I must commend the incredible team here! Their full-service approach ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. Not only did they take care of everything efficiently, but they also went the extra mile by offering me a charger and letting me relax inside their establishment while they prepared everything. I'll definitely be returning, and I want to give a special shoutout to Jose, Lisa, Daniel, Caden and Louis for their exceptional service and hospitality.

Something has changed here. They used to be very good at queue management, but the last couple times I've gone it's been odd. Today I sat for 45 minutes while I watched two other cars come after me, get service and leave, while I was still stuck waiting. They do not come out and greet me as they used to. Shame, been my go-to place ever since they rebranded from Avis lube. On the hunt for a new place.

Was treated like my business wasn t important or needed. Was told that I can leave and go somewhere else. I got an inspection on my Travel Trailer and the report listed an alternative VIN when the VIN is visible on the trailer. So I had to come back after my paperwork for registration was declined. When I drove back I was told I had to leave and bring the travel trailer back. That Same day I got an inspection on my truck that didn t pass for tire tread. Came back with new tires waited in line for 25 minutes. Pulled was told the inspector was on lunch. Was told I had to pull around in line again and wait for inspector who saw walk in off lunch 2 minutes after I pulled around. Before I pulled around I asked the staff if I could pull to the side and she help me there instead of waiting in line. I was told no. I was visible frustrated but was talking respectfully and I questioned the solution to get back in line. That s when I was told to go somewhere else by your staff. He said it with a negative attitude, rude, raised his voice, and glared at me with anger. It s amazing how much business the people you hire lose your company. I asked to talk with the manager and they wouldn t let me. The final person who did the inspection was in the shop the whole time and was never on lunch. And the lady who was the inspector that got back from lunch never even looked at my vehicle. I could have dealt with all the delays and back and forth and back and forth but when the person starts to be disrespectful that s why the complaint gets filed. Appreciate your customers business. And they ended up pulling me to the side and finishing it up out of the bay like I originally suggested.

I've always given Valvoline Oil Change great reviews. I've been to this location four times to get my cooling system serviced. The advertise that they offer this service. It's always something; the tech isn't here, we're out of coolant, the machine is broken. I'm done. Quit advertising the service if you can't do it.

This place is a Instant Oil Change location and so much more. Whether your vehicle needs a headlight adjustment air filter change the oil filter changed a fuel filter changed a cabin filter changed differential fluid change your transmission fluid changed your radiator flushed your tire pressures checked, folks they do it all. These people here work hard everyday in a professional yet casual relationship with the customers and their self. They work hard and do an excellent job for each and every customer. I highly recommend them they will not risk your safety nor take shortcuts. Come by and see them they have several locations within town and they're always willing to help. You won't be disappointed.

Went on Sunday afternoon to have the fuel filter replaced on my Ram 3500 do to another place selling me the wrong filter. Got new one put in and left and it was leaking. Went back to get them to fix it and they put the cap back on so tight that they stripped the hex nut and couldn t get it off. They tried several different ways to try and get it and nothing was working. Had to end up having a friend of mine run me to the parts store and get new cap that I had to pay for cause they said it was my fault and cost me $80. Went back and still couldn t get the old one off and another gentleman pulled in to get oil change and they were telling him what had happen and he come over and offered to help. They finally told us we had to move the vehicle outta the bay when they weren t busy and we worked on it for over 3hrs. Finally had to cut it off with a grinder from the gentleman that showed up. Got new one on but still leaked so took it to my neighbor that is a mechanic and he found that they had put 2 gaskets on and that s what was causing it to leak. This place was very unprofessional and I will never use them again. In the process of getting the old cap off we ended punching a hole through the top off the new filter. Luckily they just gave me another filter. But still isn t the point. Have heard from different people that they have had similar issues in the past like this.

I've been getting my oil changed here for years and my state inspections. Overall I've been very pleased with the service. I did go to the Valvoline off midkiff at Cuthbert and it was not a good experience. Had to go back twice it was very hard to get my problem resolved and they were actually going to send me back to this one. But these guys to seem to be really professional and know what they're doing just wish they weren't quite so pricey.

Sloppy work: I noticed that they did not screw the engine cap. Lost a be screws and the engine oil is leaking.

The oil change went just fine, but none of them knew how to change the cabin air filter. The main guy frank had to look up a tutorial video on YouTube to do it...doesn't exactly instill confidence that the rest was done right..yikes think I'm going to stick with take 5 or going to the dealership

I come here a lot their faces are friendly and everyone is helpful and works together very well. The only thing is I dont know if they do everything that the kent quik does farther down the big spring street in midland towards I20 that one tops this place. Im sorry if you ever go over there and compare it to this one. You'll see what I mean. But I go to this one since it's convenient for me since I live so close.

