My brother-in-law and I went looking for a vehicle. Our grandmother was in need of a reliable car.We came in to check a car out and met Ragan. She was very down to earth and we acted like fools. We gave her a hard time and she took it in stride.The dealership was able to work with us and we purchased the car we came to get. It appears to be what will be a reliable car for our grandmother and we are happy with the service we received.

Brought my nissan here a couple months ago, and we loved Mineola automotive. Last week, my husband's ram 1500 needed some brake work, so of course we came back to Mineola Automotive, and recieved more 5 star work. Trent provides great work, great customer service, at a great price. You can't find a more honest or dependable auto shop within 100 miles. We are so thankful with Trent and Mineola Automotive. Hopefully we won't need to, but if our vehicles ever need more work, then we know exactly where we'll be bringing them!

So thankful for Trent at Mineola Automotive. He is honest, trustworthy, and did a great job with my nissan rogue. We had taken it to a dealership first, and of course they messed our car up worse. We then decided to try Mineola Automotive, and we are SO glad that we did. They correctly diagnosed it, fixed it very quickly, and at a reasonable cost that didnt hurt our pocketbook. This is our new choice for a good old hometown mechanic, and this is where we take all of our vehicles in the future!
