I want to thank Collision Worx of Mission for an outstanding job done on my Ford P/U. I want to thank Basilio for facilitating the job and putting a BIG smile on my face. My truck was left in fabulous condition, both inside and out. There were three persons inside the office that treated me like royalty. They too were very professional. I peaked inside of the working area which was clean and with equipment that other shops don't have to work with. This place will make you smile and admire the outstanding work done on your vehicle. Take the drive and put a smile back on your face after what happened to your vehicle. Thank you Basilio!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this repair shop, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff, particularly Cesar, were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Cesar went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved quickly and effectively. The quality of their workmanship is truly unparalleled, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch service.

I took my Ford Fusion to get the rear end repaired (minor accident), and it came out excellent. The work done was above satisfactory. Cesar helped us out every step of the way, he even came out to clean dust off the car which was completely unexpected. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs work done. Thanks for everything.

This company doesn't even deserve a single star. By far, the WORSE company I've EVER dealt with in my life. Nearly 3 months for my vehicle to get semi repaired with nearly zero follow-up on the repairs. I ended up expending closed to $1800 in rental fees due to the lack of urgency on their work. Completely unacceptable for a company that claims to be "Infiniti repair center certified." Thousands of dollars paid to this company for them to not even finish the job. After multiple visits to their office, these people had the audacity to get mad at me for asking what was mine. A complaint was filed directly with Infiniti as well as with the BBB. The staff had "zero" accountability for their actions. I chose this shop becauseof the reviews of others and the extensive research I did on the shop, but it ended up biting me at the rear end. "Certified Collisions Shops" don't mean absolutely anything nowadays. Potential customers BE AWARE of this company. If you don't mind having you vehicle sit there for months on end, with okay work, then go right ahead. I will continue to advocate for those customers who deserve accountability from those companies who they're getting service from.

Unfortunately, after being struck by another vehicle, I had to have my vehicle repaired. While the process took longer than I had hoped (approx. 8 weeks), I realize Collision Worx was having to deal with parts shortages and a horrible insurance provider. Overall, my vehicle is back to a great condition and is running well, and I appreciate the hard work that went into my vehicle. Big thank you to Cesar and Bri for always being helpful when I stopped by.

I had hail damage throughout almost my entire 2019 Toyota Tundra repaired. The work Collision Worx did was excellent, and the support and feedback from Cesar Mendez, the shop s estimator was outstanding!!!! I would recommend Collision Worx to anyone without any reservations.

Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. All my questions and concerns were answered, went above and beyond of what was expected. The repairs were done in a timely manner and i was updated to the progress on he vehicle. Highly recommend this place. Thanks to all the employees but specifically to Cesar for the help.

The job was amazing, the paint it match perfect and I can't tell where the damage was. Great job in blending and in the clear coat, just like factory. I recommend this shop for your paint and body work. I would bring my cars again if anything happen. Fair price and quick job. In the pictures the color are not the same but is due to the shade, but in person the color it matched perfect. Stop looking for body shop and visit this place. Service: Painting

I have been a customer since 2019 when it was a prior name but throughout the years I have always chosen to return to this shop because of the wonderful customer service. Everyone is so nice/helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you. One encounter was this year in 2023 w/ Mr Cesar; he is definitely 1 of the most knowledgeable, confident, trustworthy to work there. He assured me that he would assist me through the repair process and keep me informed & updated. The whole team in Mission is easily accessible and eager to help!! Recently this summer I referred a family member & was greeted by Cesar and Parish once again, best customer service ever! With that said - I highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. We had 85 mph straight line winds that too the roof & carport completely off. Doing so damaged my 2016 Dodge Ram. I have taken immaculate care of it and it had a very bright Red paint job that I wanted a good match for. Although it took a month for parts to arrive, Sarafin and his crew did an outstanding job of repairs, color matches and courtesy in doing so. This is a first class Collision center I would recommend to any meticulous owner in need of repairs.

Excellent attention to detail and well versed in his line of work. Cesar went out of his way to find out the problem with our Supercharged Mustang, which required an experienced technician.A+ Professionals!! Had them repair my ram 1500 after a collision. They did an amazing job and that's despite that I'm very picky after having bad experiences at several paint shops in the Valley. No runs, no specs in the paint, etc. Best of all they stuck to there timeline and I had my truck back in less than 10 days. These guys have an actual paint booth (unlike 99% of valley shops) and have the cleanest most organized shop I have seen. On top of all this they went the extra mile and buffed out a few scratches that weren't even in the collision area . Highly recommend!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Brought our Mercedes CLA 250 to get fixed and Collision Worx did not disappoint. They provided excellent customer service and did an awesome job on our car. They would call almost daily with an status update which I really appreciated as well.

Took my truck for hail damage in May, it s already august and I still haven t gotten my truck back. The completion date keeps getting pushed further and further back, I was supposed to have it back in June. It s a very big inconvenience
