Took my vehicle here and spoke with Jake(I think)...lol Front desk GuyThis place was very friendly, honest and fair. He recommended me to fix another problem first then come back and he could fix another issue. I recommend this place because they will not try to lie and steal from you like so many others that I came in contact with before I came to 67 Transmissions. I want to thank them for their great customer service and honest work!

One of the best auto service experiences I have ever had. Had the transmission I ordered online delivered there. Stopped by and Jake took the time to show me the transmission and components to be installed and gave me a timeline as to when the job would be completed. My SUV was ready within 2 days and I am very satisfied with the work. Highly recommend this business for your transmission needs. Oh and the price was very reasonable as I had gotten 3 estimates and Jake's came in around 600dlls less than the other 2 shops.

I will gladly give 5 star for the top service provided. My vehicle had a transmission issue and I took it to this shop. A very disappointing experience. They had my car for 12 days - gave me an estimate early on to fix the car and then called me to pick it up saying they didn t do this kind of work after keeping the car for 12 days and promising it to me a week earlier.

Had my transmission done here they over charged me then I ve had to go back 3 times to get it fixed because it completely breaks to the point where it won t move every couple of months because it was built wrong and it happened again while I m in another state wouldn t recommend this place to anyone and all they did was try to blame it on me. I took it to another shop and they said they patched it and put bad parts in so not I m paying for 2 transmissions in under a year because of this place AVOID THEM!

Class act company! Traveling from out of town and had a transmission leak. This team of professionals had me in and out the next day and didn t take advantage of me. Blown away by how awesome these guys are. Jake was willing to get me in last minute to check and make sure my car was safe to drive after I got some abs and sensor related lights going off on my dash. Was extremely good and explaining the issue in detail and how he knew why it was the problem. I will absolutely be going back here for any concerns with my Acura. The type of mechanic you don t see often who really cares and understands the work. 10/10

My family and I drove from North Carolina to Texas for Christmas vacation, about an hour out from our destination our transmission went out in our Tahoe. When we pulled up, Dave explained exactly what was going on, what we needed to do, and gave us an estimate. It wasn't exactly the Christmas present we were wanting, however I dont think we could have putted our car into any better business. From the start they had full open and honest communication, transparent about what to expect, gave us advice and recommendation on how to upkeep our vehicle and transmission. They gave us a low to high end estimate and it was right in the middle. They were patient as we called for alternative transportation and moved our kids over in the vehicle and all of our belongings. They kept in contact with us, gave us a date on when we could pick up, and picked up that day (gave us expectations, even with the holidays and didn't allow any excuse to come forth). Our car now drives smooth, and we are headed home! This business is legit, caring, professional and I would recommend them anytime, anywhere. Thank you for your kind hearts and patience during this hard time for us. You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!!Service: Transmission

This is one of the friendliest, knowledgable and thorough businesses. My son was stranded in the area with no way home and they fixed his car and had him on the road home pronto. They stayed in touch through the whole thing. I was given multiple options and kept informed of what was needed and of any changes. The price was great! Honest and amazing people. We will certainly use them again and recommend them to friends.

Great place to do business with! It can be pretty stressful when your vehicle stops working but Jacob made the entire process so easy. He was more than helpful with questions before we even chose his shop and then every step of the way he was keeping us informed. He even sent pictures of problem and repair progress. His time frame for the fix was accurate and everything went really smooth. I wish more businesses communicated like he does. I will always recommend this transmission shop!!

I had fantastic service at this location! Jacob was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the issues I was having with my car. He even called me for additional details to help determine further what I was going on so he knew anything else he needed to check before servicing my vehicle.Completely dependable mechanics and employees here.

Although my personal experience was a bit longer than most, due to the particular issues of my vehicle, Jake and the team at Hwy 67 were very thorough and did not want to release the vehicle until everything was just right. Very appreciative of the details provided and very happy with the level of service.

Jake walked me through every step of replacing my transmission, from the initial phone call, to the point of us driving the vehicle out of his shop. He made sure that I understood everything he was going to do, and why he was doing it. His prices were excellent, the service was quick, and the job was done correctly. Saved me a load of stress.

