I went to j&d collision to fix a huge repair and it was a fabulous job! Extremely happy with the outcome of my paint. My truck is running great definitely going back if I ever need anything done on my vehicle.

I have always trusted J&D Collision to do any type of work to my personal vehicles and fleet vehicles. Service has been amazing, communication is top notch as well. Hector has always shown his expertise in doing estimates and going above and beyond to deliver the best service and vehicle repairs as possible. My fleet cars are always out at the time he initially states they will be or if there is any sort of inconvenience he makes sure to give me a call to let me know of what is going on with my vehicle. I know exactly what s is going on at all times to which I truly appreciate. He makes sure any details are taken care of before he I pick up any of the vehicles I leave. Over all, I d truly recommend J&D for any vehicle repairs because I have nothing but good experiences with them and Mr. Hector as well. He is very knowledgeable with his job and customer service is superb!

I had my Ford explorer fixed, was given a reasonable estimate. There were minor kinks during the repair, however it was resolved appropriately. Ale did a great job in coordinating and facilitating it. Great job.

If I could, I would rate them 0 stars! Unfortunately I referred my friend to this location because in the past they repaired my two vehicles in less than a month. However this past experience with my friend s car was the worst!The vehicle was dropped off at this location in June 2023. I was told it would be a few weeks for repair and I would get updates. I had to call constantly as no one could give me a straight answer. I was told the parts were ordered but the vehicle was not fixed. In September I was told the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving I noticed the rim which was suppose to be replaced was still damaged. The paint on the vehicle had more damage than when I took it in. In addition, the battery on the vehicle was completely dead. They had to jump start it to make it start. I was asked if I wanted them to order a new rim and to fix the damage their facility made to the paint. I was told this would take about a week.During this time I followed up every week sometimes calling twice a week. I was told they couldn t find my vehicle. (My vehicle has gps I was able to track it to their facility) I was then told the parts hadn t been ordered yet. On 9/28 I called for an update as it had been about 3 weeks. Receptionist, Melissa would hang up, put me on hold or transfer me to other departments without telling me. At one point I had to call from a different phone as they were not picking up my calls. Melissa answered and I told her to stop hanging up on me or transferring me, she sounded annoyed. I asked her to get someone who could give me a clear explanation on my vehicles repairs. I was transferred to Rick who explained the paint on the vehicle was not to his liking and the rim was also not what they had ordered. He offered to update me in a week. I was called by Rick on 10/6 to let me know my vehicle was ready. Upon arrival I noticed the rim was still with scratches. At that point I didn t feel like arguing anymore as I know my vehicle would probably be there another month. I was also informed my vehicle was not going to start as the battery was dead.Not only did I have to wait 5 months to get my vehicle repaired I also had to spent $200 for a new battery due to their negligence and not unplugging the battery. I was very unsatisfied with their job and professionalism. On the day of pickup, I asked the receptionist for her name and she rudely answered, Melissa and asked why? In my opinion, you are the first face customers and potential customers see when the walk into the business; at least smile and act more enthusiastic. Another couple was there outside with your worker Ale and were complaining to her about Melissa. We overhead them state that the receptionist wouldn t transfer their calls and/or hang up on them.In my opinion Ale went and beyond to help get our vehicle started with the battery booster and answered all of our questions. She also helped me with my own car and trying to get it scheduled for a paint imperfection that I will have to take in at a later time. Hopefully they don t take 5 months to fix too. Ale I give you Five stars.

Horrible job fixing my 1995 Miata. When I was crashed into, the other party didn't have insurance so I had to go get the car fixed myself. After choosing J&D I won't be going back ever. I was told the car would be ready by the time I had to move to San Antonio and it wasn't. After they passed that deadline, I told them to take the time they need to fix it right. After getting the car back, I was thoroughly disappointed. I was told the reason why it was taking so long was because they were ordering brand new parts for the car, but after inspecting it myself, used parts were still used. The light bracket that was SMASHED in the crash just got bent back into shape and reused, but charged as if it was new. The pop up motor was also said to be new, but it was very clearly a used part. I'm not against used parts, so long as they work, but don't lie to my face and say they're new. In addition, the headlight that was repaired was never adjusted and I had to adjust it myself as it was blinding other drivers. Finally, the bracket for the pop up assembly was left unpainted and unprotected, and now I have to worry about rust in the future. What bothers me the most is the lies and the lack of communication. If you can, go somewhere else, unless you want to be disappointed.

