Absolutely the BEST experience with Blanca and William it was PAINLESS and easy ! Customer service was 100% on point ! They knew what we wanted and they had it ! They worked late to accommodate us vs us making another long trip down here !They made sure everything was TOPPED off and ready for a safe drive home! Absolutely would recommend Silver Star Motors in Midlothian and will tell everyone we know to come here ! Total worth the drive! Thanks a ton yall !

We flew in from Washington state to buy our truck from Silver Star Motors, overall the best buying experience we ve had with a car lot. Despite several set-backs with banking on our end, they were patient and worked with us until our deal was done. Excellent customer service, 10/10 recommend! Purchased a truck from Silver Star on February 16, 2024. Matt was my salesman. He was very helpful and did not pressure me into a vehicle I didn t want. I drove from Louisiana to purchase a truck I had found online. I ended up deciding not to purchase that vehicle and the team at Silver Star helped me find the right truck for me. The finance team was fast and friendly. Great job Silver Star! Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic experience with William and Blanca! They were extremely helpful finding me the right truck. Fast, efficient, hassle free sale. I think I was at the dealership for less than an hour for test drive and finalizing the paperwork!Great team, highly recommend if you need a specific configuration they can find it!

I drove over an hour to visit Silver Star Motors in Midlothian, and I m glad I did. Dennis and the staff staff at Silver Star were exceptional and made my entire experience smooth, professional, and well worth the drive. Their huge inventory of trucks and the low pressure buying process exceeded my expectations. Dennis took great care to ensure that not only did I drive off in the truck I wanted, but that I was completely satisfied with my truck purchase - Dennis scheduled Silver Star s service department to take care of a few repairs on the truck, at no charge, so I got a vehicle that was as close to new as possible. I would not just highly recommend Silver Star to anyone looking to buy a great used truck, but I ll be going back when I need to buy another vehicle.

Purchased a 2007 Dodge 2500 online with less than 70,000 miles. Was told it was all original and like new. Had truck delivered and found the engine was a replacement and the replacement engine consumed 1 quart of oil every 500 miles. Was diagnosed with 3 bad injectors and 3 washed out cylinders- I had to replace engine and injectors. Also I discovered that the bed had huge holes cut for stacks that had been covered with a bedliner to hide the holes. I had to buy a replacement bed. Never trust anything Silver Star Motors claims. I spent as much on repairs as I spent for the like new truck.

William at Silver star motors was amazing. I live in Omaha Ne, so when I found my truck and noticed it was out of state, I figured it would be a nightmare to get but William made it so easy. I contacted them about the truck I bought and William was quick and easy to work with, he sent me a purchase agreement that my bank would need and followed up quick with Carfax and every other question I had. Once the bank finalized the deal, I flew out to Texas, William ordered me a ride to their dealership. From there they had the truck running and ready for test drive! After that not even 10 mins in the office signing paperwork and I was on my way back home. This business is the definition of ease of mind ! Highly recommend them! Especially if you are looking from out of town, state or country! Thanks love my truck

From the time I called, I delt with Dennis from start to finish and my experience was nothing short of professional the entire time. Due to work I was unable to go see the truck I've been after in person and Dennis took the time to walk me through every bit of the truck as well as test drive it with me on the phone. During no part of my experience did I feel uneasy about my purchase. If your looking for a straight up guy to deal with, Dennis is the one your wanting to get ahold of. I would recommend this dealer to any one of my buddies.
