I was just at the Auto Zone in Mission on Conway, and I was looking for help in finding out what my car needed since it was throwing out smoke through the hood. Thankfully, an associate named Edward Cant� helped me out, he even helped me install the part. The service that he provided me was extremely careful, reliable, and reassuring while I was clearly very concerned, thank you so much for helping me Auto Zone!

I was just at the Auto Zone in Mission Tx on Conway and I needed help finding what my car needed...Adrian Cantu helped me find just the right cleaner for my sports car, I don't know anything about cars so he was super helpful, thanks! Will definitely be back for the excellent service!

Went earlier today, my vehicle stalled out on me especially with this cold weather we are having, went to get the CEL checked out, saw clear as day even with the recommendations printed out for me that my issue was a Mass Air Flow sensor, I ve had issues with the elderly employee working there, I ve got nothing against him, but the fact that he tried to sell me a purge valve when the CEL clearly said I needed a mass air flow sensor really means that he needs new training or not give recommendations other than what s on the paper they print

I had an employee by the name of Francisco and I'm handicap and I can't walk . Either way they will still assist you in any situation. But Fransisco was great help we even had a conversation that had nothing to do with his help . He assisted me with checking my oil, and help me purchase the oil and help me on putting the right amount that was needed. I also asked him "what he thought if he was in my situation which oil he would use". Just a simple question so I can choose what I thought besides the fact what I had already in mind that I was going to purchase. He was great help I gave this a 5 but I give him another 5 's .

Helpful staff, just got stuck waiting for a good 25 minutes while the person before me was helped since they only have one diagnostic tool. The guy printed out parts I possibly needed along with prices so I wouldn't be completely lost and be able to compare with mechanics. Definitely appreciated that, and he even recommended one that was at a good price .

If I could give Mr. Hector 20 stars I would. He was the associate that attended me today that I needed a new battery. I was having a pretty hectic evening and he turned it around with his great personality and fast service. He even offered me a chair because I mentioned it had been a long day at work for me. Definitely not many people with great customer service nowadays! Muchas gracias Sr. H�ctor!

Not very helpful. I was in the store approximately 7-10 minutes, never saw an associate. Went up the street to Napa, where I was greeted and assisted by a friendly store employee.

One of the best autozone there is in the valley. Better then the other places. Mangers and staff are very nice and the best customer service. So if i were u i would go to this place always. (Take my money xD)
