Went here right after a bad experience with AutoZone. A guy named Israel helped me assess my engine and wasnt misogynistic. He made sure I understood everything and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need

Good workers have known them for some time and I always go to this store out of any other oriellys in Midland , no matter how far I am away from the store I will still find a way to get to there cuz they always have my parts in stock and everyone from the managers to the workers are very good at helping customers

Connie is literally the sweetest person. We ve gone in quite a few times and every time we ll wait for her because she s so helpful and kind to us. She always finds exactly what we need and gets us in and out. She always has a smile and a warm welcome when we come in the store, she deserves a raise!

The experience at this location on Big Spring is horrible. Too much attitude, there's absolutely know diversity, they are rude and for what's the biggest discuss and frustration for that location, those guys DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER TRAINING. I'm a commercial account holder and been dealing with you guys forever, from Florida, Atlanta, Utah, Alabama and so on when I'm out traveling and training my guys (managers) to run the business that I proudly represent. You guys must exercise the 5 P's and don't let your demographics be your demise...

I sell used automotive batteries from time to time. I ve sold batteries here three different times and each time the amount of batteries they claim they are allowed to buy changes. The first time it was 10 the second time 9 and this time it is 5. The lack of consistency from them is causing me to doubt its truthfulness.I am starting to suspect laziness on the account of the employees.I m not sure what the ladies name is that told me 5 today but she was between the ages of 50-60 with blonde hair. This is very inconvenient for me and causes me to have to drive across town to a different store.

I needed something from behind the counter. They were busy, but finally I saw a staff member in those back store racks. I asked for help, he looked at me and just walked off. Try another store or perhaps another chain altogether.

Fast. To the point. And got the job done. Went in for a new battery and within 20 min I was checked out and on the road. Customer service was great! Thank yall. Oreillys never disappoints.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable when you call to inquire about a specific part.Very well stocked, and their back room seems massive. I'm sure they have a lot of parts in stock.If they don't have it, they can usually get things transferred from another store in a day, maybe less!

Cheaper than literally everyone else. Always staffed up, and the manager is always involved to ensure great customer service! This is my new go-to spot. Forget auto zone and forget advanced auto parts. This is the place!!!!

They have the worst covid rules. Make you stretch against bunji cords got dirt on my nice jacket. Terrible place to go.

Customer service is garbage . Came in bought a bunch of stuff 400 dollars didn t offer a hand a dolly nothing watching me struggle out the door I will never ,NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN !

Got the parts I needed at almost half the price the other guys were wanting. Sometimes busy, but a good place to go for parts and car & truck stuff.
