Zach was my customer service agent. I went in for an oil change and a TX state inspection. He informed me that when they were rotating the tires they found swollen lug nuts, which would make it impossible for the wrench that came with my car to fit the lug nuts in case of a tire failure out on the highway. This is a design flaw by Ford and many other manufacturers that needs to be fixed. This flaw cost me $125. FORD you need to fix this, and Zach thank you for your patience and courtesy!

Receptionist was nice butTried to take my vehicle there cause that's what was recommended closest to me, waited a hour to tell me that they had to send out for my filter because they don't carry it, couldn't tell me a lead time , wasted lunch for nothing . Should update the name to avoid confusionService: Oil change

Personal is very nice and courteous. I like to take my car there to have the oil changed and the five point checks.

Won t honor their battery warranty. Battery and service done in house.
