I came in about 3:15 on a Sunday (the posted Google hours are 9-5 and hours were not on the door) when we got there the lights were off and doors locked. We called and the lady who answered (I m assuming in corporate) had the audacity to say they work 7 days a week so maybe they decided to close early I have a warranty here so I did make a 7am appointment and dropped the car off the next morning. At noon, I still had not received a call so we called up there and they said it s almost done.. my appointment was at 7 and it took over 5 hours to fix a flat. I work in Odessa and had to miss over half a day of work because they decided to close early on Sunday and take so long after a scheduled appointment .Had to come in again- only back because I have warranty here. Hours say 7am, but there s a sign that says will open at 8am . Update your hours and stop opening when you please.

Last night I purchased tires online that were buy 3 and get 1 free and set an appointment at this location. Many appointments are available online. I received a call this morning stating that the tire size I ordered was not in stock in Midland but that I should try Odessa because they CAN'T just go get the tires and it would be easier for "ME". I was then told my payment was canceled. I call Odessa and I am told that the tires could be taken to Midland via runner. (I was just told that wasn't possible by the Midland manager and they do not do that) I call Midland location back and ask him why he didn't tell me that. He then said he is short staffed and that he would have to charge me $43 anyway. How is that the customers problem? I was turned away and he didn't do his job as he should have especially for a customer who ordered their tires online that were available and paid. I will be taking my SUV to change all 4 tires tomorrow in Odessa because the manager there was really helpful. Very poor customer service in Midland!

Every time I go to fire stone, I always get great service weather it s just air in my tires, or calling for information. the staff always friendly and helpful. One thing about it they get busy fast so it s always best to early in the morning instead of late. Also the good thing is there tries come with warranty, which is always great.

Fast Friendly Service. We went in today to get four new tires for my friend's vehicle and the personnel was super friendly. They got all four tires installed in about 1.5 hours.

Stay away from this store, very unprofessional. Had a horrible experience, they left the lug nuts loose on the rear tires. My truck had to get re-aligned since the truck was pulling hard right. Had to get tires re-balanced since they added an excessive amount of counterweights when originally the wheels came in with zero counterweights. If you recently got work done, check your vehicles. Trash place..

I came in with a flat on my trailer. They tell me that they do not work on trailers because they do not have Jack's. What kind of tire place don't have Jack's. She tells me to take the tire off and they can fix it then I tell her ok and she tells me that they do not work on trailers after she td me to take the tire off. I didn't like the way the girl was looking at me. I felt like she did not like blacks by the way she looked and talked to me. I finally just left stranded because firestone would not fix my tire.

Very unprofessional establishment.I made an appointment for 7 AM to get a brake check / inspection the following day using their online scheduling assistant. Within an hour, the receptionist at the store called me, and asked for additional details of the vehicle I would be bringing in, and informed me that the technicians do not start till 8 AM, and if I show up at 8, they would be able to get me in and out for an inspection within about 45 minutes (since it is a dually).The day of the appointment, I arrived at 7:50 to be told by the staff that they would not be able to get me in today, and if I leave the vehicle, they may be able to take a look at it sometime in the next day or two. The man did not take the time to look at me at all when talking, and just insistently kept clicking his mouse and saying if I leave it, they will look at it sometime.Will not return with any of my vehicles, and will not recommend to any others.

I Personally ordered the wrong tire size, didn t find out until my appointment, they had the right size delivered and put on within 2 hours so I didn t have to reschedule and miss more work. Horrible receptionist . I was standing there and the guy there in the front desk did not bother to help. I went back to my vehicle to see if I could get air in my tire and nobody would help. I got off again but still no help . The second I go back to my car again I see the guy in the front helping a lady that got there after me. After he was done with her he went up to my window and asked if I needed air I responded with yes then he just walked away. Raul was the one standing there and asked if he could fill my tire with air. Since the guy in the front did not help .

Disappointed overall. Was here on 07/08/23 for an appointment at 7am. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment due to staff arriving late for work. No apologies, no good Morning, no welcome. Was told there was no inventory for tires for a Toyota Corolla, and no one to do an alignment and the wait was going to be a few hours. I got the impression that my business was not needed so needless to say I went elsewhere for my vehicles needs. I do not recommend this location.

