Their service really s***** as soon as I walked in the door, I had gotten a dirty look, then I ended up having a conversation with the people, and their motto, doesn t match how they ACTUALLY treat you. They really don t know anything, and added extra stuff that I needed for my vehicle, but it didn t, like a new door, when my door was completely fine.

I have used Reliable in the past and recently I was involved in an accident that did extensive damage to my 2020 F-250 Superduty. Reliable is a preferred shop of my insurance company too, which made my choice of repair shops a no brainer.They repaired and repainted my truck and the results were amazing! They are a Christian, family -owned business with excellent customer service, and they do top-notch body work. The owners are very involved and caring people.Highly recommend!!

Took our car to Reliable after we were in an accident, they are so friendly and professional. I will always use them if I am able. My car looks awesome and they will fight for their customers! They explain everything to you. Literally if I could give no stars I would. SO dissatisfied with the service, or lack thereof that we received! My son took them $500 cash (our deductible) and the insurance check before we ever dropped the car off with them. We dropped it off on Oct 11 and barely picked it up today. Throughout the course of them having it the only updates we were given were when we called them! Even at that, they gave us a different completion date each time! She told me after 2-3 other times she had said we could get it, that her guys never work on Saturday but would so they could get the bumper repainted since the first time they painted it she said the paint didn t match! I waited all day Saturday with no call. Monday comes around and I call because she promised it would be done over the weekend. Another lie. She then said that some girl didn t feel good so didn t do it but they would have it done by end of day! When we went to pick up she said we still owed the deductible! I said, no we don t, that was all paid up front before we ever dropped the car off. She s holding the file that she had gone through at least twice already, and went to someone s office trying to figure out what they were going to do. Left us standing in the office for nothing like 15 minutes, then asks my son, do you have your receipt? I said, where s your copy? She said, I can t find it. I send my son to see if his copy is in the glove compartment and she laughs and says, oh, here it is! It was in the file the whole time! We dropped the car off with a full tank of gas and picked it up empty. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! There s too many professional body shops in Midland to deal with their LACK of professionalism! I doubt they ll be in business much longer because word will definitely get around!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best body shop experience I have had, Jackie was always updating me on my car, she was on top of making phone calls, and most importantly they answered every call. Many places they let their customers go to voicemails, but Reliable has a great communication with their customers. All staffs members were always welcoming and friendly. My car was fixed as new and I am pleased with Reliable from the moment I went in for an estimate!

Really messed up the front of my 2014 Silverado with a bumper height steel pole that didn't move. They worked with Farmers and quickly got my truck back to good as new condition. They were always pleasant on the phone and in person. Hope I don't have to come back, but with Midland drivers, who knows. They will be my first choice.Bruce

TERRIBLE!!!! We took my husbands truck in to repair hail damage in September 2019 and we are still getting stuff fixed from their mess ups! They replaced the roof and it leaked the first time it rained. They left an antenna that communicates to the key fob unplugged, so we had to pay $700 at the ford house to get that fixed. But, of course that wasn t their fault . We have had problem after problem and every time we go to them, they blame someone else. This is a terrible company! Don t take your vehicles here!

Great work. Repaired my vehicle to like new condition. I only gave 4 stars because of the delays and I know some of these delays are not within their control.

I went in for a dent in the rear quarter panel. This is what they messed up on:Did not pull the back bumper enough, so it's noticeable (to me);Left a piece of welding rod in the rocker panel from not grinding it all the way;But the worst part was that THEY DID NOT ATTACH THE WEATHERSTRIPPING PROPERPY SO NOW MY CAR IS FULL OF WATER ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE.Service: Body & Trim

Horrible experience. Wouldn't return calls. Gave us no information unless we reached out. Our vehicle had more problems leaving their shop than going in. We went an extra 2 months without vehicle than they quoted. Not recommendedService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My 2018 Honda Fit was brought into this establishment after it was hit while parked.I live 8 hours away. We called the Honda Dealership for a referral. It took almost 6 weeks to fix my car. After it was finished I drove 8 hours to come pick it up. When I got into my car it was FILTHY GLASS STILL EVERYWHERE AND THE MILEAGE WAS ROUGHLY 1200 miles more than when the car was wreaked. We got several different responses when we approached them with this problem. End result they would do NOTHING!!DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO KET IT BE USED AS A CAR FOR SOMEONE TO DRIVE AROUND AS THEY SO PLEASE

5 star work on my new 2018 Rav4, took a while for repairs but they seem to have made my vehicle perfectly as good as new. Great place and ask for help and they will.Trust this place!

How do you mess up Ford Oxford white. 7 week turnaround on a fender and door. Subpar to say the least. Won t be back. 2019 F250.

They took our business immediately which eased my stress they made the whole process so easy answered all my questions and phone calls the truck looks amazing would be understatement I would recommend them to anybody looking for body work it s like having a new truck!

This place was in my network for my insurance or I probably wouldn't have tried. I was very pleased with the quality of service and kindness the staff presented. Each time I called the 2 ladies who answer their phones are very friendly and very helpful.