Jacob was so helpful when I called to inquire about transmission repairs. It's not easy find someone that passionate about their work along with explaining to their customers. I had my car towed to the shop. Jacob called me to let me know my vehicle arrived. He also advised me of the total time for repair. My car drives great and it feels like a new car. Thanks Jacob for everything and I recommend you as often as I can.

The 5 star reviews are true. Over the past 10 years we ve had numerous vehicles need a transmission and I always take them to Jake. I ve never worked with anyone more professional, more knowledgeable, and more committed to customer service than Jake and his crew. I like to know details of what is going on and Jake has always patiently helped explain those details to me. I did not have a pleasant experience with Jacob at Hwy 67 Transmissions. He told me how much it would be and that it would be 12-14 business days to fix it. I told him ok I can do it but since my truck is running and runs my business could I keep it until it was closer to him actually working on it. He was insistant that this could not happen. To be fair I pressed him. I said is there anyone there I could speak to, to make an exception. I can't stop my business for 3 weeks! He said he was the one in charge and no exceptions could be made. I told him come on man! I run 2 business and make exceptions all the time to take care of customers. He told me he didn't want my business and he wanted the truck gone by end of day. And hung up rudely. Then since it was already 5. He called back to say the keys are in it. I want it gone and to hang up rudely again!So... I was willing to pay 2900 bucks but just needed a little leeway to keep my business running. The ask would not have done anything to anyone other then free up a parking space. But no extra customer service from Jacob at 67 Transmission! They are just too busy!

This guys know what They do. Jacob is great person, he seems to have great knowledge about transmission. I got my car to get service in this location and after I told the problem with my car, Jacob explained to me what was going on. Also they did free diagnostic. This is a great place to get transmission service, I'll recommend to any one with same problem.

My clutch went out on my 20-year-old Toyota Tacoma (5-speed manual transmission). When we were ready, Hwy 67 Transmission had it towed to their shop all the way from Fort Worth, covered half of that bill, and fixed it in just a few days, for less than we were expecting! They also worked with us to pick it up after hours, which was more convenient for us. It's been a few weeks, and the truck is running fine and made it past 300,000 miles! Jake and his crew never did meet us in person, and yet they still took good care of us! Thanks guys!!

They seem like good people there dont get me wrong .. But today was my 3rd time getting pushed back to pick up my vehicle . in was told friday , that I would be able to pick up my vehicle today which is Tuesday. Now when I called today I was told it would be ready thursday.. If I tell somebody ill be done with a job Tuesday, best believe it'll be done tuesday. I gotta make my money too... I only call once a week so they dont feel like im rushing them but I had a job to do today bro.. And I call to pick my truck up and now it'll be done "Thursday".. We will see i guess. I understand they are busy but you gotta keep your word to people.

I brought my car to Jacob to look at it he explained everything thing to me of what he was doing and why it would be driving the way it is. He was very nice good customer service and works with you. I will recommend this shop to anyone who is having problem s with there cars.

I highly recommend Hwy 67 transmissions! Jacob went out of his way to diagnose and explain the repairs my car needed. He even helped me get estimates at other shops for non-transmission related repairs. Best customer service I've ever experienced!

I absolutely hate taking my vehicle to a service shop; I'd rather learn to do it or fix it myself. Hwy 67 Transmissions is the only shop that's earned my trust. If I have a transmission issue on any vehicle, I'll happily tow it from the far side of Ft. Worth to get it here. I haven't found a more honest and helpful bunch than Jake and his crew.

We had car trouble while visiting Midlothian from out of town. I found Jake in a google search, and he went above and beyond to offer help and advice. So grateful we stumbled on to such a great shop. I highly recommend!!! Thanks for being awesome, Jake!

Last month got a transmission rebuilt by these guys and now my car doesnt shift right at all even runs hotter than it was before i gave it to them. Called to take it back and they said that my warranty was void. These guys just screwed me over bad. Calling the better business bureau! Jake is the guy who screwed me

Jake told me a quote over the phone for a rebuild transmission had my car towed there thinking I can trust them after they looked at it they double price acted like they didn t care about helping me not so good customer service
