Great people nice shop. All we needed was my mom s radiator checked and topped off in. They did that real quick fast in a hurry and they need to charge my mom.

I've drove by this shop for years and always wondered "how's the service". Well I gave these men a chance to do a brake job for me. I have done the brakes on my cars/trucks for years, so for me it's not a problem to do them myself. These guys got me in and out within 45 mins and actually done a great job. I was very impressed with s&s automotive.

Jason and Tiffany are great people. Really helped me out when I had some unexpected things go wrong with my Sequioa they got me right in and fixed up.Very reasonable on their prices as well. They replaced my starter for $340 and it is on warrenty so far so good I'll edit here in a few weeks but they were very quick efficient and professional.

Jason replaced my left front wheel bearing about 7 weeks ago. 4 weeks later when turning i noticed again a scraping noise. I took it back in to S&S november 3rd. I thought the other front wheel bearing was shot. When I picked up my truck the next day Jason said it was the same wheel bearing he had replaced before. He said the one he put in had too much play and had failed. This time he replaced the entire hub assembly. He charged me absolutely zero dollars. This shop is the most fair and honest repair shop I've ever encountered and I'm 70 and I've owned dozens of vehicles and I've dealt with my share of shady mechanics. Jason is fair, he's honest, and he guarantees his work. Go there for your next repair!!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Got my truck in at 8:10 as agreed and finished in an hour. They replaced my left front wheel bearing. No more noise. This is from now on my car repair shop. Very reasonable prices too. Thank you Jason.

Nov. 30, 2021. 4PM, late in the day, and 400 miles from home. My right front axle bearinig failed and I was about to be stranded, I pulled ihto S&S, not knowing exactly what was wrong, but expecting to spend the night in Mineral Wells to have my truck repaired. The probelm was quickly diagnosed, parts obtained and I was back on the road again by 6PM. These people are amazing as they stopped all ongoing work in their shop to get my repairs done. The price was more than fair and I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Thanks for all that you did for me. It is rare to find a business that is totally forcused on the customer, customer satisfaction, and and high quailty vehicle service and repair.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I called from out of state to check on my sisters vehicle which the counter pro knew all about and helped guide me to a replacement source locally which I could trust. That is incredible and we feel great about S&S , Thanks!!!
