I was forced to put a star but terrible terrible service sat behind a car for almost 2 hours car in front of me was untouched the entire time took about 45 min just to remove oil filter workers seemed very lost and confused better train your employers as I will not return should take notes from the Valvoline on wadley. Thanks.

No one would wait on me. I feel like my friend and I were discriminated against because there were plenty of employees and only one other customer and after we were told to pull forward and asked what we wanted, they completely ignored us for more than 20 minutes, doing absolutely nothing. We gave up and drove off and then one of them came running after us but we went to Take 5 and had a wonderful experience, in and out in literally 5 minutes. Valvoline gave us both a terrible experience and we'll never go back.

The girl who helped me was nice, but the guy who was assisting and doing the oil change kept loudly making unnecessary comments about my vehicle or oil to the entire bay that upset me. I was aware the oil level in my car was low, which is why I was obviously there. The previous place I went to I'm guessing didn't add enough oil, I'm not sure, but that's also why I went to yall (so I wouldn't have that issue again). I just really found it unprofessional and rude.

Never bring a vehicle here unless you are done with it. They RUINED the rear differential on a one owner vehicle that had NEVER had any major issues. Then refused to pay for the repairs. Would give zero stars if that was possibleEDITED since there is no option to respond to a comment to addThis response looks great for them but management made it clear from the beginning that they just did NOT care and if this was forwarded to management then they clearly still don t care as it s been crickets from this company. So don t fall for the lip service and don t take your car here unless you want them to ruin something and then tell you it isn t their fault, it s just something that happens

Waited in line for an hour with only 2 cars in front of me, had 3 different employees approach me asking what service I needed, only to be told they were all out of synthetic oil when it was my turn. You would think if a location is out of a product required to complete a service, they would inform the customer before hand.

The experience was fine except when I went to wash my truck. I opened up the hood and started spraying I noticed the oil cap missing. They must of not tightened it, now I have to go buy a cap. Will not be coming back for sure.

I have been going here since last year. Not sure what I've done in life without them. Oil changed and get my inspection. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Price wise is no different than anyone else in town. Well worth the wait.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went to get my oil changed here. The crew up there Saturday morning was great! Didn t catch their names but it was a guy and a girl and they were efficient! Was in and out in 15 minutes. Also checked my battery level and air filter plus a bunch extra. Would recommend them for a quick easy oil change!

They took way longer than usual and overcharged me. This used to be my regular spot but not anymore. I used to pay $40 and I was charged $100. Never again

Besides the wait it was worth it got oil changed and inspection for great price. All the employees was super kind and let us know everything we needed and more. We recently moved from Hellinois so I don't know where everything is at yet but I will be taking my truck here soon. Sorry I forgot the employees names that helped us.

Haley and Holly did an outstanding job!There's also a coupon you can go online for,for 25 dollars off your oil change if you go to valvoline website. They'll check all your fluids,air pressure,lights, and windshield wipers,all while you sit and wait in your vehicle.They did all this in an impressive amount of time. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a oil change.

I really like this place. It's a drive-thru so you don't have to get out of your car. Usually there's not a long wait. Every time I've gone to both this one and the other one on midkiff the employees have been extremely friendly and informative. They acknowledged you shortly after driving up even if there's a long line and let you know they will be taking care of you. This time I was truly grateful because they checked my battery as part of the regular service it found I had it did sell. Gave me the option of buying there or going someplace else did not push me to try to buy the battery there just said I should get it fixed soon. Because the price was reasonable and he was being so reasonable with me I did purchase the battery there because of this customer service.

Quick, expert service. Highly Recommended. If you don't like staying in your vehicle while they work, simply take your business elsewhere! I really like driving in and out in 15 minutes tops for an oil change!

They put in the wrong oil filter. We were going on vacation and to my surprise, my oil had drained out. We waited for 4 hours to get help from valvoline. There is also oil all on the back of my hatch.

The manager Ben came out and informed me my air filter and cabin filter was dirty and it needed replacing. Took it to Christian brothers directly after and they informed me both were in good condition and did not need replacing. He also told me my transmission fluid was bad because it was pink and was supposed to be gold. Later mechanics at Christian brothers told me the opposite. Ben is a crook and tried to sell me items I did not need to make money. Valvoline is corrupt and stood up for this corrupt employee in order to make more money. Do not visit this company unless you insist on being ripped off.

I went in for State Inspection to renew my license and they, as usual, checked everything, complete oil change, and gave me information of how to maintain my vehicle. I have used this service for a few years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.Thanks, Guys!!!! M&Ms, '66 Mustang

So I accidentally left a review on this Valvoline lol my bad. I meant to leave it on take 5 but I guess I clicked on it by accident because I was upset when I typed it . Anyways if you don t want a broken splash guard and want your oil change done right go here not Take 5.

The service was great, but the waiting area was pretty nasty with trash, there were slides (shoes) on the floor and a pair of boots in the bathroom under the sink. Something was occupying every other chair, preventing my boyfriend & I from being able to sit while we waited.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
