Used their website to find a battery for my car. Clerk upfront said as long as the website said so, it would be the right size. Battery turned out to be too big. Should probably find employees that actually know what they re talking about.

I usually have a great experience and i usually deal with Ayden. He is very helpful and has excellent customer service. Today I spoke with Allen and this was the worst customer service that I ve had. He was very unfriendly and was barely responding to any question that I had. I had to ask if he was there because the call would go silent for over a minute without saying he s looking for anything or any response at all. When you d ask are you still there he d respond like you were the most inpatient person in the world.

I had a great experience here today. Zach is super nice and helpful. I bought a battery from him after visiting four auto repair places in one morning. Zach knows a lot about cars and everything went smoothly.

Wow! The store associate was so helpful and friendly. He even changed the bulbs on my headlights. He didn t need to do it, but he did it out of pure kindness. Great service is appreciated now more than ever!!

I was leaving the hospital and there was an elderly man in his truck with the hood up. I found out he was a veteran and just had chemo. I tried to jump his battery, but it was dead. He had no phone or family nearby. I called O Reilly s competitor in town because they were closest and they wouldn t lend tools or send someone to help. O Reilly s went above and beyond to help this veteran. Michael was fantastic on the phone. Larry, the manager, followed us from the store to install it. This isn t a service they provide, so I m very thankful for their kindness. I am now a devotee of O Reilly Auto Parts!

The employees here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I must admit I'm not knowledgeable when it comes to cars and car parts but they are and I value them. Everytime I enter the store I'm greeted with happy faces and helpful to tips. Thank you.

David provided fantastic customer service. I was told by Autozone that my battery was unavailable and had to be replaced by a dealership or mechanic. I went to O Reilly and was told the opposite. David changed my battery in 106 degree heat and he did it with a smile and great attitude. I definitely recommend Midlothian O Reilly!

I came into your store in Midlothian, TX about an hour ago, you were not busy, two people were working, one was helping a customer with a battery, the other was looking at reports of some kind, neither one even acknowledged I was there. All I wanted to buy was an upholstery cleaner, I was going to Walmart, but i thought, I am right in this area, but to not even be acknowledged by either person, to have the other one studying reports and not even bother, I put it back on the shelf and left. I am a former multi-unit manager in retail, this was poor display of customer service, and sorry guys, i wont be back.

O'Reilly's in Waxahachie is a very nice place now that they have some good employees a little bit over a year ago I could not have said that it was really not a nice place at all. But now that they have new managers better employees they always want to provide a service when you come into the store I give this place up five star and I believe you will too..

Ordered a fuse twice, that never came in, and never was called to advise it wasn't coming. I was given multiple promised delivery days and on the days would go to get it, just to find out it was on backorder both times. Finally had to order the fuse online.

I have only been here a few times but I haven't had any issues. They had a particular oil filter I needed for my mower that autozone didn't have. I will say their customer service is better than autozone but autozone has a better reward program.

The folks there were helpful to me in replacing a bad O2 Sensor. I was able to use their tools to work on this special project.

I now only shop here, they have the parts and have not had them say they have and get to the store and they cannot find it like other stores have done

Staff doesn't know anything about vehicles in general. Staff also acts as if they would rather not be there and that you are bothering them if you ask them to look up a part. For us car guys that ask for a specific part they won't even look they just say "yeah we don't or wouldn't have that part" I'm done with O'Reilly's is AutoZone for me.

They used to have older men working there who were knowledgeable about their job.Now there's nothing but young men working there who are completely incompetent.

Order parts twice and both times when I went to pick him up they were not there no proof of order the person helping not friendly no effort to try to find the parts I'd give a five-star every time but this time these last two times I have failed and don't even care a different group even when I'm asleep and in between the Isles very sad day for O'Reilly can't stand AutoZone place my order they had everything right I don't know what's going on with O'Reilly

Hey check my battery and then my charging system and assist the problem to the alternator I bought another one and we changed it behind the parking lot and they let me the tools need it
