We have always bought tires here and I won t leave now. Zeke took great care of me and my warranty today! Always buy the warranty it s worth it! Super grateful for discount and their customer service. Cheyanne helped get the tire ordered.

Got a screw in my brand new tires on Friday... pulled the old screw out and screwed in a bigger screw , and ordered a portable air pump from Amazon. The pump came at 2 pm on Tuesday.. pumped up my tire and drove to Discount Tire where they said my warranty covered that .. and If it couldn't be fixed they would replace it!I'll always use these guys!But the Screw trick is what I used to do when I was 16 and got a nail or screw in my tire I just pulled it out and screwed a bigger screw in and it always held belive it or not

Brought in my ATV tire and wheel to be replaced with another tire I provided. Discount took $10 to make the change and said pick it up by 6:00. I received a text that "service was completed". I did not make it back and came by two days later. When I picked up my tire two of the employees brought my tires out and gave them to me. I looked and they had not done anything? Took them back inside and said they would rush changing them out. I watched and 20 minutes later my tires are still on the floor. When I asked the status I was told that the tire was too old to put on the wheel. Funny, it was not too old when you took my money. It was not too old when you tried to give it back to me. Now it is too old but no one wants to tell me, or offer to return my money.Very sad. Discount Tire used to be well run. Something has changed. Seems like $10 is a bit small considering the volume of tires I have bought, but that was your call. Doubt you will get anymore. Had to give one star, but would have preferred none.

Had road hazard repair on a tire. Reported that i also found lug nut was missing when i swapped tire for spare. Told they'd reimburse if i took receipt, but didn't get that in writing.When I checked air pressure in tires today, the new valve stem wouldn't stop leaking. Rather than returning, again, i got my tools out. I found new valve wasn't screwed in. Quality control has really missed mark lately.

Came to the midland location yo have a tire replaced. They said it would take 2 hrs to replace. So I walked over to get food, I get a text 35 mins later my car is ready so I didn t eat my food just paid and left. I get to back to find the tire is completely the wrong size and barely fits under the fender. Really some tire professional couldn t see it was the wrong size? I saw it as soon as I walked up to the car. Not only is the tire 90 dollars more here than other places now I m waiting for someone to fix the mistake they should have seen in the first place and I didn t get to eat my food. Don t Come here.

I had a great experience once again. I needed new tires. I called and drove to Discount Tire in Midland. When I arrived I was tended to by Noah and within about 35 minutes I was driving back home. These guys definitely had a GREAT TEAM. Again THANK YOU!

Pretty fast and the service was stellar! JC made my experience here feel better compared to the Toyota dealership I normally attend to for tires.

I bought 4 tires with a warranty. Went through 10. Everytime i lost another tire it was like 13$, painless, not too long wait. I ended up buying much more expensive tires through them since they made it so easy for me, as annoying as its been constantly losing tires

I made an appointment to have my tires looked at. I found a bubble in one of them. It was about 9:00 after a 3-day weekend so it was pretty busy. There were four people working the computers there. They kept looking up at the line and say movie with you in just a minute or will be right with you. I really appreciate that being acknowledged in line. When it was my turn they quickly found the bubble checked all of my tires for pressure and depth. Took me back told me when I needed. Because I had the appointment my car was the next one to go to get fixed. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes. I really appreciate this place. Not only acknowledging Us in line as we waited but the courtesy extended to me and the others. I take all my tire needs to discount.

Over 2 and half hours to patch a flat tire. Was given a 5:40 pick up time, arrived 20 minutes before and my car hasnt even made it to the bay. I am STILL waiting.

Made appointment for 1:15PM and was told to arrive 15 minutes early and would get me in quicker. 2:22PM and pulling my vehicle in. Not too bad. With appointment will take 2hrs. I believe that s a record! after little over 300 mile drive something wasn t right. Took my car to discount tire south of ft worth and got my 4 wheels and tires balanced. If Midland can t balance your new set South of Ft Worth in Burleson can.

Came in to get air found out I had of a slash in my tire. Ky was so helpful and nice. I told him we were on the way to the doctor office . He said the tire had to be replaced. He had my child and I back on the road in under 30 mins. I love this location, the guys here are amazing it s the only location I ll go to in Midland

Had discount tire replace/mount/balance a new spare and when it came time to use it, we found the tire was not seated on the rim and improperly balanced. The vehicle was unable to be driven due to horrible vibration caused by the spare. We where lucky to be in a city that had a great tire shop that we could limp to at 6am. Definitely avoid this shop if you'd like to have a usable spare and not have to wait at least half a day for poor quality work.

The worst service I have ever experienced in this company. First trip in they forgot to finish checking me in for my appointment. Tried them again and was straight up ignored while the guys walked around talking and playing on phones. Finally just pulled my truck to get air and told the guy the censors needed to be reset after they rotated them previously and did not reset the censors. His solution was to drive it and it will reset.Will definitely not return to this location

The location off of 250 is very un organized. Went in at 8:45am and my truck didn t enter the bay until 11am . Restroom was very dirty so early in the morning

They helped me out. The third on my car blew out. They worked with the tow company. They waited fit me to contact my insurance. Checked the wheel for damage which thankfully was ok and quoted me prices to replace my tire. They have me a comparable tire to my other tire after explaining to me my options. They replaced my tire quickly even though they were swamped. They made ba stressful situation less stressful.

After having a blowout in the morning, we were able to find new tires and make a same-day appointment at Discount Tire. The staff were friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. Paul was very helpful and quickly took care of us. We were in and out in an hour with four new tires! Great service!

Update:Changed from 1 to 3 stars bc Manager fixed everything for me. However, when fixing he discovered my tire wasn t installed tightly to begin with, bc 5, once I got it on the highway it was wobbling.Original 1-star reviewDon t go here. Number 4 is the biggest issue, but here are the problems from my most recent transaction:1. I dropped my car off and told them I d likely pick up the next day. They left it unlocked in the parking lot overnight.2. Tire pressure on all but one tire was very low, a quick fix and something they re supposed to fix before they return the car.3. They forgot to put a valve stem cap on the tire they changed. Shoddy, unprofessional workmanship.4. The TPMS light is on after they changed my tire. They re saying it s from a tire they didn t work on, but that s crazy because it wasn t on before I took it to them to change a tire. But if that s true, why not be willing to fix it for me? I would pay for that. Despite the poster in their lobby saying that if your light is on bring it to them and they ll fix it, they told me Toyotas regularly have trouble with Discount Tire sensors and that I need to take it to the dealer. I know for a fact they can get Toyota sensors, but I guess since it requires some effort on their part they just don t care to do it. Plus, which is it? The tire they didn t work on, or their inability to get their sensors (which implicitly means the sensor on the tire they DID work on) to work with a Toyota?Discount Tire has officially lost my business. This is the 4th significant issue I ve had with them out of the last 5 times I ve used them.

Most unprofessional team. My order was lost for a week. Corporate finally determines they did in fact arrive and were then located by the team who didn t bother to look any of the other 3x I called. Corporate Scheduled an appointment and it took over an hour before they got started. Go anywhere but here!

Worst experience ever. Quoted 5 hour wait to repair a flat tire. I spoke with corporate and they apologized however I went to forest brother's and they repaired my tire free of charge even though they didn't sell me the tire. Took 1 hour with 8 people in line. Guess who's getting my business in the future

Discount tire is always good, just next time if you can't get to my car, let me know so I can find a place that can. Don't keep me waiting for 7 hours.
