Have used Rover for repairs on our trailer twice. They have been great to work with and Jason, Mobil tech, has done the work both times. He is professional and great to be around. Knows everything about working on RVs and shares his knowledge.

Highly recommended! RV Rover has come out twice to service my Keystone Avalanche RV, and each time they have done a great job. Each crew has been prompt, communicative, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Everyone I have spoken with on the phone has been so helpful and provided great customer service. Definitely will continue to use them when/if needed.

If i could give this place a minus 0. I would give it a minus 100! We went to them last year because it needed a new roof. We got a new roof alright, but that was about it.The work was very shoty, kept our R.rv for over 5 months, sitting in a field where it then became infested with rats calling it their storage facility. After 5 months of calling them, emailing them, and basically bugging them, they finally got around to it. Ever since we got it back, it has been leaking in places where there were no leaks before. Every time we call them about the 14,000.00 dollar roof they newly installed, they kept saying it was the air conditioner that was leaking when there were no leaks in the air conditioners before. It was all their shoty work of putting on said roof that we had major problems. To this very day, we can not get anyone to come out TO US and look at the problems they have caused from them putting a new roof on. They keep saying to bring it to them when we can't because we work out of town 5 days out of the week and are living in the R.V. 7 days a week. It is not like we are out of state. We are only 4 hours away. If I had gotten 14,000.00 off a customer and they asked me to come look at the current problems of a roof we just put on, you bet I'd be there. Obviously, they do not stand behind their work, and all these other reviews are just fillers to make them stand out on Google maps. Do NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. When they can't stand behind their work, make things right when a customer says it isn't and try to make you the crazy one. Yeah, go somewhere else, anywhere else, just not to them!! To this very day, we are still having major problems of leaking, and to this very day, they will not stand behind their work!!

So far great service. Cannot say enough nice things about the Midlothian team.Update-Dec 2023: Rover RV completed some minor and major Warranty repairs on my RV (could not even get the Dealer to answer a call). They worked with Nexus and was able to get everything resolved. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work.Even went back and had them do some non-warranty work and added a vacuum system. Both done as promised and better than Nexus.Rover will continue to be my shop of choice as long as they keep it up.