My vehicle was hit at the end of last year, the person at fault had insurance, they sent me to this spot.Left it there a couple days after having to make a reservation with them, told them my main concern was to get my trunk, taillights, and bumper fixed up. Didn t really need work done up front or anywhere else. (I was rear ended)Couple days passed by only for them to call me back offering me $1,400 or something saying my vehicle was Totaled , (My car still runs, cold AC, no leaks or problems) I decline their offer, I then have to pay a buy back fee to get my vehicle back, and by the time I got there to pick up my vehicle my entire front bumper was gone, so I still had to wait for them to put it all back together.They hadn t even touched the back end where the hit actually was, all they did was take off my front bumper, shuffle my stuff around and left circles of marker all over my carNot a fun experience, I wouldn t recommend it.The other persons insurance was also Geico.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car to them after i rear ended someone in traffic & while they did an ok job replacing the front bumper i still have multiple issues left to pay out of pocket because they didn t include it on the estimate. I m not sure why things were not included in the estimate when they are listed on the website.They charged my insurance claim $4000 (including deductible) just to remove & reset my front bumper.My AC was not functioning after the accident and they just told me it wasn t related even tho it worked fine before the accident . i don t know if they even checked it out but it was not included in the estimate presented to my adjuster.i had to pay $300 out of pocket to have the compressor replaced.Per Andy, they also don t service transmissions even tho they have it listed as a service. My transmission has been failing because it needs a new belt after my car accident.Once again, i will have to pay for this out of pocket even tho i had an insurance claim.Andy volunteered to give me a number for a transmission mechanic they work with closely but i called a handful of times asking for the number & was given the run around.They also removed & replaced my front bumper in a timely manner however it was not reset correctly so there is a gap between my headlights & the bumper. i asked if they could redo it and they said it d have to be in the shop another week which i couldn t do since my insurance was not covering my rental anymore.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto body & trim replacement

They did a great job on my Ford F150! I would definitely recommend their service. Adan told me they would have my truck ready in a week and he delivered on his word. My truck looks like it was never crashed in the first place. Luciano also was very attentive and professional. Overall great service!

Am using them for a Geico express service center repair. So far worst decision ever. My 2016 Toyota landcruiser has been at their shop currently for 16 days for a replacement of the rear bumper, repaint it, balance and alignment. First bumper supposedly had a defect, second bumper was painted using a color that is not even offered for the year of my suv, initially they attempted to say the variance is due to the bumper being plastic however the front bumper is also plastic and matches perfectly. In my opinion they did not use the VIN to obtain the correct color and attempted to paint a blizzard pearl white suv with a super white bumper. Clearly it was 2 obvious shades of white. They finally fixed their mistake and admitted to not using the VIN to get the correct color. On my second attempt to pick up my suv, they did not replace 2 deformed plastic clips where the collision occured, so this time the side of the bumper didn't align correctly like the opposite side. I personally will not be using this shop ever again even though they are affiliated with Geico. Hopefully I will receive my vehicle today with a proper bumper replacement as this is completely unacceptable to be out of a suv for more than 2 weeks and the only thing they replaced is one bumper.

Front desk man Luciano was amazing as far as answering question and follow ups. Behind him everything sucked. Very unsatified . Messed with parts that didn t have anything to do with the crashes area. Took off a part from window and that wasn t necessary and just pasted nasty w some grey glue !!!!! Very sh*** job!!!!Had to take it 3 TIMES!!!!!for the alignment!!!!!!!very very disappointed . Took it in good faith they would fix and didn t. Very unsafe for my family. .
