Made an appointment 2 days in advance. Called and explained that my truck had air bags on all wheels. The lady placed me on hold, then cane back and told me, no problem, they could do the alignment. They day before my appointment, I dropped of another vehicle at there shop, so I would have a ride home and then spent two hours washing the mud off of every part of my truck that they would have to work on. The day of the appointment I had to take my daughter to school early in order to be on time to my appointment. I got to Midland Frame and Wheel 10 mins early, and took the service adviser to my truck to show him where my air bag controls were located. He immediately told me that they could not work on my truck, because it had air bags and they had a bad experience with another vehicle before, that had air bags. I had to laeve and take my truck across town to another alignment shop and walk back to get the car that i had dropped off, to avoid being stranded. You couldn't have made better effort than I did to make sure everything was in perfect order to avoid any problems. I do not recommend Midland Frame and Wheel to any one under any circumstance.

Just had my brakes done there today. Super fast service and their pricing was fair. I'll be going back there if I need any more service done to my vehicles.

Absolutely outstanding service. I was in town for work and had a wheel bearing start to go out. It was Tuesday, and I had to drive 500 miles back home on Friday. After calling several other shops and getting very noncommittal, vague responses that essentially added up to drop it off and we ll see, I ended up calling Midland Frame & Wheel. They said no problem and gave me an honest estimate on what the cost would be. They finished the work same day, and the cost came in under the estimate. My car no longer sounds like a prop plane, and I could not be happier about the service they provided. Couldn t recommend them enough at this point.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took them a bench job and the nice manager offered me a simple ride home with my repaired part. Very nice business people. Professional is an understatement here. Prices are fair and the work is great.

I was traveling thru Texas when at Midland I had a front wheel bearing go out. I thought it was something else but when I arrived at Dave's shop, he was able to determine it was a wheel bearing.Midland Frame and Wheel was very professional and had me back on the road faster than I expected.Great shop to get your car or truck worked on.

I had really excellent customer service here, they saw me the day I brought it in as a walk in customer in just a few hours. The mechanic made sure I was satisfied with my alignment before letting me leave.This is big city customer service at another level for what you typically get in Midland! 5 stars! I highly recommend this shop to everyone needing wheel work or alignment work done. I am extremely impressed with the quality of service here!

We took our 97 Tahoe for an alignment and some other work. We were greeted with professionalism, politeness, and a great price! Will definitely be back if needed in the future and most definitely recommend to anyone who is need of wheel or frame work. Amazing place, awesome people!

Was passing through did not know I had a belt separating on one of my front tires and I thought I had a bushing going out on the front passenger side. They looked at it told me it was the tire I needed and diagnosed a couple of problems on the front end that needs to be fixed within the next twenty thousand miles and referred me to a good place to get tires right down the road. I'm an out-of-towner trying to get back to Houston and I sure was impressed with these guys they could have treated me like the air conditioning repairman and sold me a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. But they didn't do that I seem to be upstanding and very nice people. Was very impressed.

Didn't know this caliber of people/work existed any more. The Webb family has maintained high standards and expert/quality work through the years and I am delighted that they were there when I needed them. They did a wonderful mechanical job, and they were courteous and kind. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for excellence!!!!

I have used them for my front end alignment service for several years. They do a great job at a reasonable price. They have a unique shop decor with old metal cars, trains, planes, and automotive memorabilia.

After switching to a new tire, I heard metal clicking sounds around left front tire. I was suggested to do mechanical check. After 2 hours, they ringed me saying that it feels like something inside the new tire. That might cause metal clicking sound and suggested me to the body shop where the new tires were did to see it there is a broken sensor. And charged me nothing. It is highly appreciated that they listened to me and helped test/verify and diagnose the metal clicking sound. I would highly recommend this store for their professional service and suggestions.

Took my 2014 Chevy Traverse in to have brakes checked. Left my car about 8 in the morning and they called me about 930 to tell me what needed to be done. I asked them if they could have it done by 3 o'clock as I needed to pick up my wife from, they said yes. They called me back about 1 o'clock to tell me it was done. Great work and fast.

We have used Midland Frame & Wheel for the past three years for our annual vehicle inspection. The staff is always kind, professional and prompt. For an automotive shop, this place is super clean and has plenty of cool things on the wall to look at while you wait.

We had our car in the ford dealership two days previous and noticed some odd sounds when it was returned. Took it to Midland Frame & Wheel and found out we needed major work done. I had asked ford to check everything out since we had a long trip coming up, and clearly they didn t. We were so pleased with Midland Frame. They did a ton of work on the vehicle, were quick about it, and didn t gouge us on labor charges. You could tell a difference in just in the way the car drove once we got it back. I highly recommend them for any car services.

This establishment is very professional, and every person here was very kind, they were able to get us back on the road when our front ball joint came off. In less then 2 hours we were on our way back home, unlike other places that wanted us to wait until next week or had to be worked on for a couple of days. Thankyou !

I had steering wheel and alignment issue with my Tesla. I called in advance since I know not all places work on Tesla vehicles. On phone I told them specifically that I have a Tesla which is an electric car and lady asked someone from the shop and confirmed that they do work on Tesla. So I reserved a specific day and went early. The gentleman who came out to check the car goes, "oh it's a Tesla, I thought you had a real car! sorry we can't fix that.'. So unprofessional.

Robert from Carrillo's referred me here and they got me in 2 days later and did MAJOR, MAJOR work on my alignment within 48 hours and came in $100 under their estimate. When I needed a bit of a tune-up on the work (again, my steering system was MESSED UP), they did the work for free!Insanely satisfied!!

Took in my Sierra for loose steering and an alignment. Came out feeling brand new!Update 2021Took in my truck today for an alignment and once again came out feeling brand new! Two different trucks two different visits and they are spot on!
