I want to spend a few moments describing my experience with Jeff at Frontline Motors. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted in the non conventional dealership way. I did not feel pressured or smothered by Jeff or his other salesman, Luis. They were very understanding of my financial situation and did their best to get me approved when others could not or asked an outrageous down payment. I ended up only having to put down half of what other places were asking and he got me a great deal on the vehicle WE were interested in. Not one that other places picked for us. I am very satisfied with the straight up way this man runs his business and will be going back to him for my next vehicle purchase.

Had the best vehicle purchasing experience possible at Frontline Auto. Jeff and his staff were extremely friendly, honest, and helpful. Financing was completed quickly and terms were very budget-friendly without all the usual car salesman tricks. I would recommend Frontline Auto to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle. We will definitely shop there 1st from now on!

I just bought a really really nice 2013 Lexus. I shopped everywhere for the best price and best condition. By far this dealership has THE best used cars in Midland. I dealt with Jeff he is a true professional and highly knowledgeable from the buying process to the finance process. After i made my desicion, i was out of there in 30 minutes!!! Thank you guys!!!!

So where do I start...... Well, first of all they back their warranty. Second, I went to Midas to get an inspection to get the brake pads and rotors looked at and replaced. After their inspection they "found" a whole bunch of other issues.... The total part and labor cost came to over $1,000.00 dollars. I called up Jeff from Frontline Auto to see what they can do. Immediately they told me to leave Midas, buy the parts, and drive in to their shop. They took the tires off and inspected everything themselves. Turned out all that was needed was to replace the front two rotors! I was in and out of there in 20 minutes! Frontline Auto is extremely professional and very HONEST!!! By far this is the best place to get your next vehicle!

Oh my goodness DO NOT buy a vehicle from Frontline Auto. We purchased one cash last year in May 2020 and we still have not received our Tags for or pickup...Jeff the owner keeps lying and has not given us anything a year later....please do not buy anything here...the vehicles are no good...he should even get 1 star but I had to give him one to be able to earn people about this place!!!!!

My last option to get a car. Everybody else told us no or were asking for a ton of money down. Talked with Jeff and he did everything he could to get me into a car. Would definitely recommend anyone to deal with Jeff. A great man I tell u. Thanks Jeff!!!!!!
