I am very picky when it comes to getting my car fixed and the folks here do an amazing job. They have taken care of family for many years, their communication is phenomenal, and guarantee their job quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a body shop!

The communication was excellent, I got constant updates about the repairs and date it would be done. When I got my car back it was cleaned inside and out, and we had someone walk us through everything they did in the repairs. I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done to their car! 10 out of 10

Very dissatisfied with the lack of communication that went on during the repair process. This repair ended up costing me $1500 in out of pocket expenses which could have been easily avoided. After consulting with my insurance representative it was determined that the shop took on more work than they could handle and my collision rep didn't communicate that my repair would be delayed well past the 30 days of rental car coverage.

I dropped my vehicle off with Loop 250 Collision Center and couldn t be happier with the repairs and interaction overall.My calls were handled by Yecenia who was extremely professional and would transfer me over to Christie who was over my vehicle. Christie answered all of my questions as well as kept me updated with each repair and even offered options to help with the repairs that could help save me money. I can t thank y all enough!My vehicle was finished when promised and I appreciate all of the work that the team had put into my truck. Truly am grateful for an amazing experience! I was extremely satisfied to find that my vehicle had also been detailed as well when I had gone to pick it up! They truly do believe in customer satisfaction. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

We were told to take my brand new car that unfortunately was damaged to another place, then referred by a co worker of Loop 250. We are so happy we did. Yecenia is the first friendly face I met, and she was extremely helpful. Rick over saw the work done and handled the insurance part. Both were professional, communicated well and patient with my schedule. The outside repairs are flawless, brand new!! There was a small issue with the molding on inside but with one request they quickly fixed and detailed the entire vehicle. I thank you all at Loop 250 for restoring my 2022 Cadillac back to her original beauty. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.Service: Body & Trim

By far, WORST collision center I ve ever used. Of I could put zero stars I would. I had the worst experience with my vehicle with them. I had hail damage from a storm. Mind you, it was pretty bad but it took them over 6 months to get my vehicle in average condition. After months and months of arguing with Rick I was able to go and get my vehicle. When I got there my car batteries were dead along with Check engine light on, AEB braking not working, and auto start/stop button not working. Rick mentioned this to me before going and told me you can just take your vehicle to your dealership and hopefully your warranty will cover that with zero care. After picking it up with dirt and dust and old glass in it, I had to take it to another dealership for all the remaining problems and with over 100 codes on the speedometer. I will NEVER recommend this place. Save you some money and time!!

The car looks great, they were done a day ahead of scheule, and not only that, they cleaned the car before returning it. We took our car here and they did a phenomenal job on it. They were very attentive and pretty quick compared to most places. On top of that they even called and kept us up to date on how everything was going. All and all they were very prompt, great customer service and most of all did an outstanding job on fixing our vehicle.

Over the last 2 years I have had 3 different vehicles repaired by Loop 250 Collision, 2 hail damages and 1 rear end collision. They have been very professional and the repairs were spot on; as a matter of fact, my 2007 vehicle came out looking almost new.Great work and very attentive to detail. The warranty on their work is also offers peace of mind.Highly recommend them for repairs. Excellent results.

My car was sent here through my insurance, I was told it would take a week to fix and it took 3 weeks. The communication to keep me updated definitely could have been better too, because I would have to call the day it was supposed to be ready, just to find out if it was actually ready. In addition there were pieces of tape left on my windshield, and little crayon type marks all over the car where they noted previous hail damage, and parts that had been marked etc. So that's annoying because I'm going to have to go through and clean all of that off. Overall the car looks good as new, but I definitely wouldn't return here for any personal business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had never heard of Loop 250 Collision Center until I filed a claim with my insurance but I m so happy I used them. They got my car in the day after I filed my claim & were super quick fixing my car. They also washed it which was a pleasant surprise. I have a 11 year old Murano and the panel on the drivers side door fell off and some of the screws were damaged making it impossible to stay on. I brought my car to a shop earlier today right by work and they said it would take 1-2 hours for them to even look at it. I didn't wait and on my way home, about 2 miles from my home further east, I pulled into Loop 250 Collision Center during lunch hour looking for a quote and timeframe to have the work done. They had plenty of cars on the lot and figured it would be another 1-2 hour wait. Jose Bosquez the estimator, within 5 minutes of me being there took a look at the damage. He said he can get it done easily in 10 minutes, took care of it right away and it was done free of charge.Outstanding service! Thank you Jose!Service: Body & Trim

All of the staff, especially Earnest, were very professional, helpful, and just plain nice. They did a great job fixing my wife's car and color-matching the pearl white paint, which I know is very difficult to do, and it only took them one week to complete. They also cleaned the car inside and out. We were very impressed with Loop 250 Collision and will absolutely use them in the future should the need arise.

Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Car came back perfectly fine and in 3 days (which was quoted accurately). One of their competitors (Quality) took 2 months for a minor repair. They even wash the outside before returning to you. We will definitely use them in the future. Great communication through a 3rd party web service that sends text updates.

I had a great experience with Loop 250 Collision. It was the preferred auto body shop for my insurance. After looking at reviews I was skeptical. I had to wait about 2 weeks to get my car in but once I did they had the car done in a week. They even detailed it and were so accommodating to wait after hours so I could make it out there. They also made sure the rental car place was there to pick me up the day I dropped the car off. I would use them again for sure. My car looks great.
