What a great experience, we were treated like we were appreciated and never pressured. We couldn t be happier with the sales team, finance team, and management. Oh we love the vehicle as well. We will definitely visit them again for our next vehicle. Go in and ask for Art he will treat you right.

I ve looked for an E 350 for one year. I was trying to make sure I bought what I wanted. It was a surprise for my wife which end up being a very special surprise. Janna delivered the car to our house which was awesome. Thank you Janna At this time I have made contact with Janna and she was so nice to give me time to think and process different car options. I decided to not go for it back then. About a week ago I reached out to Janna online through the their Benz website. She reached out to me and we went over the car I was looking at. I am 59 years old so I ve had a share of having to buy cars. The one thing I really liked was that there was no pressure, pushing cars, options and all the above when you meet with a sales person. With Janna was not even close. The same with the finance person. I was upfront and told him I really wasn t interested in adding anything else but, by their bylaws he had to share some information but nothing like, take it or leave it. My wife and I talked about it at home and we decided, on our own time to go over one of the additions so we went back and bought their tear one service. Glad they didn t push me during my time there as I was trying to buy the car in peace thank you guys. They have a great coffee machine

Had a great experience on my first purchase at Mercedes-Benz.The staff was very supportive and friendly.Art was very patient answering to all the questions we had, also being very attentive to each detail (from warranty specifications to delivery) in order to make our experience a top level one.Matt also provided great support in the negotiation, willing to hear and work with us during the entire process.They did stand by the brand they represent, proving us a service level of the highest quality - also following up a couple of days later to see how the driving experience has been!The dream of having a Benz is now a reality, and I thank them all for being part of it!!!

Me and my wife went in to buy 1 car and ended up with another. Frank aranda was our sales rep and he was amazing. There whole team was awesome. I highly recommend midland Mercedes if you are looking for a new vehicle and great service

While we didn t have the best experience with service (communication was not a strong suit), we did have a great experience with sales. Our salesman, Abdul, was very informative, answered all of our questions, and got us into a GLS 580 (the car we ve been looking for! - excuse the dust, we live down a dirt road). He ensured we got the deal we wanted and was not pushy. Be sure to ask for Abdul on your next new Mercedes purchase!

We had a wonderful experience with Mercedes-Benz of Midland! It was a great pleasure getting to meet everyone and working with Jenna Herrera as the sales rep. I walked in like a fireball and she quickly mastered my frustration. She was very professional, understanding and exceeded my expectations during the vehicle purchase. All of Mercedes-Benz of Midland team members are great, very welcoming and highly trained to deal and satisfy their customers needs. My wife left extremely happy with her new car. Hands down I recommend this dealership! Thank you all and special thanks Art and Jenna (girl has the patience of an elementary school teacher).

So my story starts as we re driving down the road 800 miles away from home, and the van goes into a limp mode. I call up the closest Mercedes dealership, knowing that they re not gonna be able to get me in but just hoping that it could be within a weeks time. The young woman who answered the call, was polite and informative, and was able to get me in the next day at 7 AM. And if you ve ever had to get your Mercedes in that is almost near to impossible. I came in that evening just ask a few questions and was met with one of the representatives Crystal I remember that because it s my sister s name, And she went over all the options of my service, as well as what they would do tomorrow with seeing about repairing the van. In my experience, there are people that are nice nice, which is not always what they really mean and people who are generally nice everyone we met at this dealership and dealt with even up to Mr. shine, who gave me a ride to get something to eat, as we waited, was amazing. The other added piece to this is that we have a cat and it always makes us nervous if they would be able to allow us to have a pet in the space and they did(he was in a carrier). I can t say enough about the experience that And I would highly recommend this is a dealership even if it meant driving out of your way . Many thanks, Marcus

Since I ve been coming to this dealership, the ownership has changed. The last time I came, my visit was less desirable. Today, it was much better. Chelsy did a good job of keeping me informed on updates. And she did what she could to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. Mr. Shine, the shuttle driver, is always kind and amiable. And while I enjoy our interactions, it would be nice to have (or a better) loaner service. It is more convenient for those who have careers as I do. Plus, this is our 3rd Mercedes and we purchased based on the experience of driving a loaner.

