I recently visited Mr D's Tires & Mechanic Shop for an alignment correction after replacing my front suspension, and I must say, the service exceeded my expectations. Cameron provided awesome service, ensuring my alignment was spot on.While waiting, I had a great conversation with Mr. Don, and it was evident that he genuinely cares about his customers. His daughter was also very friendly, and watching her interact with other customers only reinforced the impression that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them.Overall, I highly recommend Mr D's Tires & Mechanic Shop for their excellent service and customer care.

I suddenly found myself with a flat tire and stumbled across this place that my husband recommended! I I got there, and they were able to fix my tire quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend!

Best place in Midlothian to get car work done! Great prices, and the best friendliest staff I've ever dealt with, mechanic shop wise. The lady at the front desk is always welcoming as well, feels like going to family every time. Definitely 10/10, can't go wrong with Mr.D's!! Y hablan Espa�ol! BONUS!!

I have been coming to Mr. D'S for what seems like forever. Since I got my license and first car at least, so near 10 years. They have always treated me with respect and been extremely helpful with getting me tires. Until today.I called looking for a tire, as I was less than mile away from them when I blew a tire, and was informed that while they didn't have my size, which is understandable, they did have a USED one that would work that was a size up. Being that it's the holidays and I will be traveling I knew I could make it work. So I told the gentleman on the phone that I would take it. Only to be informed that he could only sell the tire as a "pair". When I confirmed this. He said yes, and I said I'm not buying two tires. They hung up.I have never, in my life, heard of buying a used tire as a pair. I have never heard of buying a tire as a pair at all. That's the biggest load of croc I have ever been told. I have gone to Sardis, Discount, Walmart and other local small tire shops and have NEVER been forced to buy a tire as a pair. I have been offered a discount for a pair, but never forced.My business for yall is gone period. Anyone that asks me where to go I will send to Sardis, Walmart, Discount, Wizzo, or even Elete. I will tell anyone I know to go elsewhereMerry Christmas, goodbye.

I went there today due to a blown tire on my way to have a couple recalls done. Though there was a charge they threw the rotors and pads I had on for me too and replaced all 4 tires in less than an hour. Super friendly, definitely will be back. I will say however the price I paid for 4 close to new tires I could have got 4 new ones. But it is still worth the time and money. Keep up the awesome work!

I don't recommend anybody go here.i paid them almost $1200 to fix my vehicle and it wasn't done.its been a total of three times that I've gone back because the work is under warranty and the so calle mechanic can seem to get it done. Now the crook at the front desk (Lilly)is telling me I need to go somewhere else even though it's under warranty. And to add to your reply..I'd be a bigger idiot to bring you another vehicle, and of course you don't want customers like me..because people like me aren't going to let this slide,you're a thief and a liar (Lilly)

Been a customer of discount tire and can't wait 3 hours for a tire rotation. Went and saw these guys and they fixed me up quickly. Will be back with my fleet

They quickly got my ats back to new after I had a flat and ruined my rim. Truly appreciate their friendly staff and courtesy highly recommend coming to them for your problems!

Bought 2 used tires from here 2 weeks ago for $152 and they promised their used tires were good. Went to get my tires checked because my car is shaking and come to find out they sold me bad tires.

I'd give them a zero if that were possible. Brought my wife's car in to fix a leak. When we returned, they had the car on the spare. Told me the tire couldn't be repaired. That's fine. What wasn't fine was they threw the dirty tire in the back carpet of her Cadillac and THEN charged me $20! With no shame. For a tire they couldn't fix. I will never return here and will let everyone I know to go elsewhere. Horrible management.

I really like coming here to get my tires done. They have good quality tires. The staff is friendly. They also do good alignments. Very good quality products and work done.

I have been buying tires here for all 4 of my vehicles for the last 7 years. Always great to work with and have never had an issue with anything. I even have them patch my mower tires when they need it. They are a great local business. Not sure what the negative reviews are about. You cant screw up a tire by putting a patch in it.

