I've stayed in a camper but not quite like this. Didn't feel sanitary even a little but. Couldn't believe the plumbing issues that have been chronic. I should have researched some more first. Silence was wonderful there. Brenda was very pleasant. NO negativity meant towards her. Be prepared to smell sewage constantly. Not a vacation spot that I'd ever go again. After seeing the land and how it's so unkempt I would not chance drinking any wine made there.

We had a wonderful stay here as we traveled across Texas. Brenda was an amazing host and we all chatted throughout the day and night. The detailed directions to the property and lots of information is provided ahead of arrival.Once there, wander the fields all the way down to the reservoir and bask in the environment. Our dogs certainly loved it.

Brenda was amazing. She is very welcoming and so are neighbors. Unfortunately, we had to go home early due to an emergency and we didnt expect any refund nor asked for it, however Brenda had proactively gave us a refund. It was very nice of her. We will definitely come back and highle recommended.

Brenda was a very nice host. Very sweet. The location was a bit secluded but it is right up against a nice lake where you could swim, fish or kayak. We didn t do any of that but another family was enjoying themselves out by the water and it looked really fun. The drive was a bit bumpy on the gravel dirt road and once we reached the vineyard but after you swing around the back it all opens up to a large area with several campsites.

Brenda is very sweet! The night sky was beautiful and the sunrise was the best I've ever seen! We came with our kids and even though the RVs seem small we all fit comfortably.

The owner Brenda is wonderful. Her vineyard is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy not only her wines, but also the beautiful nature that surrounds you.

Don't miss this hidden gem! We had a wonderful camping experience for the night and were treated to a private wine tasting that included a wealth of knowledge. The next day we were given the opportunity to bottle our favorite wine from the tasting. What an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Brenda!Laura & Rejean

It's a lovely little vineyard right on a lake. I could see the lake from the door of the RV. It was late November, but I could imagine it in the spring with color everywhere. Due to covid restrictions, they are very understandably unable to offer wine tasting but they did provide a basket of wine glasses, wine samples, sausage, cheese, and crackers in the RV, which was very thoughtful!I brought an Instant Pot to cook in and I recommend it. They have a dual-element hot plate, two ovens, and a microwave available. Counter/cooking space is at a premium and the IP was a space saver for sure.I would have appreciated more timely communication about the toilet backing up and the hot water not working as well as the electricity being patchy throughout the RV. Some areas worked and some didn't. There were also flies everywhere.I think the place has potential but the issues are things that prevented me from being able to give more than 2 stars.

Was shocked with the lack of sanitation measures taken during a pandemic. By lack of, I mean absolutely none.
