Extremely rude, had an emergency of a popped tire right of the Alamo rd exit, he was condescending and sarcastic. Saying do you know how long the road is ma am after I explicitly explained it was the 150A Alamo road exit in front of the starbucks, Acura, and Chili s. Not friendly or helpful.

DO NOT EVER USE. Charged a $1250 "Call Out Fee" for afterhours service Owner is extremely unfriendly and does not care about his customers. Would avoid AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Have done multiple tows and each one got worse. Last one he started yelling at us and cussed us out. Extremely unprofessional.

I have utilized this company twice. The first time it went smoothly. The second time, the person I talked to on the phone guaranteed a discount when I asked him "how much will it cost", I accepted his word for a fair price. When the tow arrived, the gentleman recognized me, I thought it would be a good thing, it was not. They charged $500 dollars when previously they charged $300. Stay away from this place if you want to not overly spend. Note: when I texted and called the company to ask about the discount he didn't answer at all. Go figure..Service: Car towing

These guys did a great job at a fair price the 1st time and then RAPPED us the next time. They are Crooks.. I Definitely would Not recommend them to anyone.

Definitely would not recommend. They are not upstanding in dealing with customers. They overcharge from price quoted and when asked about the cost they get extremely aggressive and insulting!Save yourself some aggrevation and call another tow company!

This wrecker company has the worst customer service. The owner has no people skills or respect for anybody. If you need a wrecker service do not call this company. This person offered to tow our vehicle to his shop and he told us he would fix it there. When he opened his shop on Monday he still had not even checked vehicle. We called to check status on vehicle and he got really aggressive on the phone, after a couple of attempts to find out how much repair was going to cost he started yelling at us to come and get our vehicle. I am righting this review with respectful words. He yelled at us really harsh and disrespectful words. Please stay away from this company.

I had a flat tire in Hidalgo, Tx and Keith arrived within 40 minutes. Right off he was attentive and helpful. I was totally lost on what to do. He advised on what to do in regards to my spare. I rate this company and employees a 10/10. Hopefully I don t have issues in the future, but if I do I would definitely recommend them. Thank you

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!They ripped me off of $498 and wouldn t come back out to finish the job. I was told paying up front assured a refund of $150 when they returned to install the part that was on order. I paid for the part separately. When the part came in and I called them to return to install it , they refused saying I had given them a bad review and they weren t coming back. I have never heard such vulgar language from a business. Bottom line is, I paid $498 for nothing. I hadn t even given a review and this was an excuse to keep my money and not do the work. This was a local company. The worst part of all was the vulgar language. That kind of language should never be used when you re serving the public.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!This has not been resolved! I expect no less than a partial refund since the Tech was at my RV no more than 15 minutes and refused to return to install the part that I ordered and I paid for. He agreed to install it when it came in and he would also refund $150. He said the additional $150 was to make sure I called him back and not another company. He lied! Worst of all was the horrible language used when I called him back to complete the job. I expect the $150 he originally said I d receive plus another $100. The 15 minutes of labor should not amount to any more than $250. $500 for 15 minutes is a total rip off and I will take this to small claims court if I need to.DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. These people are crooks!!

What a bunch of liars! ! I did not use this business voluntarily. They towed my semi truck and trailer. If it was possible to give them a lower rating, I most definitely would. They need to take a course in business etiquette, management and ethics. They are a bunch of bullies and unapproachable without getting defensive instantly. Do not recommend! They are a rip off! Oh and what kind of business does not have a functioning credit card reader and only accepts cash, EFS or comchek. I wonder if they report their entire income because they sure know how to rip you off!

Owner was EXTREMELY rude, said some very vulgar words to my mother when she simply asked why she was being charged so much, instead of explaining to her he insulted her. They charged us for labor when the employee didn t do anything, my father had to do the hard work. I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances, they should work on their professionalism as well as how they speak to their customers before they ever decided to provide services to any one else. We asked for an estimate since the beginning but they told us they couldn t give us a price until the job was done.Service: Car towing

For the love of God, do not get your truck or trailer repaired here. Guy completely ripped me off on parts. Never in my life have I been ripped off like this. Do yourself a huge favor and check google reviews before going to a repair shop. That was my number 1 mistake.

Really got excellent service! After we called, they were there within minutes and helped us tow our car. They also offer tire changes if stranded. Guy gave us a card for 10% off if we need a tow for next time. Excellent service and really helpful staff at a good price as well! Would definitely recommend if you need help out there.

Very good roadside service. Robert was prompt, efficient, friendly and at the same time professional. He took care of the immediate problem and advised us on what to do when we could get the parts for the complete repair and reassured us that we could safely proceed to our destination.

My experience with this service was not even close to adequate. The man helping us was disrespectful in the sense of not answering our concerns or questions, he seemed in a bad mood already but that is no excuse for his behavior. Not only that but spending almost $800 for a tow is ridiculously expensive. Please don t call and ask for their services because this isn t what a proper towing service should be like, at all.Service: Car towing

I am super grateful for AMPM! I called and immediately got assistance. Keith came out and picked up my little mazda car and towed it to the service department. Keith was professional, friendly, and took great care with my car. Bonus points for having an affordable rate. Save money by going to the other places other then this one. He did some repairs that require draining coolant from coolant tank. Drained it, replaced hose and tried to sell me my coolant for 28$ per gallon. Unbelievable. Called Volvo dealership and they had coolant for 7$ per gallon. Ordered delivery to the place. Cost me less then this thief.PS: This is regarding the AMPM reply. Actually Volvo dealership will not sell coolant that can not be placed in the truck. And this reply showing how he is trying to rip his clients.

Very greedy people tell you something else and will charge you double price they coated you also will have you sign the blank worksheet before even they start the job with no money written on it and then they will charge you double the price and even legally will make you pay please aware of this placewait extra couple days on side of road but don t call they greedy bastards for service

After my husband and I decided to change the tire using the factory equipment that is provided with the vehicle my truck fell off the jack; think goodness nothing happened to us. When I called AM/PM ROAD SIDE SERVICE they were quick to come out to fix my truck and Mr Robert was friendly. Thank you so much.

My wife had a flat tire - she called AMPM, they responded within 15 minutes. Once there, my wife said she felt rescued by the two courteous & efficient young men. Highly recommend AMPM service.

I have a 2004 Titan that was stuck on park. AMPM towed my truck home, fixed the gear shift linkage and replaced my old cloudy headlights and fog lights. My truck feels and looks new again!!! Excellent work!! Excellent customer service!! I'm sure I'll be calling them again. THANK YOU!!!
