After 3 tries here, the last was definitely THE last for us. Took our Pathfinder to get all new brakes as the official Nissan service center I thought I could trust them and they would have my parts. December 19 I called before I came. Told him my vehicle and what I wanted done and he said I could come in now. Fast forward sitting there literally waited almost 3 hours in the waiting room just to be told they didn t have any of my parts and would have to order and come back and do the long wait all over again. If that wasn t bad enough, I stupidly agreed to pay for the parts since I had so much time already invested. 3 days later I called to check and was told the parts weren t in but they would call when they did. Fast forward to Dec 28 and I just drove up and demanded my money back. Was never offered a rental as our brakes were terribly loud just driving not using the brakes. Felt unsafe. Completely ruined our Christmas. When I ask for my money back, I was told the parts came in earlier and he was still so shocked I wanted my money back still. I was livid. Just has this stupid smirk on his face the whole time. So I learned after 9 days and hours waiting just for brakes, Trust the Midas touch.

I got my state inspection done at the Nissan dealership. Professional people, great lounge, great coffee selection and a great atmosphere in general. Nicole took care of me, she was great and thorough. Impressed by their customer service as I received a text msg from them that allows you to communicate with them while you are waiting. The whole thing took 20-30 min and I was on my way. I am bringing my wife car soon. Thanks Nissan of Midland for the kind and professional service.

I first reached out to the service department and was fortunate enough to talk with Michelle. I had left a message and she called me back - that was a surprise as I normally have to follow up with a second call to any place I seek service from. Michelle was so great - she really understood what I needed and they got me in and out within a 24 hour period. Car was in for maintenance and is running like a champ. Thank you Michelle for your professionalism and thorough explanation. Appreciate you!

Came to the dealership looking for the perfect family vehicle and left with one. Christian was more than helpful and extremely diligent, especially Mr. Fabian and Mr. David too. I also appreciate the fact that the location was sanitary and abiding by social distancing ethics that kept me at ease while making my decision.i would highly recommend anyone to come look for their next vehicle here.

Having to take your vehicle back to the dealership is never fun. Especially when you know you're gonna have an expense that hits you out of the blue. They do try to make it not such a horrible experience and get you in and out quickly so you can get on with your life. What more could you reasonably ask of them?

I loved the service I received here at Nissan, Tere and Fabian were super helpful at getting me a car with a deal I was comfortable with, and pretty quick too! I highly recommend coming to Nissan of Midland if you need a car!

Contacted dealership as owner requested about the dealerships mistake and they refused to let me speak to GM Omar as owner requested then proceeded to tell me they couldn't do anything about their mistake because the mistake was made at the end of June and I was just notified of it mid september and they have blown me since ive contacted the sales man when i learned about their mistake and now they say its been to long for them to correct it.... Should have stayed with all American cheverolet.... Theybdid contact me to let me know they wasny gonna do anything to correct it
