Great customers service! Those who are looking for new/ used cars you can always go to Jesus hernandez, has positive attitude and great communication skills. He is there to help out customers to reach there goal with any type of credit wheather they have good credit or bad credit. I was very happy that jesus hernandez help me approve get an 2016 malibu had the car for little over 2 weeks the car is at 100% functional thank you and the staff!

So yesterday I went it looking for a another vehicle, I went in knowing what I wanted in my price range so my monthly payment can come out to what I wanted, I m not here to bash anyone so I m not throwing under the bus anyone or mentioning names, the salesman s where so helpful, we filtered out what we needed on the online inventory and this certain car came out , long story short i asked about it , evrything was positive and good, they took me to the other car lot down the street to test drive it , I was in love ! Well we sat down and only to come and tell me the price was wrong on the website and the monthly price went up , ugh I spent almost half a day there witch I m pretty sure they knew what was wrong they could have told me since the beginning, I really lost trust in this place and I felt disappointed especially because I got referred there by a good friend now I don t have a good to say about this place .

Very disappointed on the service bought a car June 17.Had to leave car due to front glass had to be replace.Took car home June 21 same day the light of service engine came on. I text the sales person Mart�nez and said to take it in. Took it next day and service said it was the gas cap that was not tight light came off right there. Drove it home and light came back on took it it back that same day and they told us they are not able to check it since they are busy. Took it next day left it for hours to just let us know its a sensor that they had to take it to the Nissan dealer for service.Went to pick it up and took it home for the weekend. The following Monday drop it off so they could take it to get it fixed was told same day the car was going to be ready. At the end of the day come to find the the parts have to be order and they should be in Friday. We asked if we could get loan car to drive in the meantime. They told they would work getting one that was Monday and today Friday 6/30. I went to the Nissan were I was told the car was and it was not there the. I called the other Nissan dealership and the car was there waiting for the parts to be approved to be ordered. So all this week nothing was done by this time my text are being ignored by sales person .So no car fixed no loaner car they don t care about there costumers they just want to sell and they forget to follow up on cars that they have already sold. So today I was told by the Manger he had to call Nissan for approval and they would get on it ASAP. I would not recommend this place they don t take one seriously. They just want to sell and that s all they care for. Well see how many more day until I get the car that I bought which has been in service more days than I ve had it.

Raul Mendoza was very kind and helpful in getting us everything we needed for our purchase and trade in. He was able to get us in and out within the day and found both cars my husband and i were looking for! All in all he was awesome! And everyone else who was helpful too in getting us a great deal!

I JUST purchased a lovely 2018 Honda Civic from Bert Ogden Mission Outlet. I had the pleasure of having Mr George Castillo assist my husband and I in finding the perfect car for us. Mr Castillo went out of his way to look for cars within our budget, low miles and economical as we requested and he came up with the perfect car. Now, having previously worked at a car dealership, I have seen many a people go in and spend hours finalizing the sale of the car they purchased. Not us! We were in and out in ONE HOUR! I d like to sincerely thank Mr Castillo and the rest of the staff for their utmost devotion to helping us at this time. If you too are looking to buy a car, I urge you to call them now! You will not regret it! Five stars and High Fives!

I went in to purchase my 3rd vehicle at this dealership and thinking i could trust them and hoping for a better deal this time around as promised i came back with salesman Jesus Porki Hernandez. I specifically had come for a certain car i had seen online listed at $19,988 and that same day Jesus and I saw it on his desktop as well for the same price. I also have a screenshot of the price. So we settled on a monthly payment with supposedly free extended warranty included and i signed the paperwork thinking i got a good deal. Two weeks later i receive my statement from Ally financial stating that the total is over $27,600 (fyi the car is a 2014). Turns out they changed the price of the car without telling me and put it at $21,980!! That s not all, the free warranty was also charged adding $4,000 more to the total! I messaged Jesus asking why the price was input wrong on my contract and he told me he would speak to his manager to see why. I waited for a response for days and nothing until i message again and he replied that there was service that hadn t been added and there s nothing they could do. Apparently the only thing they could do was offer me a measly free oil change and a tank of GAS! Wow and i told him i can t believe they d rather lose a customer than honor the price after having bought 2 other cars from them. I DO NOT recommend buying your vehicle here unless you want to get lied to and later find out they increased the price of the vehicle on your contract.

I am so happy with Mr Raul Mendoza he went out of his way to make my car purchase 100% recommended. He will do whatever it takes for you to be happy and find you the right car at the right price and the payment I never felt pressured by him gave me all the information I needed if you're looking for any vehicle yeah I bet. I'm so happy ask for Raul

My wife and I came in today to trade in our vehicle for a new one, and customer service was excellent. Very friendly and professional!. Raul mendoza took real great care of us and at the end of the day, we walked out with 2 amazing vehicles!

