I would give no stars if possible . We dropped our truck off over a year ago and don t live in midland . It was ran through some water by no means enough to do the damage supposedly that it had . They seemed confident in the first diagnosis then after replacing a motor they kept guessing t different parts until a year later our insurance decided to total the truck . We dealt with David who was rude on more than one occasion and after the truck was totaled was supposed to mail out belongings and after two months we didn t receive anything we called again and just now gonna mail things out . The company as a whole treated us in a very unprofessional manner . Truly should value customer service more . I will never refer anyone here !!

I went in for spark plugs and what I thought was some oil leak, they changed out the spark plugs, BUT with aftermarket instead of stock. They don't explain to you very well what they've done or will do to your vehicle, mind you I've been going to this mechanic for years. It went from a $500 bill over the phone to a $700 bill when I arrived. They even changed the oil fill cap that I could have done . Still leaking oil , I'm done going back. Just FYI.

I took my vehicle in for 4 different issues. Gave them a part for the a/c they needed and told them what was wrong with the vehicle. Only 2 minor issues were repaired (but molding not reinstalled) the electrical is still giving me issues, the air conditioner is completely out (they didn't even attempt the blower resistor I gave them) and the very loud right passenger side noise (they said they couldn't hear) is a missing bolt from the engine block.... still missing. I was out$2200 on repairs, they had my vehicle for 5 or 6 weeks and I had to pay for a rental out of pocket another $2300. I will not use them nor recommend them again.I'm unsure if the mechanics are incapable, lazy or just too busy but it has been extremely costly for me.I had to install the resistor myself and found that not only had they help held shut my access panel with A SUNFLOWER SEED, they had also burned a cigarette hole in my upholstery! I do not smoke!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection

Top notch repair shop. Fair, efficient and effective. In 1998, fresh out of college and brand new to town, they helped me get a refurb transmission into my Ranger that was acting up. Today, in 2022, after 24 years I was back again. They diagnosed and repaired a broken shift cable in my Chev half ton. Same great service and fair pricing! Definitely recommend Wall Street Automotive!Service: Transmission

Charged way too much for a job they didn't do and lied about. I waited over two weeks for a repair that I ended up having to do myself.

COMMUNICATION WAS AWFUL AND THEY DID WORK THAT WAS NEVER APPROVED! Dropped my car off on March 13th for them to diagnose why my ABS light was on and also to reprogram the airbag as my husband made a mistake when he was diagnosing the vehicle himself. Was originally told it would take a couple days for them to get to my van and they reassured me they wouldn t do any work without our permission. It took a little over two weeks for them to diagnose the problem. When they talked to my husband they only talked about fixing the airbag module and didn t even mention my ABS. We were quoted $1400.00 out the door including tax. Since it was already over 1k to fix one problem my husband didn t even bring up the ABS and verbally approved the work which was a HUGE mistake. For the next 3 weeks both my husband and I were lied to every time we called trying to get updates. They kept saying they were waiting on shipping, but wouldn t give any more details. I started getting really worried after they had my car for a month and that s when I realized our mistake we had nothing in writing so they could do whatever they wanted and charge whatever they wanted and there would be nothing we could do about it. I personally went into the shop to get some answers and pull my van. I no longer trusted them. I was told I couldn t get my van because they had pulled the airbag module and mailed it off to be rebuilt. Which is funny seeing since just that morning they told my husband the new airbag module was in Dallas and would be here soon . They still NEVER mentioned anything about the ABS. I also asked for a written estimate and was told if we didn t receive it by email that day (April 13th) we would definitely get it the next day. My husband called every day after trying to get the written estimate and was told nothing but excuses and kept being put off. The following Wednesday my husband called multiple times that morning and then magically our van was finished (even though they had just told him a few hours earlier it would be a few more days) and they sent us the receipt of the completed work which was $600 more than we were quoted because not only did they replace the airbag module, but they also replaced the ABS module. We were never given the written estimate even though we asked every day for almost a week. They also charged us over $800 for a couple hours worth of labor. At that point we had no choice but to either pay the $2,000.00 or lose my van. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with Wall Street Automotive and we will NEVER use them again nor will we EVER recommend them to anyone. I will be reporting to BBB.

