I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Planet Paintless for professional hail damage repairs here in West Texas! I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of their work. When I came to pick up my car, I didn't know what to expect as I had never experienced hail damage and hail damage repairs before. My car looked BRAND NEW! What was once covered in dents looked like a brand new panel! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They communicated with me regularly to give me updates on the repairs and a timeline that was accurate and dependable. They also DETAILED my car and it was cleaner than I had left it, both inside and out! I encourage you, if you have hail damage, call Planet Paintless and receive their EXPERT service today!

Update 12-8-2023: Their work is great, but their customer service truly stands out. During the fix there was a slight damage to my rear window. It was absolutely unintentional, but I didn't notice prior to leaving. A few days later I saw it and sent an email with a picture of the damage to the company.This is where Planet Paintless can teach a Master Class in relationship management.Their owner, Alicia, immediately responded to my email the next morning, even during the holiday. She offered to fix it on Monday, but I was leaving town on Sunday. She connected with a contact in my city, had them come to my place and replace the window. She pre-paid the window company and coordinated the scheduling with me throughout. It was painless!It cost more to replace the window than what I paid for my PDR. On top of that, she reimbursed me immediately for the tint that I had to add a few days later. The entire time she texted, emailed, or spoke to me over the phone until all work was completed. She was absolutely pleasant and even apologetic about all of it as well.If ever you have a dent (or anything Planet Paintless can do) - don't think...just go. The service and family-oriented business model is increasingly rare these days. I truly appreciate their work and my experience from end-to-end.Amazing work. Morgan is great to speak with and is very professional and knowledgeable. Brian is a genuine guy and his work is high quality. They took care of me quickly and made it a great customer experience. Do yourself a favor and go see them.

Absolutely fantastic service. Every aspect of this business is 5 stars. Customer service was phenomenal, quality of the dent repair was WAY above my expectations. When they say they can take it out 100% they mean it. Not 99% not 99.99%, it's COMPLETELY gone.This is by far the best experience I've ever had at any automotive service company for any reason. I would recommend them to anyone for dent repairs!

Johnny and Alicia are some amazing people that also happen to run an even better company. After hail damage and a door ding to my truck, they helped make it look as good as new! They were very patient with the insurance/ warranty process and made every effort to make my life as easy as possible in a stressful time. Will definitely recommend to friends and be a returning customer. I can t thank them enough.

Took my Odyssey in to have about 20 small dents and dings corrected. Car looks brand new again. Easy to schedule, and my van was completed when promised. Very reasonable given the value I received. Highly recommended. Plus, Jonny and his crew are just good people. Thanks for the great service.

Experience was wonderful! Did a great job on all repairs! Kept me posted on what was going on! Repairs made in a very short amount of time! And perfect! No hassle and no phony "sales pitch". Said what was going to be done and it was ! Oh and as an added bonus not only was the body work perfect, truck was detailed after! Great job A+++++

Planet Paintless did a phenomenal job fixing a dent on my front fender. Looks brand new with no indication that there was ever a dent there. I would definitely recommend them!

Johnny was great!! Took care of all the hail damage on wife s BMW. It came back looking just like new. Would highly recommend Planet Paintless if you have a small ding or the entire vehicle repaired just like ours.

Jonny and the crew at Planet Paintless fixed the hail damage on my Cadillac XT5. They kept me in the loop on repair process and completed the work ahead of when they said it d be done!
