I had an incident on Interstate 20, my tire was hit by a rod from a hot shot. I pulled over at the light right down the street from them on 1788. My spare was flat. My husband took the tire into the shop to see if the man working there at August 4 at 457pm could help us. We would have paid for the air. He stated he couldnt help at that very moment because he needed to do his invoices and it would be 20 to 30 minutes before he could air up the tire. He asked my husband if he was gonna wait. He said my wife is in traffic she couldnt wait. My husband traveled northbound 1788 to another Goodyear store and they helped us out. Showed no empathy...

went in for a full service on truck and trailer service, they got right on it. Friendly staff , did a great job. Will be back again

Here for a pm. Overall okay experience and quick service, provided they did everything accordingly and accurately.Colby the manager was courteous and helpful. The techs were courteous and knowledgeable with questions.As with everything nowadays though with everyone being as shady as possible for pure greed and ideological perversion, today was another example of "I have a hundred responsibilities and concerns today, and getting service done here is going to be another".They make you sign in haste an assurance check that you have personally witnessed all plugs torqued and just about everything they've done, but did not request my oversight when such tasks were being done.When all work was done, and I moved and parked my truck outside the bay, the tech, whose name I did not get, got in my truck without asking and moved it up closer to the door so I, am woman wouldn't have to walk so far. Not your truck sir. Your work was completed. Don't touch it, don't go in it, and certainly don't drive it without permission.I generally like Goodyear service whether for my big truck or personal car at home, but at this location they could be more trustworthy.

The team at Goodyear in Midland have made some good improvements to the way business is handled. Limited staff, but they do a great job identifying the right fix for your problem. Great place to do business with. They have changed their hours to being open on Saturdays from 8 - 12 which is really convenient. Good business partner to have in the Permian Basin. I read some bad reviews but their level of service and making me feel at home is great. You can tell there have been some good changes here. Try them out, you will enjoy it.

Wish I could give zero stars!! We in cause I have a break chamber going out. Guy working the counter had no idea if they could fix it or not. Don't waste your time. Call Ryan's Road Service

I have never been treated so poorly. I called to get directions and all I got was rudeness on the phone. When I arrived and the employee who happens to be the general manager went to evaluate my tires he measured the tire tread depth. A standard practice. I started to state that there was wire exposed and that the tires were terrible worn to the inside and he abruptly stoped me and said well that due to the tires not being rotated and alignment don't tell me how to do my job. Went down hill from there. A terrible place no respect. This is a fleet vehicle and no choice for me. I will state my displeasure to my higher ups. Would not do business here!

These guys are awesome! They always take care of me. Came in for flat and they called my company for approval for another tire that looked like it was going to be a problem really soon. They also called to get a new mudflap for me since one was torn. Thank you to Elijah, Jacob, Ruben and John!

After-hours weekend service done today, on call guy was about an hour out and he had new shoes on my truck within 3 hours time. Tech was friendly and professional and new how to do all the paperwork properly (fleet account).

Everything was ok, guys were nice, but they replaced my flat tire with used tire, that was slightly different dimensions than my other drive tire... so after a thousand miles, it was a mess. Had to change both tires...If they did it on purpose, that that s lame.And again if they didn t know what will happen... than that sucks too
