what we were looking for. Aside from being courteous, he was very knowledgeable and knew a great deal about the Volkswagen Cross Sport.