After two and 1/2 weeks keeping my grandsons car they still have not decided on a diagnostic solution. And now the mechanic is off work for next 3 days. Looks like it might be 3.5 weeks keeping the car before it MIGHT be ready to go.

I was 4 hours in to a 3 day trip to the East Coast when my check engine light came on and my car was struggling on the highway. I was already worried about traveling alone and this was my worst case scenario - to be stuck in a place where I know no one. I had no idea what I was going to do. Every dealer in the area had a 2 week wait to even start on repairs. With help from my mechanic brother in NC (he typically does all of my car repairs), we found Wall Street Automotive. He stated that when he spoke to them about my car he felt confident in their knowledge of the problem and could get me back on the road. They allowed me, my son and our dog to wait in their waiting area while they diagnosed the problem. Within an hour or two they knew what was wrong, how much it would cost and when the car would be repaired. They even drove us to a hotel down the road. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be (the next day!), the price was exactly what they said it would be, and they even picked me up from the hotel when my car was ready. We were able to make it to our next stop only one day behind schedule. I cannot speak highly enough about the gentlemen at this shop. They were all very polite, professional, and helpful. They were sympathetic to my situation and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. We are now almost 1000 miles down the road in Alabama and my car is working perfectly! Thank you SO much Wall Street Automotive - y'all are awesome!Service: Engine repair

Very bad at diagnosing electrical issues. $2618.$ and 2 months later a rebuilt instrument cluster that there was nothing wrong with for $854 The issue ended up being what I told them to check in the very beginning, a very common known issue with these vehiclesService: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

A friend of mine recently acquired an older model Buick. I suggested that she get a good tune-up and recommended Wall Street Automotive. Drew went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure this vehicle makes it down the road for many more miles. Regardless of how many stars this business has on google, it is definitely a 5 STAR establishment. This family owned business has an excellent reputation and is highly respected in the community for it's integrity. Thank you Drew and Wall Street Automotive!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

If you "NEED" your vehicle this isn't the place to take it! They had our truck 4 months! For a new crate motor $9900 busted out the grill and tried to say it wasn't their fault had to take the truck back 3 different times for faulty install of the motor they cussed my husband on 2 different occasions their customer service is non existing!! Drew and his worker Doug need to go back home and let their parents reteach them how to treat people! Worst service ever! My husband and I both run small businesses And would never treat a customer that way! Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Check engine light came on. Did not dig deep into the problem, instead kept the Murano for one week and replaced the mass air flow sensor, ( even though I had just replaced it three months earlier ) and charged me over $400. including labor of nearly $250. It took me 10 minutes to replace the MAF sensor. Same problem occurred 3 months later, I did not bring it back to Wall Street Automotive. It was the air intake boot that had 2 cracks in the boot, which Wall Street Automotive did not see, and I was charged $242. from my new repair shop. They fixed the problem in one day, not one week.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Our 72 vw super beetle bought new in 72,Was in need of new struts, shocks, carb, much electrical, such as turn signals, anything you can think of. Vw dealer as well as other independent auto repair dealers would not touch it.Owner said they would look at it and check it out.I knew much work was needed as a former mechanic had really messed much of the wiring up in steering column to other parts of the car. Also gave them as much time as needed to thorougly get car back to near perfect shape. We are completely satisfied with the results and highly recommend Mark and staff. This vehicle was a learning experience for his staff as well, and they always kept me appraisedOf what they were doing. Great work guys, you have folks on the road turning heads again.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Brake service & repair

Where do I begin , service wasn t great .I went in to replace a gasket - one engine and and $1100 later on top of what insurance couldn t cover !Repairs done to your vehicle will climb without you knowing . Be sure to tell him that you want authorization prior to any work done on your vehicle. My motor makes noises and they really don t GAF about return service-it s the oilfield!!!I strongly recommend finding someone more detailed in their description of handling your vehicle as well as all fees laid out instead of add! 1-5 stars this place outright sucks !

