The company I work for uses this facilities services. When dropping off and picking up a trailer; I observed no one at the front desk. I waited about 5 minutes, places get busy I get it. But after noticing people from several offices glancing at me from behind there desk, I decided to talk with someone in the closest office to me (having never been to this facility before, and not being familiar with their pick up and drop off process). I politely inform the gentleman that my company sent me here to drop off and pick up a trailer, and he abruptly tells me you need to talk to the lady in the office next to me. Okay no problem, I look into the office next to his and there is no one in the office. I wait approximately another 5 minutes thinking she might have stepped out of her office to use the restroom, grab a coffee, had some other business to take care of, etc , but after 5 minutes I decide to politely inform the gentleman I first approached, that there was no one in the office next to his, and asked when she might be back. He doesn t reply to me and just walks out of the office, out of my line of sight but still within ear shot and begins to gruffly tell someone (whom I would discover to be the woman who occupies the office next to his), that a guy with no patience is looking for her and he doesn t have the energy to deal with it. Then he storms past me back to his office and I ask if everything was okay, and if I offend him somehow, to which he never replies and never even looks my direction. The lady assisted me and gave me the pick up and drop off instructions, I asked her if everything was okay with that guy and what his name was. She said she didn t know his name (although she works in the office next to his, which leads me to believe she also found his behavior inexcusable and was covering for him so he wouldn t get in trouble). For a description of the gentleman I provide the following information- A short, heavy set, bald, white male, occupying the office closest to the entrance doors (of which there are only 2 offices and the other being occupied by a generally courteous young woman). Perhaps the gentleman was having a bad morning, maybe he dislikes his job, or maybe his general disposition means he should be moved to a position in which he has no social interaction with customers. Either way I found the behavior extremely rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. After hooking up the trailer I was sent to pick up, I returned inside the business and picked up the paperwork from the young lady who remained very professional and courteous as I concluded my business there.

Mike, is very racist and unprofessional. He marks up prices way too much. I don t know if he does it everyone , but he s trying to sell parts at almost 50% mark up. Going to make a call to headquarters. This is ridiculous. Google prices before you buy.

Always a great experience! Mike always seems to have the tanker parts we need and prices are affordable. Everyone working there is great. Definitely will be back there again and again. 10 Star Rating!!!