Most often people publish the bad, so I had to ensure these guys got credit. Jesus my salesman worked with me very patiently to make sure I walked out with the truck I always wanted. Mr. Castillo, the manager, very friendly with an open door policy. Mr. Cantu, in finance, put in the work to wrap up the best deal possible. These guys make you feel like family! I could not have asked for better service

I rarely leave a review. It is only in extreme cases really, either good or bad that I do take the time to convey my $.02. So it is with great gratitude that I take time today to put these thoughts down for the cosumption of others who may be condisering a purchse from Bert Ogden Auto Outlet here in Mission, TX. My experience was just outstanding. The entire crew I intracted with wether they were inolved in my purschae or not, were just so genuinely nice people! Talk about refresshing. I would give more than 5 stars but that is all I can give! My sales professional Jesus, was such a nice guy. Very pofressionaly, knowledgeable and personable. Trust me, he had the cards stacked against him with me as his customer. He put up with all my questions, offers and counter offers with a very gentle tact and I truly felt he was there to help me as much as he could within the limits imposed on him. The manager, George was also awesome as he too had to put up with my shrewd negotiation skills. He did consider my offers and countered with fair ones of his own and in the end crafted a deal that I and the dealhership could stomach. Once again, just a real nice fella! I never felt pressured by him or anyone there actually. Lastly, Joe the Finance Manager was also a complete gentleman, knowledgeable about his work and very effecient with the time he was helping me navigate the vast amount of paperwork required to purcahse a car. He has an excellent choice in music too! I just can not state it enough, but these guys were just so freakin nice and professional and I stress, "non pressuring"! I have zero reservations in recommending this dealership to any family or friends and to anyone I do not know. Have you every seen the show, Under Cover Boss? Well, if I was the boss under cover and these men were my employess, you better believe they would all be getting raises, vacations, promotions and the accolades they rightly deserve. They truly do reflect positively upon their company. So, I know this was lengtlhy and that should impress upon you, the reader just how impressed and enjoyable my experience was!

Had an excellent experience after hunting for a pickup for a few months finally found the perfect truck for me. The salesman Jesus helped me through the whole process of finding the vehicle to signing on the one I wanted. Got a great deal and a great truck so thank you to the Bert Ogden team and the guys at the mission outlet shoutout to porki for being a great salesman!

Purchased a vehicle on or about 5/15/21 . Tanya was the sales person, she did a gray job of selling us the car drove us to a restaurant to see the car because one of the other sales person took it to show it to another customer ( great job so far). We drove it back to the dealership we loved it and made an offer, however I asked for 3 things to be corrected before proceeding (car battery, key battery and camera). This is where things went south, George the manager , came back with a big smile on his face and was very friendly with me, had me sign an agreement that if He fixed the 3 items I would purchase the car, I agreed and signed off.I brought it back Monday like he asked to begin begin repairs, this time there was no more smiles or friendly staff l, I asked for a ride home, George said no one is available, you can wait and we ll take you home later ( mind you I had asked permission at work to do this).To make a long story short, a week went by I kept calling and texting Tanya for updates and was being ignored, Picked up car on a Saturday camera was fixed, battery for key had been ordered , battery in car was tested and George refused to change it gave me a piece of paper stating battery good .Finally I got a call yesterday from finance department that I needed to bring car back for state inspection and on, on .Definitely, terrible experience

When I was in need of a vehicle, Bert Ogden in Mission was where I found it.Raul Mendoza did what he could to get me into my favorite vehicle.My experience with Raul was really nice, I still communicate with him. I look to Raul for advice on vehicle information.I would definitely recommend Raul at Bert Ogden, and Bert Ogden in general.

Worst experience gave a down payment of 500 and never got it back. Felt pressured by salesman. By jesus. Manager was very rude. Didn't want to come up and solve problem. Never again buying a car there!Manager is george he gave me car back with no placas or estamillas car was all written.

Very disappointed with this dealership for an issue the dealership said would take care of then to wait for 2 weeks and no word. One week trying to find out what is happening each person I have spoke to has either said I will have someone call you back or this the the person I am suppose to speak to blah blah blah. So I take it no one wants to correct this issue and just pass it on to someone else horrible experience.

Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else absolutely by far the worst car buying experience I've ever had they will take your money and not honor anything they tell you. Trust me from experience go to any other dealership

Raul Mendoza was an excellent sales consultant highly recommended ask for him also the manager George Castillo was very helpful even went the whole 10 yards made us coffee and they all made us feel like family
