I was hesitant about letting an oil change place outside of the dealership change my oil. These guys did a terrific job. They got me in and out. Their price was reasonable. The only thing they could not do was reset my service notification. I figured it out. I will be back. Thank you for your service.

went and got an inspection here. very simple and routine process. They typed in the wrong VIN number and now I cant get my registration done without having to make another trip. Careless and unprofessional.

Stellar service! I brought my mother-in-law s Toyota Sienna here for a state inspection. They were very fast and professional. It was easy to get our car into the queue, have the person do the inspection, and pay. Very nice and will likely come back again next time. We generally do all car maintenance at a Toyota dealership.I highly recommend Kwick Kar Lube & Tune as a great place to get your state inspection!

Do not risk taking your vehicle here. It s not worth the risk of having someone unexperienced or not diligent enough to work on your vehicle. I went for a simple oil change. At my next oil change I went elsewhere and found out that the last place I took it to (Kwik Kar) forgot to put one of the gaskets on and oil had been leaking. Something as basic as an oil change, they messed up on and now my vehicle is experiencing issues.

I pulled up at 6:00 p.m. last night to get my tires checked and a man said they were closing (which I did not know). When I told him what I needed, he and three other men immediately checked all my tires without hesitation and I was on my way. I truly appreciated that they all helped me when they were ready to leave for the day. Very impressed !!!Service: Tires

Super rude!Met everyone at their car except my daughter. She had to ask if they were doing oil changes, if she should park and still then no one ever approached her or asked if they could help or wait on her. I don t know what could have been the problem except that she was the only black person in the place.Racism is alive and well in Ellis County. Shame on you.

Tried to do state inspection, and they gave a faulty inspection of the gas cap tbh. So I got a second opinion from elsewhere and it was a pass (on a new Toyota no less, there isn't likely to be any issues).

Very disappointed. Took my suv for state inspection Saturday and spent 1 hour there waiting. They even took care of two customers who arrived after me and performed the state inspections before me. When my husband complained, they said 15 more minutes, so we left.

The level of service has really fallen off here. The kids they have working here dont seem to know what they are doing. After coming here for about 10 years we won't be coming back.

Glad I chose this place. I was very impressed by the staff. Jeremiah is such a hard worker, respectful and very informative! Also, his coworker Adam they both went above and beyond and were very knowledgeable about mechanical issues. Thanks to their management for having a great and knowledgeable staff!!

Love this place. Top notch in my book. Always keep me informed of what is going on. Came in today for my A/C service. Tanks Corbin and Jeff and the other guys. I have gone here for 10 years for oil changes but they have raised their price to $80 above what their competitors charge and they did not provide that price when ask to change oil and tried to charge me for filters when not requested. (They did credit them back when I complained) I don't suggest using them since there are other less expensive oil change places in Waxahachie and Midlo.

Service is good. Staff is friendly. Prices are cool. However... The mechanic is rather shady. He messed up and it is costing me time and money to wait for the GM to decide on fixing what his guy messed up. I went from fixing a small leak to my car won't run at all. Smh. Sadly, I won't be going back and don't recommend you go to them for anything more than an oil change.Service: Brakes
