I called this Dr Vinyl of Permian Basin to set up an appointment for a claim through another company, but my experience was far from pleasant. The representative I spoke to was shockingly arrogant, rude, and lacking the basic friendliness and politeness that any customer would rightfully expect. I immediately terminated the call and reached out to the claims department to schedule with a different company. I firmly believe that businesses should prioritize customer relations, and I refuse to do business with those that fall short in this regard.

Shawn is great! Strongly recommend for any of your vehicle repairs, including rips in seats, touch-ups, and more! Have worked with them for years and will continue to use.

We use these guys at our car dealership and their work is hand s down the best. I trusted them to recondition my wife s custom BMW, which had me on eggshells before they did it. The work was flawless and now they have 100% of my business both professionally and personally. One of my dogs chewed or dug a hole into my leather couch.The guy was on time and fixed it in a timely manner. The price was great too! My couch looks awesome, again!Hopefully I won't be needing to use them again, but if I do they'll definitely be my first call!

I scratched my car seat where it teared and DR VINYL made it possible where my husband didn t even find out! lol Very professional and super nice. Thank you for your awesome job and will keep in contact when there s another emergency!

Dr. Vinyl did an amazing job on our chair that we use for patients. The place that was repaired blends so nicely, it is hard to tell that there was ever a problem. Great staff!

He did a great job on a leather (vinyl) RV sofa. You would never notice the tear. He matches the colors perfectly. Highly recommended.
