First of all, just wanna say how sweet & helpful Carrie (I hope I spelled it right!)is! And JP was nice enough to take the time out to show me what was wrong with my car. Also, anywhere else they would've charged me twice what they charged. I won't take my car anywhere else from now on! Thank you JP & Carrie!

I live in Lindale. I got a tailpipe and muffler about 6 months ago from JP's. No one in Lindale had the equipment to install these parts. I had one estimate of $450 by a guy in Tyler. I got it done at JP's for $250. All parts are still working great 6 months later.

Here is exactly why you should use JP Auto Anything!Having an older work vehicle I have taken my vehicle here a few times. Most recently my truck broke down in Tyler and I had it towed to a local shop in Tyler (I was trying to pay less for a tow). The symptoms the truck was displaying I believed it was something simple. The shop calls me and tells me I need more dyanostic test for compression and it will be $200 to find out what is wrong. I agree and pay the money. Several days later they call to tell me I have no compression and my engine needs replaced. My quote for parts and labor is around $8,000.00.That didn t seem right to me so I call JP Auto Anything explain what was happening. He tells me it doesn t seem right and he would like to look at it for me. So I tow the vehicle back to Mineola to have it checked out by JP.2 days later (because of the weekend) I get a call from JP and the engine has compression. He inspects the vehicle and it is the rotor, distributor cap and plug wires. Come to find out the other shop never even ran the compression test but still charged me $200 dollars. The same day my vehicle was fixed for around $400 dollars and has been running great.Short of it is at JP is a local guy who cares about his customers and his reputation in this town. Most importantly, he is honest. I ve always heard the mechanic horror stories but have never been a part of one until now. Thank you to JP and his crew for caring and resolving the real issue. Also being a local business owner in town, I highly recommend this busines if you find yourself needing a quality, fair, honest mechanic.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Entire engine cooling system replacement. Excellent work. When a new part was defective they fixed it the same day under warranty! Fantastic service!

Competent mechanics, fair pricing, and no long wait for urgent repairs. After having several repairs on 3 different vehicles, I'll not take mine any where else. You can trust JP auto to give you a fair deal on repairs.

Don't take your vehicle there to be fixed unless you like being charged for things they break. While they were putting a new long block in our truck they put a whole in the radiator then tried to say it was already there. I paid them to have it replaced because we needed our truck back. Now we have the truck and the speedometer cable is broken and there is transmission fluid is leaking. I called him and he told me to fix it myself. I will never go back and don't recommend them to anyone!

Just had my car fixed there today. Really nice,. It had a hole in my pipe. Under the car, fixed it in about 2mins. Had to welded , it very good price. C.J.

I call 4 days ahead ask if I needed a appointment they said no cone in at 9am Monday so I did get there this morning and tell me to come back after 3 pm cuz they are waiting for a part on a car that has nothing to do with the transmission can't even push it out the way would not recommend if you need a exhaust fixed or put on
