Makes claims stating ARC Motors is selling a "hurt" service truck that they had on their lot and chose not to fix for financial reasons. So, I drive to both ARC and DOW and DOW's service truck is far worse for more money: with 3 different tires, destroyed interior, paint issues, and an undercarriage that is riddled with pipeline mud. Given that the truck is listed for a few grand more, I figured I'd talk to them about it. Like maybe we could work on it to get it "ready to drive" and add some undercoating to preserve it ? However, the response is, "It's a service truck," which to be fair is somewhat of an excuse now isn't it? Evidently they don't have any time or expertise to manage something like this. And by the way, nobody at DOW ( Brandon) ever did share any information with me stating specifically what they found wrong with the truck.

Great Service! I have tried every Chevy dealership in the "Greater Tyler Area" with disappointment until I used Dow Autoplex last week.Pro:1. Worked to keep the price down.2. Found an alternative to a $1,000 part. :-)3. Good estimates on price and time - no sudden surprises.4. Kept me informed.5. Waiting room was clean and warm (it was in the low teens the day of my appointment.I will use this dealership for regular maintenance.Thank you Will for being proactive with my truck!

I moved to Mineola in June 2020 and started using Dow for service on my Chevy Cruze. Will and the service department at Dow has always been outstanding. The other day, I decided to purchase a new car from them. From the moment I walked in, they were so friendly and helpful. Liz at the front desk greeted me in a very friendly, polite manner, which set the tone for the whole experience. I then spoke to Zack, the GM and told him I wanted to look at a Trax. He then introduced me to Ted in sales and Easton. Ted ended up being the perfect salesman for me. He was very respectful, polite and friendly and I never felt pressure to buy. Ted took me to test drive it and explained the car to me well. I told him I really wanted my son to talk to them some about it so he had all the information and they didn t mind doing that. I decided to buy it and was introduced to Raymond, the finance guy, who was also very helpful. He was able to find me the best rate and trade in amount for my car. Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Dow and feel like I will be doing business there for many years to come. Also while there, my 4 year old granddaughter found her first car a bright orange Corvette, lol. I went back up there today and Shaye helped me program everything on the car the way I wanted it.Thank you Dow employees, it has been a pleasure doing business with you!

We met Brian, your service manager, in 2017 when we brought my truck in for normal service. He is such a great caring individual. He is the whole reason we chose to purchase our new 2024 Trailblazer from DOW. As we began the process, we discovered Adam who helped structure OUR deal. Then we met Ray, in finance who assisted us in completing the paperwork. And finally, Shea who assisted my wife in understanding ALL of the features of her new vehicle.We discovered that like Brian, all of these individuals were just like him. Treating us with respect, answering all of our questions and concerns, while making the experience pleasant, and treating us like family.If you want to feel respected, treated fairly, and like a member of their family, you should NEVER buy anywhere else.Walter Biernacki

Some dealers sell vehicles to individuals with the intention of the sell being a "one off" transaction.DOW sells a vehicle to a buyer with the intention of the sell being the first of many.I have bought several vehicles from DOW over the last few years. They are taking very good care of me and my family.The service department is top notch! I don't feel like I am being pushed into extra cost and they are very honest. We can always rely on them to be prompt and informative.The salesman I deal with is Anthony B. He is straight forward and tries his very best to get me in the truck I need. I own a small business so every dollar must count. He will look for the ruck I need and the price I want to be at. Anthony will go to great lengths to make sure we are in the vehicles we can afford and fit our needs. Everything is straight forward.The finance department has helped me get the vehicles I need for my small business and my family. Starting a small business is tough financially getting credit established. They can pull it off.I feel like I am dealing with family when I deal with DOW all the way around.HonestyIntegrityAffordabilityStraight ForwardAll values I look for when doing business with anyone and DOW possesses them all.I will be buying from DOW from now on!!