Thank God they gave me a comforting phrase...They said sure, not today, but you should have it back by tomorrow afternoon ...I was on my way last night to bring my JEEP to my parents because they got hit by the hurricane last year in New Orleans and have been without a vehicle for over a year... I was driving, and all of a sudden, my bells started going off as I'm watching my Temp Guage climb .pulled over, opened the hood, and saw steam and water shooting out near the bracketIt's good Friday, and they were the only ones open and near enough to my house to be able to drop it off to them without having it towedThey said it with confidence...lolSo I'm looking forward to being able to get the vehicle to my parents for Easter Sunday

They won't touch anything with aftermarket parts on it. Even if the aftermarket parts have nothing to do with what you need. They're quick to turn you away.

I made an appointment for a wheel alignment for 9 am Sunday morning. When I got there the young lady said we don t do wheel alignments on Sundays. I said I don t understand how the website let me book an appointment, she said she doesn t know either. So she said you can come back in the morning right at 7 and we can get you but it will be first come first serve. I was like ok. No customer service at all she should have said let me make you an appointment or come in and you will be the first car since it was an inconvenience. Firestone was great back in the day. Will not return due to not trying to accommodate me.

Very unprofessional I waited 2 weeks for my car to be fixed when I picked up my car they told me it was already fixed I paid him 836.00 and it wasn t fixed it was making the same ugly sound so I took it back and they told me I would have to wait because there were other people in front of me I said but I already paid u Gerald is so rude I wouldn t take it here anymore.

Update** made appointment online for brake inspection, took my car right on time and made the inspection. It was quick!Took all day to do alignment and car inspection. I made an appointment online, drop off my car at 9am. They didn't take in my car until I called at 3pm to check the status of my car. If u bring ur car here expect to wait all day. Paid for inspection that was sloppy.

I had an emergency with my 2019 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss, two rear tires with nails going flat. Pedro and the crew jumped on it right away. Their professional approach and friendly service were like a breath of fresh Air. They got the job done with quality work done in just under an hour. Very sad to call yourself complete Auto Care. All I asked you all to do was remove one bolt. You weren't even willing to look at it. You just said we couldn't do it. Well so much for complete Auto Care. I guess if you can't remove One bowl considering a vehicle is made of nothing but bolts nuts and screws, you should evaluate your title of complete Auto Care. Also shameful that you can't simply do a four-wheel alignment on a BMW that's 20 years old. Yet for some reason Odessa said they could. I guess Firestone in Midland is not exactly up-to-date as much as Odessa. Strange that should occur. Maybe y'all should learn to be mechanics and not just parts orders and billers of products. Folks be careful when you go here obviously they're out to gouge people for money on simple jobs which most of us could do ourselves if we have the knowledge or took the time to simply just look on YouTube and figure it out do it ourselves. There's no reason that most of the maintenance we get done at these car center places we could do ourselves. So think twice before you spend your money if this place feels one bolt is a challenge, how good are they really doing our vehicles.

Ray(manager)and Jeremiah are the worst. They both have no idea about customer service and do not even know the basic policy's of there company. They both refused to make an appointment for me and telling me that I was never allowed to make an appointment from my previous visits, even though I did. I had to get a hold of there corporate office to make an appointment. These 2 should be working a job that does not require customer interaction. Good luck Firestone trying to grow your business with these 2 two unprofessional men. Your company will go bankrupt with team members like this.

Waited over 2 hours to get a flat repaired. Noticed a lot of rattling at the back of my car. They didn't even put the spare back where it goes. This place was chaotic and there weren't very many people waiting. I will not come back to this location.

I am from out of town and my vehicle was showing a low tire. Rey was so helpful. Not only did he check all the tires for wear, tear and air but made sure I knew what to watch for in case I have a slow leak.Thanks for making me feel safe and getting me back on the road.Service: TiresService: Tires

This Firestone shop was amazing, they were able to help us on our road trip at the end of the day on a Sunday! They were super fast and much appreciated! Definitely recommend!Got 4 new tires on our way back to Arizona.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I brought my truck in for an alignment and they tried to upsell me on everything by lying straight to my face. The tech said I needed a set of new tires even though a new 4 set was mounted a few hours before i dropped my truck off. Then they said they can't do the alignment because some suspension parts were damaged even though they had been replaced the day before by a certified mechanic. What was supposed to be a simple $100 for an alignment turned into the tech lying about my vehicles condition and wanting me to spend nearly $5000. This location is by far the scummiest most dishonest shop I have ever been too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