This was my first time buying a Mercedes and Frank and Tammy were the best sales people I have ever dealt with. I ve bought multiple cars in the past but none gave me the attention and care that they provided. Frank was super informative and always showed he care throughout the whole process. After I received my vehicle Gabby did a great job at showing me the different functions in the car & was very patient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, they really go above and beyond and they don t treat you like you re just another number. Honestly no other dealer had ever treated us as great as this dealer did.

Mercedes Benz of Midland has great services advisors. I had the pleasure of working with Brianna Lara. Very perfectional, respectful, and kind. Brianna kept me updated on the status of my car! Problem was resolved very quickly got my car back all washed and nice looking. Highly recommend them! Make sure to ask for Brianna!

I ve had to take my car in 3 time for regular maintenance. So far every time I m told they are going to do something and I get the opposite. We made an appointment at 9am for A-service on my car, I didn t get it back till the next day. Figure it would have been done same day. Had to cancel appointments the next morning because car was at dealership. Asked to get my car delivered to my house, they said sure, what time would you like it delivered. 10am. Didn t show up till 1040am. Then the young lady asked my wife when she brought her keys to her, what tribe she was from? My wife has a dream catcher ornament on her rear view mirror. I guess that makes her Indian. She isn t. I wish there were another dealership here. It s frustrating to be told something and then not followed through. Your word should mean something. Someone should tell these people what integrity means. Mercedes is a very prestigious brand. The service just messes it up at this dealership.

Art made my purchase seamless. I ordered on line and immediately received a call from Emiliano to take care of my concerns and offer to meet. Art made my business easy and felt his welcome. Gaby helped me along the way with my mobile app and gorgeous smile. Oh and I can t forget Sal that made signing all documents a breeze, thank you because it took a team to make it happen.

Was in the market for a vehicle and over the phone the deal sounded reasonable and matched the price range monthly that I was looking for. However, once the credit app was filled out and banks did not want to pay the raised price of the vehicle since my trade in was going to break even and they were going to give me more for the trade in supposedly the monthly cost went up by 25%. Manager called to apologize to me and say sorry we ran your credit so much we were just looking for the best deal for you and we found it. Never did I say I wanted a higher monthly payment by 25% and that was never discussed until the apology phone call. Worst customer service since I didn t hear back from them for 3 days. And then when I did hear back they told me the sales man and the sales manager I spoke to were both sick. Yet the text I got the same day that they were sick was claiming to be the sales manager I spoke with? The amount of lies just kept piling on. I will never do business with this dealership or any associated dealerships ever.

Excellent service. I was away from home (Quebec, Canada) and had a transmission problem on my Sprinter Van. Crystal and Art were very accomodating and understanding, and provided good repairs in an adequate time. Thank you all!

Nightmare of a deal. Took my sprinter in for recalls. Managment did a b service also. Over $700! Then when I got in to leave the software flash they did made my ac not work so I had to leave it again.Mind you I had to travel to get there.Then they kept my shore power cord so I had to make another trip back.They did finally refund my money on the b service that wasn t due but I will never ever go back.Not worth the hassle

The team at Mercedes Benz of Midland went above and beyond to get me my dream car. They were up against bad credit, low income and low down payment. No other dealerships even tried or bothered to call me back. I thought this kind of service was extinct but they proved me wrong. Hats off to Michael Cummings.

The service is overall good, but we were told that Mercedes Benz would provide a replacement vehicle when we needed service that took more than a day. This is second time the vehicle had to go into the shop for a recall and both times no replacement vehicle was provided. Mercedes Benz of Midland has a very friendly and attentive staff and we thank them for their help.

The wait time for a new driver wind shield wiper was good. However, the video of the repair sent was of the serviceman checking my tires and brake pads. I think they got my car mixed up with another one. Lastly, the new windshield wiper works great.
