Brought my Atlas in because I had to jump start it at HEB. Y all looked at it and said the battery was good. So I left with it, it happened again the next day. I got a friend to jump me off. So it s back at your dealership, (I ve bought 3 vehicles from Midland Volkswagen) but that doesn t mean anything about providing a loaner vehicle. So it s in line to be looked at and y all have no idea when that will be.

I have had very good experiences in the past but this 3rd time around was just a headache. When I buy my 4th vehicle it won't be with any 3 Volkswagen's or Mazda's dealerships around me. They own all of them. I told them I wanted to put a down payment of $5000 and they applied that to the gap and extended warranty. I signed off on the cancellation papers March 18th 2024. I checked on it the 25th of March and they said they will send it that day. I called Zurich to make sure they got it and they have not. Nick said he turned it into Andrew and Andrew doesn't have an extention. I asked to talk to the General Manager Chris and Nick said he's unavailable. CHRIS HAS BEEN UNAVAILABLE SINCE MARCH 18TH. We'll see if I even get my full refund, Nick stated he doesn't know how much I will get back and no one has ever asked these questions. KAYLIN who works in finance did my paper work called me Delusional to my Husband when I just wanted clarification on where the money was being processed. My husband let him know I haven't slept in 2 weeks when doing this paperwork because I was in a car accident and my car was totaled and I went there to replace my Jetta. I called Zerich myself. All they needed was an email or a fax that will take 4 to 6 weeks and Nick said to call back in 8 weeks TO SEE IF IT WAS EVEN PROCESSED. All I wanted to know was if they sent in the paperwork and he could not answer a simple question when it was done.

I ve come here twice, first time I ended up buying a car that I ended up not liking. Was given something other than what I was told. The one I was getting the keys were locked in the service dept for the night so they had me test drive something different. Was told my car would be the exact same. They brought me my car after being detailed two days later and it didn t have anything I was wanting. No push to start, no automatic headlights and it had a smaller engine. Wouldn t let me exchange it.Well I have been driving this car for 3 years now, decided to start looking at something new, and the guy that we were talking to refused to run any numbers do over the phone even though I had submitted the credit app online. Online I had gotten a price quote of around $600 per month for a $50000 car and my husband and I know those are never super accurate, so we were fully prepared to pay $650-800 for this car. He submits the application and comes back I kid you not 2 minutes late with a $1200 a month payment. My husband asks what is the interest on this? He said it did not include interest. After looking at the other numbers they threw out there ($9000 for my trade in that KBB said was worth 11.5k-14.5k and is on the market for 19-25k right now) wanting a $4k deposit) we said tried to find out how this payment so so much more than what was listed on the website. He was very rude, and condensing saying if you can t afford this number what is the point in turning in the paperwork to see what a real payment would be. He said these numbers were an estimate on the highest the payment would be. He kept saying give me a number you want your payments to be at. A realistic number. I m not going to tell you my payments can be $1200 because that is what you will make me pay, that s how dealerships work. You are paid commission. I understand. We understand our credit is not great. We have both been working on it. 600-640 is not horrible and I have bought cars with worse credit.This entire time he was rolling his eyes, and cutting us off, and I was so mad at the situation that my face was purple and I was seeing red. We asked for our Keys 3 times and each time he came back with different numbers and a different car. We left because the guy was so rude.Could we pay $1200 a month? Yes. Am I willing to pay for it for a 2022 with 51k miles? No. I can get a new car for that.He was rude, and condescending, and for that I will be getting something from someone else and never coming here again.

Chris Ortiz was there for me every step of the way! I couldn t be more happy with the service provided & his knowledge of the cars themselves. I came without a vehicle & left with one that I could not be more happy with. Everyone at the dealership is absolutely wonderful & I could not be happier. I have enjoyed my experiences with VW since we purchased our car but this one I an not 100 percent satisfied. We took the car in for a broken seat"motor" and we were told that it would take 4-5 more days to order parts. It was there for like 2 weeks. I went and picked it up when it was ready, I was told they didn't check all of the connections. It was a improperly connected plug. My wife was upset because she had asked the techs to check the wiring the first day she dropped it off, and it wasn't done in guessing.