Worst place ever, absolutely lied! Had a vehicle overheating and they told me each time they fixed the problem and didn't. Gave someone a 30 pack and they fixed it right in an hour. They also said they replaced my spark plugs on a used truck I bought. I checked when the truck was firing wrong the next day and the spark plugs had rust on them, I got charged for them to replace my spark plugs with ones from a scrapyard or what?! Other issues and pricing concerns but those stuck out as the worst of them.

I was told it would be 3 weeks to get my truck in and 7 weeks later it still hasn t been worked on.UpdateI had a list of stuff I wanted done but after 6 weeks I asked if they would just spend a couple hours to get it running and Drew said they would try but nothing happened, this is after multiple times of hearing next week and once going to the shop and they moved my work order to the top and told me they would get it next week.Be sure if you re going to leave a negative review to get your vehicle first, after my first review Drew called and gave me 24 hours to remove my truck or he would have it impounded! So I m stuck with a wrecker bill to have it taken to another shop! It dumbfounds me that Drew expected anything except a negative review as many times as I was lied to and my truck still not working!

LOL. I took 2 trucks in. One had the A/C blowing hot and a noise in the valve train. I clearly explained to the owner that I would like them to pull the valve cover to properly diagnose what the issue was which they failed to do. When I went to pick up the vehicle after 3 changed due dates I asked to see the truck before we proceeded with the bill. LOL. I paid $756 for an oil change and an A/C recharge. When I addressed the owner about the increased amount of issues the truck had obtained he got very hostile and became a smart ass as if I (the customer paying him) was wrong. I tried to give them a second chance to right their wrong but that didn t last long. He explained to me that they would be able to tear it down and figure out what the issue is but regardless at the end of the day they don t do that kind of work and would only replace the engine on top of not putting your vehicle back together. Sounds like a hell of a deal. For the second truck, it needed a water pump and brake line. Now I won t go into detail just know the following day the water pump was pouring coolant. When I called to address the situation the blame was put on me. You must have done something is what they told me. They were right... I drove it home from their shop...that s what I did. Needless to say I d recommend you keep driving right on passed Wall Street Automotive and back to the house. Pull out your computer and get some YouTube certifications . A little time spent and elbow grease will have you back on the road in no time as well save you some cash!

A good auto mechanic, in my opinion, will always be busy. I was patient with them and they were patient with me in paying the bill. We each communicated with each other. That helped to give me peace of mind.

If you need your vehicle find another place because this mechanic is not reliable nor dependable. They re the cheapest in town for a reason. When I called to check in I was given the call tomorrow and call this afternoon which turned into the weekend, and then it was call by tomorrow. I had the part I needed replaced in my car when I dropped it off and it still took them over a week, and I still need work done. They say they close at 6, yet when my car was to a point where it was drivable I went to get it, around 5:45. All the mechanics were just shooting the breeze, not working on any of the vehicles in the shop. I was still in their parking lot at 5:50 when they closed up and left for the day.I would not recommend this mechanic for any service.

Avoid this shop if you don't like headacheNot a good experience at all. they charged me over $600 to diag and replace the radiator on my car for over heating and 10 min after i picked up my car it over heat like before, so i took it back and after 3 days they told me that i need to replace some hoses and radiator fan looking at additional $500 and when i asked why you did not tell me that before they told me because it was not leaking but now it does and we dont guaranty that changing these parts it is going to fix your overheating problem. BSso long story short they put my old radiator back which they said had a leak and gave me $400 backi changed the fan my self and fixed the problem, no leaking radiator or hose or bad thermostat they just wanted to charge me for things that i did not need and their customer service is horrible not to mention when i wanted to talk to their service manager they said we dont have service manager so F*** this place.

Plain horrible!! The quality work is no longer with this place. They cannot fix anything right. They tell you it will be done at a certain time and its more like double or near triple the time when there done with your vehicle. They wont even bother to call you to give you a heads up or anything . If you want your vehicle to be there forever and not even fixed right, go there!

This place is a joke!!!! Dishonest, horrible mechanics that install an engine and messed up so many other things while doing so!!! Poked holes in my steering wheel column boot with a screw driver and then denies it!!!!! Me and everyone I know will never come back to this place!!!!!!! My car that had never been in a shop with 36,000 miles has had many problems since!!!!!
