Been using this car wash facility for years now. Joe is very kind and always smiling and very helpful. Alfredo is very detailed oriented and does and excellent job drying and cleaning my wheels and shining my tires. The young lady in the Detail area worked on our Suburban and did an EXCELLENT job. She has also come out and helped dry the vehicles I have driven through as well and she also pays attention to detail. In the past, if I start to drive away and see the windshield isn't done well I will stop and tell them and they wipe it down again until I'm happy!

They did a great job on my car. Can't tell we transport three grandkids on a regular basis. Brought my truck the second time, and once again, they did a great job. A rare 5 star review feom me was well deserved

I always have a great experience here. My car is always clean inside and out when they are done. For around $30 a month I get my car washed and vacuumed about twice a week. It s super quick and I m able to do it on my lunch breaks. Everyone is always working hard there and I appreciate how clean the inside waiting area is. They also have massage chairs so that is a big plus!Service: Vacuuming

I have been coming here since I started driving and they always do an amazing job. The employees are always on top of it. When I get my truck detailed they never miss anything and always take their time. 100% recommend!

Great job and a great price. Will definitely be coming back and bringing more vehicles for detail service. They made my 3 yr old truck look like I just bought it off the showroom floor again.

I just went through and received one of the best car washes you can get. The customer services at the pay window was professional. The person drying it off was courteous and did a great job. I will be back

This is the only car wash I bring my cars to and have never had a problem before.Whoever they had brushing cars before the wash around 2p on 12/21/22, needs a different responsibility. The brush may also need to be replaced.The man was very rough with the truck in front of me and I thought it was just because of how muddy it was. Then I heard a loud thud when he was at the back of my car. I figured it was the big water hose and continued on. When I got to work and started to back into my spot, my camera was looking at my license plate, whereas this morning it was not. I went to check my camera and not only was it completely knocked out of place, there were also a lot of scratches on my trunk. I know you need to work fast to keep cars moving but fast does not mean rough.Like I said, I ve had no problems before and I will be back because one time is not a true show of their service. This just needs to be addressed.

I spilled some paint thinner in the back of my tahoe and had tried some carpet cleaner myself and it didn't help Cindy spent 30min ,scrubbing and vacuuming and finally got the smell out she was super nice and helpful

Cindy is amazing she is the only one that takes pride and dedication to clean my car .She had to go back over the car where the other person missed everything. AS long as she is there I will be coming back for my handwash and detail

The vacuums here are the best, good price washes.Ladies day on Wednesday.My family keeps coming back for a reason!The best value wash/vacuum in town. And Cindy was really helpful the last time we went.

Any car wash I take my vehicle s to now, I use BriteZone Auto Spa & Lube Center in Mansfield, Texas on FM 157 as a reference. BriteZone has exterior only packages, that are very reasonably priced and include hand drying. Midlothian Car Wash doesn t offer that option for any of their exterior packages. Based on what you re paying for their services, it s a waste of your hard earned monies. I d rather drive 15 minutes each way, knowing that I m getting; not only the best value, but also the best possible service. If you live in the South Arlington/Mansfield area, definitely check out BriteZone!Service: Auto detailing

Outstanding! The detailing exceeded my expectations. My car never looked so clean and shiny except when I drove it off the lot years ago. All personnel were friendly and courteous.Spectacular job all around. Thank you for the great experience. I will definitely be back.