Customer service is good and they are friendly. But have insane maintenance prices just like every other mechanic. Paid $175 to have my new battery synced to the car which is a 5 minute operation. You can never leave a mechanic without feeling you got ripped off

When I pulled in, I was greeted by one of the associates. I told him I had an appointment and he walked me inside. From there, he directed me to a few seating options and where I could get water and coffee. He mentioned it would not be that long because I was the first one there. It did not take them long to complete the service and it was not a bother for them to add additional services after the fact!

The service department is great. Overall very happy.Being able to call and set an appointment though, is difficult. I've been disconnected twice. Grateful there is an online option to set up an appointment. I didn't know that before I called. Thank you!

Huge shout out to Colton, he helped my wife and I securing a new 2024 Tiguan.The whole experience was so streamline and fast. Colton was knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at and above all was patient. No question was left unanswered, In and out in less than 2 hours and absolutely painless! I strongly recommend buying here and getting help from Colton!

The service department people were very nice and helpful. The reason I gave it four stars was because they told us they couldn t see our car for three weeks and it would have to sit in the lot for that long until they got to it. So we had to rent a car, it actually only took one week for them to see our car but that was an extra $300 for the rental that week. I m glad the time they said ended up being shorter but I ve never dealt with a dealership that took so long to service your car. We ve had Toyota and Honda and they either do same day service or maybe a day to diagnosis the problem and another day to fix it.

The service department doesn't like to do their job or, like to correct their mistakes. Endurance/Mapco Extended Warranty covered several things. Still, the VW service dept did not want to deal with it stating they verified and checked and found nothing wrong with the blades and said that the item, like windshield wiper blades, was not covered when the premium police coverage states that it does cover blades, besides other things not recommende. I had to order it online. It unfortunate having only one close to Odessa.

Was told that i needed to have 700+CS to get approved for the atlas 2.0, didn t receive any help! Went over to all American got me a brand new Suv and process was Awesome!

Micheal was super helpful, he was extra patient and knowledgeable of the car we where looking at, me and my husband took about 4 hours to make the decision of buying the car and he was still more than helpful not pressuring and calm, probably won t find service like his anywhere else, also the financing manager was super helpful and kind I sadly can t remeber his name but everyone there was great!

I have been there on several occasions because I have a Volkswagen, a place where the service is slow, expensive and very bad. Even to do an oil change you have to make an appointment three months in advance. For other types of service it takes a week with your car to make a diagnosis, and then another week to fix it. Plus there are some customer service people who are racist and their treatment is horrible. When I buy a new car it won't be a Volkswagen, just so I don't have to visit them anymore.

Vivian was incredible! This was by far, the easiest car purchase I've ever made. The entire staff was informative, low pressure and friendly, starting with Vivian on the phone helping us locate a vehicle, to the general manager and the professionalism continued all the way through financing and delivery! I'll call them first for every vehicle need.

I was very impressed with the whole process. The salesman, Robert Perez, knew his vehicles and moved things along efficiently. We took it for a test drive, made an offer, and then spent about 12 minutes signing everything with the finance manager. I couldn t be happier with these guys.

George was amazing! He made the car buying experience one in a million. He went above and beyond to show my husband and I several options that were in our price range. His knowledge and wisdom surrounding what VW stands for as a company made us really feel confident in our purchase with VW. I got my car back, I drove home and back to work. I started my car service engine light came on. Went to auto parts store they said it was a loose fuel cap. I tightened it lights still on don't know if it's fixed. I've owned the car for four months, it's been in for repair twice for a total of seven weeks. still having problems. Didn't buy the car to sit in service!!