I was in there last week I can t find my receipt the gentleman I m about to mention told me about a review so here it is. Service was decently done by a older woman I felt bad for her though because the guy with slicked back hair ben cursed at the woman working on my vehicle asked for a tip then had the audacity to ask for a good review here it is . Won t be back!!

They listened when I told them what I was wanting and that it was all I was wanting. The guy who was doing some things was special needs and definitely needed a little more help than what they gave him. He was constantly having to ask questions which does not make me as a consumer very comfortable in the moment where he is attending to MY vehicle. But it ended on a positive note. But only 4 stars because of the fact I feel they should have had a mentor working side by side with him, until he learned more and was more confident. People's vehicles are not something to leave to chance. But also kudos to valvoline for hiring special needs!

It's a shame because so far the people who have serviced my vehicles are courteous and professional. But they're extremely slow. Maybe it's just bad luck but every time I pull up it takes an hour to an hour and a half to push out one car. Now I feel I can comment on this as I was a pit man for a shop with double the bay capacity and if it took an hour to move one car/truck even with extra services, that's a failure.Now, it seems to be a luck of the draw, you pull into lane and hope the person in front of you isn't getting every up-sale service in the book but this is where I feel management fails. There should be a greeter guiding incoming cars into lanes which makes sense as far as customer arrival, requested services, and expected completion of the vehicles in the bay. It's frustrating for a customer to have arrived in a lane and the next lane is pushing out cars faster where 2-3 vehicles that have arrived AFTER you are long gone before you even enter the bay. That is where this location fails in the process flow. IMO.In short, 3 1/2 hours for oil change and inspection when I was only 1 car away from entering the bay...

I was skeptical of using this place. Only cause I m use to going through a dealership or doing myself.Brianna helped me with all that was needed for the vehicle and checked to make sure all the lights worked as they should. I am a regular customer and these guys are usually very helpful FIVE STARS for other services and oil change needs that I have had, but I was very disappointed to be sent away to the dealership to have my low beam headlamp changed because they said, "the grill has to be removed". Went to the dealership but they were backed up and I would have to leave my vehicle. When I explained my experience at Valvoline, I was told that it should literally only take 10 minutes in "real time WITHOUT REMOVING THE GRILL", since the headlamp housing is not attached to the grill. I came home and found a you tube that verified what the rep told me at the dealership. If only I had a 10mm ratchet with a long extension, I could literally change out the part myself!!

This place is worthless!!! I went once to try and get an oil change and OMG I waited over 30 minutes and finally left and went to another place and got great service. I went earlier (should ve known better) and I was the third car in my line and there were 3 cars in the other like and neither mine moved! I was there for 40 plus minutes!!! DO NOT go to this place unless you don t mind waiting for hours! They just stand around and go to each other s lane and just talk to each other like nobody is there! Bring back the way it used to be!

I took my vehicle here for an oil change earlier this year, and got in and out quickly. The biggest contributor to the fast oil change was the fact that they use an impact wrench on the filter and the drain plug. Both were so tight that the filter collapsed while trying to remove it and the head of the drain plug stripped. Only go here if you want to have you vehicle towed away after they strip the drain plug out.

Couldn t figure out how to scan vin.Had to call customer service in front of me to figure out how to change my oil.Then told me they couldn t change it.Leary of their ability to do car maintenance. I would go elsewhere. Went to another shop up the street right after. No issue at all.Location Midkiff and loop. Also went by one on Wadley and loop when they were suppose to be open. No one there.

6/9/22 Invoice: 43194Wife took our vehicle for an oil change. She specifically asked for them to check the coolant level due to an engine overheating warning light. When service was completed she asked about the coolant( if it was low or any had been added), the tech told her level was good and none was added. After she left she continued to have the same warning light come on. I verified the coolant level myself and the coolant reservoir was empty, I had to add 1.5 gal. I also noticed the invoice said they added windshield washer fluid but that too was near empty, seemed like none was added.

Went in for A/C Service. They let me know I had a leak, recommended a place to go, then didn't charge me anything. Super helpful.

Went to get an oil change and inspection. Almost no one was there and I was serviced straight away but it was very confusing. They kept forgetting what I wanted and it sort of felt like they were all brand new hires on the job. Very friendly and not bad pricing but they need a better manager to help keep them on track or somethingService: Oil change

Extreme lack of customer service, left trash in my car, left a greasy handprint on my gear shift. My car was working perfectly normal before the oil change, and was not acting normal within 4 hours of picking it up.I was not given a phone call when my car was ready, it just sat unlocked for hours before I walked there to check on it, since no one answered their phone.Will not use ever again.Service: Oil change

Been coming here for a couple years with no issues. This time it was ridiculous . Young staff had no idea what they were doing asking ridiculous questions. From the time I got there I was 2nd in line and it took over an hour to get through. For just an oil change!!! And their inspection station "wasn't working" . Never coming back here. It was good but when you say oil change that's what they do nothing else had to ask to get the air cleaner changed so tell them everything you want and it will happen
