We live in Odessa and always take our cars to Julio s. We know the work will be done right and if there s issues with insurance, they contact the company for us. They let us know if parts are delayed and always give realistic time frames to complete the job. Definitely recommend

This place is terrible! Family owned the mother is the secretary. She is very rude and money hungry. They had my vehicle for two months. I still had to take it to another shop to get fixed. On top of that they did more damage to my vehicle. I do not recommend!!!!!

The lady in the front desks went the other day to get a quote on a simple repair on my truck a windshield replacement on rear and some plastic molds that had wear and tear on them I provided the windshield and parts for molds and wanted to charge me 900 also I had her son look at it and he said doesn t look like you need to pull of inside liner of cab it s just those plastic molds she insisted and said we might have to pull off everything inside , also was not sure what she was noting down on computer she had no idea how to describe repair and charge it on her system obviously the husband and wife do not have a idea what there doing I took them the truck and did not seem really interested in helping me I honestly wouldn t waste your time there , with all these other reviews I was hesitant about coming to this shop but now I know what they mean ..the wife will just shoot a price at you and has no idea of what the repair will take on time and man hours obviously shes not in the right business .

We have taken both out vehicles to Julios to be repaired. They have been honest answering our questions and do a great job. The lady at the desk is doing all the business of the shop and doesn t like to waist time that s not being rude that s taking care of business. We are fixing to have some more work completed there. I know they will do a good job.

I have had my car worked on at Julio's after 2 separate accidents and both times they were awesome! The final price ended up being less than the original estimate each time due to their ability to find parts at lower prices or discovering that some parts could be reused from before the wreck. They also had my car back to me earlier than I anticipated (a week or less both times)!! They take the time to talk to you and really explain what is going on without talking down to you, which as a female is somewhat uncommon. This was especially important on my second visit where I was paying out of pocket and trying to decide what was absolutely necessary to replace. They are a family business and really do take great care of their customers!

I just had a wonderful experience with Julio and Felis. They took the time to treat me as if I were their only customer, even though my repair was minor. I expected to be asked to schedule for an appointment, but Julio stopped was he was doing and handled the problem right on the spot. I would absolutely recommend Julio's Body Shop. Super Friendly People!

If i could give them no stars i would,the lady at the front desk is so rude, i took my car to get an estimate, she more or less told me they were not interested in doing the work. Then she stated i needed to wash my car 1st, before doing the estimate, i had been to 2 other body shops before them they had no problem giving an estimat the damage was clearly visible, she was very unprofessional i do not see how they get any business with her attitude, she walked off telling me that i needed to clean up my car, i told her she needed to clean up her attitude.

I have never been treated so poorly as when I went to Julio's to get an estimate on my car. I walked into the shop and the lady at the front desk looked me up and down with glare in her eyes and said what do you want? I had pictures of my car looking for a rough verbal estimate. She didn t even take one look at my pictures before saying Not interested. I told her this shop had been recommended to me by a friend but "that must have been a mistake." I said I would make sure he doesn't recommend this shop any more. She then tried to explain why she wasn t interested and gave me a verbal quote of $7500 (obviously too high) still insisting that she wasn't interested. I asked if she wanted $7500 and said I would pay up front. She said I don t want it. Julio's doesn't want your money. Take it somewhere else.

Just called and asked if they would be able to paint a hood for me and a very rude lady said "no we're not taking any kind of work like that". So this paint shop doesn't take paint jobs, and they also tell you very rudely. They also just hung up, didn't say "sorry about that" or even "bye"

I got taken care of with on the spot quote when the other body shop that was voted #1 by MRT voters didn't have time to give me quote !!!
