My husband truck was dropped off 3/29 completion date was set for 4/09 then changed to 4/16 then 4/17 and now 4/18 worst service ever if they say it's gonna be completed by a certain date then it should, next time I'll go to Caliber Collision

Hit from behind - their insurance! went to pick up truck and parts/trim did not match they left old & did not replace all to match from one side to the other (tail gate, bumper, plastic, etc) they don t do that! Also did not replace the toyota lettering I had on truck (not damaged) instead used brand new symbol on 2005 truck. Did not go above & beyond - barely did minimum. If I could give 1/2 star I would.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

work Completed early, was consistently notified through text when my car was ready. was cleaned inside and out, and the customer service woman is friendly and super fast at her job. I was in and out within minutes. highly recommend

They did a great job in repairing my Dodge caravan tailgate, fenders and lights. They did a poor job on cleanup. Had to take it back to get them to take off the tape residue. The inside was full of big pieces of glass. I'm still going to have to vacuum the small pieces of glass left over. My wife ran her hand across the carpet putting in groceries and she got shards in it.

I used Joe Hudson s collision center in Midlothian to get my tailgate and bumper repaired. I asked for a quote to repair the tailgate and bumper.I did not see Detail on the quote for bumper repair and mentioned this to the service agent who assured me that the bumper needed very minimal work and it was going to be a freebie and I would have both the bumper and tailgate repaired when I picked up the truck in two weeks.I just picked my truck up today and the bumper was not worked on at all and was told by the same service agent that well that will probably be double the price to get that fixed. I do not understand how it would be double the price when I asked for a quote for the entirety of the work, however all he could say, was, you can bring it back and pay us double the price and we will fix it. I am dumbfounded by the lack of customer service and inability to accomplish a job that I asked to have quoted. I will never use Joe Hudson collision center again, and we ll never recommend them to anyone. What a complete waste of my money and more importantly time as I still have a damaged vehicle.As with many of the shops, they are only interested in your money, and do not care about your satisfaction.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Felt like I needed to rave about this location, they have the best team!! Excellent customer service when my dad took my Nissan Altima to get repaired. They keep you updated on the vehicle s process and they re friendly about any concerns or questions you might have. I will be recommending this location to my family and friends. Happy to say they go the extra mile for their customers. 10/10Service: Body & Trim

This body shop is a joke and does not deserve any stars, but since at least one is required, please take this as a ZERO star review! We showed up with cash to pay for repairs, estimated at under $3K, after my son's car was deemed a total loss by our insurance company (2001 Honda Accord). They refused to work on the car claiming that if once they took the back bumper off, and found additional damage, they could not go back to our insurance company. I told them I would pay whatever the costs were to fix the car and that our insurance was no longer apart of the equation. After waiting over a month to even get into the shop for repairs, they turned us and our money away. Would not recommend to anyone!!

Bad attitude don't like being ask ? About there service I recommend you go else where the first time I thought maybe they were just having a bad day so I would try again nope they just have bad attitude and look down at you because there better than you