Guess what y all??? I bought the 2024 Trax!!! This is car #4 or 5 ( I lost count) from Dow and from my wonderful sales persons Brandon, Anthony, Raymond and everyone else. They are so friendly and down home folks!! Service is 5 stars also! I recommend Dow to anyone for friendly folks and fair prices!! Love my Dow Family!!! Love my black TRAX!!

The entire staff at Dow Autoplex in Mineola, TX was exceptionally efficient and knowledgeable. Oday Shomali (Danny) was the salesman who worked with me, and he was terrific! He was easy going, with good sense of humor, and his smile was contagious. He made the whole experience fun, which I thought was impossible at a car dealership. Danny made me feel like family rather than "just another sale", which is a quality that few people achieve. When I go for my next car, I will definitely ask for him! Ray Barber is another asset to Dow Autoplex. He was friendly with an easy smile. Neither Danny nor Ray was "pushy", which, as a widow, I greatly appreciate. Shaye White handled the paperwork quickly and with great ease. Without a doubt, when I shop for another car, my ONLY stop will be Dow Autoplex, Mineola! They were awesome I called and had a key made. It's wasn't near as pricey as if I would have used a lock Smith. When I got there the wait wasn't long and there was absolutely no hassle. I felt ... At home. The key fob alarm don't work remotely, but it did program after a few tries.

They fixed a recall on my chevy silverado probably gonna trade in and get a crew cab this time go check um out and look at there new inventory test drive somthing you can't live without and sign the paperwork and drive off the lot in your new ride and take care of it regular oil changes check fluids and take care of it like I do with mine !

I took my husband's truck in because he was having transmission issues. I had a appointment on Oct. 27 so I dropped it off 3 weeks later nothing was done to it. They said it was some censor that needed to be replaced so they ordered them. The truck was under 60000 mile warranty.I had no loaner and I really needed our truck so the guy told me to take it and he would call me as soon as they had the parts in. Long story short my truck as of today never got fixed they never called me and now they said the warranty has expired and I would have to pay out of pocket. I keep calling them every 2 weeks checking up on the parts. I will never use them again if I need to.

Zero stars. Very poor communication. We communicated for 5 days to close deal on a gmc truck, and were met with constant delays and inconsistencies in communication through multiple salesmen from a Thursday to Monday. We drove 4 hours to test drive the truck and evaluate trade in. Very low trade in value was offered, more than 4500 less than other dealerships. Financing docs were to be sent monday morning and they never sent to our bank as they said they would do promptly, and then sold the truck out from under us! This was the biggest waste of time in a sales experience.The manager is rude and unprofessional. The owner is never present. Dont waste your time.Edit to add to Owners response, your financing offered up to 13% interest, that is insane. Our bank is half that, hence we called Thursday and Friday to close this deal, to be left on pause due to your employee still driving the demo truck for personal needs. The only options discussed were of out of pocket cost for delivery, and waiting for monday morning. Down payment was not discussed. Purchase order was incomplete and did not include trade in, hence we drove there saturday. We offered to leave the vw there as collateral until you all could send the docs to the bank. Being told multiple times these documents were being sent to our bank, including monday morning we awaited to docusign, which never showed up. Your response is arrogant and misinformed which reflects your business and staff as well. I hope you take this opportunity to educate your staff and yourself in communications so that customers arent passed like batons. This was a very poor experience and the worst service weve ever received from a dealership.

I recently moved to Lindale from Longview Peters Chevrolet has always taken care of my Camaro . So I really can t express how amazing William in the Service center at Dow has been. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process of resolving the issue with my car. I was pleasantly surprised that Dow s customer service in their Service Center was Outstanding thank you William you are a great asset to Dow Autoplex.

It just so happens that Chris had my dream car on his lot, one with the most important options and only a few miles. He was great to work with. He did what was necessary to answer my questions to insure this vehicle was what I was seeking and sent me loads of paperwork on the car. He made the negotiation process effortless and even waited patiently for me to get him the money for the car after a few bank snafus. It is just a shame I live in Virginia and not near Chris; otherwise, I would buy all of my cars from him.