They alignedy truck which is still pulling to the right bad. I took it back and now they say I need to replace a lower ball joint and rechargee to align again. Now shouldn't they of told me first to replace it than align it? Nope the aligned it and charged me and want me to replace ball joint than charge me again. And broke one of my lug nuts. I will not recommend anyone to them.

Never again my husband and I have given mr.d business for years I went to her few months ago for alignment she quoted me one price I had to get the money together came back yesterday it shot up to another price...no problem plus she is telling me I may work when we fix it but it might be another problem and we gonna have to do more work trying to further get the price even higher than 250.00 so I come back today only for 2 tires no alignment it's 25 more than quoted yesterday she is a crook the guys that work there was speaking Spanish talking about Me very unprofessional they feel like Midlothian is a small town with people with money they can treat certain people certain ways so please do your homework and please don't give them business go to a place where they value all customers no matter who they are and they can be honest

Super helpful and friendly. I pulled in at 9am and was driving off by 9:10! All for the price of what it would cost to buy breakfast for one at Sonic! Great crew, if you are looking for any tire services, look no further. Reliable, honest, quick and professional.

I needed to wait on getting new rims and tires for my lift, but my inspection was up! So, I called Mr. D's and got a really good matching set of tires. hey were temp tires but in great shape.The spare had a nail in the sidewall. I had him switch it out with my best tire on the truck.They did great, gave me a very fair quote, right on the middle. Fast service. Not sure what the previous gripes are about but I did not have an experience like this at all.Give them a shot, I think you will be happy avoiding the super chains.

So friendly ! Owner went out of the way to personally go for the part immediately. They make a point to be sure the service is cost effective. They replaced the brakes there while I got the tires. Brake job easily 25% less the competition.

I was having the worst morning ever. I hit a pothole and bent my rim and just knew it was going to be a expensive fix or I may need a new one. These guys are awesome. They took my car right in and started working on the tire. They were able to bend the rim back and rebalance the tire and everything in under 20 minutes. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be going back with any tire related issues. Thanks guys!!!!!

Always polite and the service is fast. I work at the Gardau mill and it's not uncommon for us to get screws or nails in our tires due to the scrap trucks,and the family here is always ready to help keep me on the road

used tire prices are ridiculous, don't waste your time they are a rip off. choose the other tire place in town (LITERALLY over HALF the price for used tires there) or go to Sardis.

This is the worst tire shop I ve ever been to. They are extremely over priced and have no clue what they re talking about and also cannot balance a 35 tire what so ever. I ve been here twice thinking maybe the first time was a fluke or it was the new guy, but nope! Exactly the same the second time around. If I could give them negative stars I would.

If I could give no stars I would. I brought my brand new car to this shop to fix my tire and not even a week later, my tire was flat again. I ended up taking it somewhere else and was told it couldn t be fixed because of the prior work done. On top of that, they damaged my wheel. I hadn t even had the car a month. They also overcharged my teenage son to put tires on his four wheeler. This is why you should go outside of Midlothian for things like this. It s a hell of a lot cheaper and I m pretty sure you ll get better results.

I called them first to make shure they had the tires i needed, i spoke to the lady there and she instantly said yes so i just thought they had plenty i later found out it was more of a she didnt want to go check thing so after driving 30 minutes to go get my tires they had promised to have u got there and guess what there out of stick but dont worry they have a way more pricey tire they could put on then the qoute i got on the phone. i told them i called earlier to make shure they had them and she then said they are out of stock. not only were non of them friendly they all were very un helpfull and rude. not happy at all, i wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever, worst service ive ever had in my life.

Had these fine gentlemen repair a leaking plugged tire that I tried to repair several months earlier. Asked if they could repair and they said "sure, no problem!" I know for a FACT that if I had taken this tire to NTB, they would have REFUSED to repair it - has happened before. I enjoyed the visit with these guys, I'll be back!
