7 people working (standing around talking) 1 vehicle being serviced other than mine. All I needed was a tire plug. Almost 1 1/2 hours and my truck is still sitting outside the shop. Plus they had the dirtiest guy working move my vehicle. Now my driver seat is filthy. I definitely won t be back.

Thank you so much to Mark in the automotive! After having trouble with the South Side Walmart and their inability to change my flat tire Mark saved the day! I called and all he said was bring it up here and we will get it done. I waited maybe 15 minutes and had my tire fixed. The vibes in the automotive section is just unmatched! SOUTH SIDE WALMART COULD NEVER! Keep up the energy!

Everyone was nice, but I ordered online, instruction from employees on what to do when I arrived had me a bit confused, I arrived early & was told my car would be going in next, my tires were finished over half an hour late, in turn I was running late to my next appt. Lady at counter was very nice & got me checked out so I could get out as fast as possible. But definitely busy & will likely take longer than 1hr

It is a shame I can not give ZERO as a review. I just called 11:53am, July 24th and asked about the pit crew oil change. $24.88 and then I asked if I bring my own filter and oil, how much? She said over $30 if you bring your own oil and filter.I asked her how that made sense. She said, I just work here.I don't know. So sad the world we live in now. Customer service and commonsense out the frickin' window.

I will not recommend the car service department at Walmart. I went in to have a turn-signal bulb replaced and was told it would be a quick service and it should be done by the time I got a few items inside. After an hour of waiting nothing had been done so I just ask for my keys. I felt the employee working the car service checkout was rude, not helpful or was probably new to the area and didn t want to be there. I saw how she was with other people and I absolutely do not recommend, just go somewhere else.

You will wait HOURS, for a tire change, oil change anything! They are so inefficient, management needs to put a system in place to speed things up! There is no way the little old lady should be charging batteries AND getting orders put in the system. She needs ONE job . Everyone. The techs that put on the tires are just as slow, always stopping for some reason! It s convenient because they re open on Sunday other than that, go elsewhere.

I don't have trouble with the mechanic service ... my disgust is with the old woman who's take the information and keys.. she is to slow, I ask a simple question as " where is the oil change line?" and she don't answer..just ignored me...I stay in the car waiting for more than 40 min in the bay entrance and no one attended me.

Was there for 3 hours! I went in for a simple oil change with only2 cars ahead of me. While waiting, I witnessed 2 customers coming in to complain they were being charged for services not done . All the techs were standing around joking and talking. Unless you have serious time to kill I wouldn't recommend.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil changeServices: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Called to schedule appointment to install tires i ordered from them. Puts caller on hold multiple times and multiple calls then will not get back on phone. Over multiple days. The one time I actually was able to talk to someone she didn't know how to schedule appointment!

Very, very slow... Employees get it done but they like to play on their phones a lot and I've gone there twice for tire issues and had no wait to get in but took two hours to change 1 tire.... Great service tho! They do a good job .. STAY OFF THE PHONES

Went there to change rims ( Mount and balance 4 tires ) there was no one ahead of me and it took over 3 hours to complete it , I have spinal bifida and I can move faster than that kidThe management was nice but I remember from when I worked at tire shops I would ve got fired for being that slowService: Tires

Customer service is nonexistent. Went inside cashier lady was not willing to help. Made me wait 30 min outside and still had no help from anyone .

We are on day 5 of them trying to fix a flat tire. I have been called 4 times to say my car is ready when I go there they can t find the tire. I have spoke with 3 different managers and no one can seem to figure out how to do their job. Never go to the tire center.

Have taken 2 different vehicles to get the tire pressure monitors checked and they have caused bigger issues both times. First time was an F-150, alarm started randomly going off shortly after and messed up the computer. Didn t make a big deal and paid Ford $1800 to fix. Second time picked up and interior lights were flashing on and off. Had to take to mechanic, who properly set the TPM and fixed issue. This time we caused a stink and Wal-Mart paid for mechanic. I will say the Wal-mart workers we dealt with were mostly friendly and helpful. Still wouldn t recommend at all.Service: Tires

Well it would be nice if the person working at the check out spoke and understood English better and the technician that changes your oil act like they give a damn about trying to help you out I asked if they could just look real quick for a power steering leak I told them I knew that wasn't their job but I would greatly appreciate it if they could They acted like they really didn't want to go out of the way to that Then when I did pick up my truck I asked the counter person if they had wrote any comments on my ticket about any possible power steering leaks or if they had checked for any possible power steering leaks and she said yes and was showing me where they had checked my washer fluid and other fluid levels right then I knew she didn't understand to well what I was trying to ask her about I had my suspicions before but that confirmed it I applaud someone for working and trying to better themselves but learn the language

The worst service I have ever had. On top of that you have to wait 3-4 hours. They make oil changes priority, not first come first serve. Then they stripped my lug nuts on top of that. The manager has the nerve to tell me that an oil change is quicker than changing one tire!!!! They are a joke!!!!!!!!

They do not even deserve one star, because They have the worst customer service in the world! To top it off, they try to use glue and zip ties, to conceal their mistakes. They're lucky that the cover didn't completely fall off, strike another car, and cause an accident, while I was on the freeway. Oh but a $25 WALMART GIFT CARD, is supposed to remedy your negligence?! What a joke. (Especially when I paid nearly $80 for your pathetic services.) Corporate customer service has been notified, and I'll be waiting for a response from Mr. Taylor, the store manager. Seems to me like almost all of their associates, need remedial training, to include management. I look forward to hearing from you Mr. Taylor. I doubt I will though. You have 1-3 business days, according to your company policy.

Never take your car here! I was told my car would be ready in an hour, well 4 hours later and I am still here and they are taking random walk ins and changing tires on their rims in front of me and now all the workers are gathered around one computer and no cars are being worked on. The guy who checked me in didnt even know what directional tires were... so now my groceries are going to be spoiled and I spent my whole Sunday at walmart.

Waited an hour and a half for them to tell me that they did not have a certain part to take off my oil filter. Therefore they would not be able to give me an oil change. This would have been good to know before I spent all that time waiting. No apology or anything. Terrible customer service.

I always change oil here, so on my truck i went out of town one day and left my truck at home after they changed oil and came home three days later with a puddle of oil on floor. There was about 3 qt leaking out, filled up out of pocket and went back three times for them to fix the isssue, i even tighten the filter about 1 full turn. After taking it back, they use cheap *** filters which gasket had some paint on it. It ruined my filter housing on 2018 f250. Luckily i check my vehicle before i drive other wise i would of had a spun bearing, or sized motor etc...

the tire guy a real nice person...i went back because the previous worker left my new tires low on air and the customer service employee was not in the best mood early in the morning...not the best way to start a new day....so what 4 stars or 3??? ill do 4 because of the tire guy..

Sat in the auto service for two hours waiting on them to put 1 tire on my vehicle and still didn't get to put it on I had to go back to work

4 hours to repair a tire. A large line formed at the cashiers desk while the auto manager was in the hall talking and joking with everyone and when he noticed the line, he jumped on the employees saying he needs someone at the desk, like dude, you're the reason nobody was over there to begin with.

Great service Only complaint is after they installed 2 new Batteries I was charged the core charge they kept the old batteries didn't realize until I was down the road

The manager marco have an excellent customer service sadly no all the team back him up and they have stupid young kids working there sorry marco but i have to brind it up need to hire moore mature people and want it to work instead of joking and wasting time making people waiting long periods of time
