I am very happy with my experience at Christian Brothers. Here are the reasons I would most defiantly return: 1) Their kindness as soon as you walk in their doors. 2) The Friendly service which I received from Adrian and Chad 3)The reasonable prices 4) Getting updates quickly on their findings, what they propose to do and when they are finished with your vehicle , to me this is very important! 5) Their honesty 6) Their professionalism 7) Having staff (Adrian) that really listen to all your concerns about your vehicle.

The owner of the Christian Brothers in Midland is very kind, generous and considerate. He gave me a ride after I dropped off my car. He supports persecuted Christians. Very humble and great servant of God. He figured out a way to let me pick up my car after their work hours for my convenience. Their staff who have helped me are very professional, polite as well.

I ve taken my vehicle into Christian Brothers Automotive for 3 different issues and they have been very helpful and professional every single time. Usually I have gotten my vehicle in and out with in a day or two, not like other shops that have a 2 week waiting list. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Good service, they were thorough but I didn't feel at any point they were pushing unnecessary repairs. Plus they back their work with a warranty and that alone makes it worth using them! They got my car done super fast too! They were all really friendly and explained the issues with my car so I knew what was going on!

The men at Christian Brothers are professional and courteous.They let me know what was going on and what the issues were prior to working on the car. They even sent me pictures of the issues.Labor is a little pricey, but given I received a 3 yr warranty on everything they fixed. I'll say it's worth it.My car is running great!

Great customer experience - fast service, vehicle was in and out very quickly. Honest technicians regarding what work needed to be done, and work was done well at a good price. Will certainly use them for all my auto repair needs going foward.

Awesome customer service and the rare we take what work we can handle and get it done on time concept for Midland. Dropped it off on Friday, they said they'd have it done by lunch Monday and then they did it. Even have a courtesy shuttle that got me to work on drop off day. Might never go back to Ford house again.

They did such a great job, fast and very friendly. Pricing wasn't outrageous either. Thanks Christian brothers,will definitely bring my business back and with an older vehicle I'm sure it'll be sooner rather then later

Called on a Friday asking if they could get me in for a battery replacement. I was told no since it was late in the day and a holiday weekend, but took it there anyway since I was stranded and needed a nearby hotel. When my car got there, it was immediately looked and fixed. Staff went out of their way to accommodate me last minute. Another customer told me they d take care of me there, and she was right! Highly, highly recommend.

I called them to see if they could help me with my truck having trouble with the brake system. They didnt hesitate for me to take my vehicle to get it diagnosed. They answered all my questions without any problems. Took my truck and received it the next day!!! I will highly recommend them.

While the staff was very nice we still ran into one problem. If you don't have a vehicle that's at least a 2012 they don't seem to be equipped to fix your vehicle. Definitely more of a technician shop than a repair shop. By that I mean it appears they'll work on computers on your vehicle but very little when it comes to wrenches and getting your hands dirty.

There were real quick on getting it done parts are a little pricey but definitely worth it and do a damn good job.. wife loves her jeep compass with the new struts and mounts put on it . She said it s amazing thanks guys wife loves it so I m ok as well

This is the 2nd time i came in to this place. Clean and nice place. As a women who don't know much in vehicle they try to explain to me in a manner that I could understand, what was wrong on the car why it needed to replace the vehicle parts, if they ou have that parts in town that could have been done same day. that being said that feeling that i could trust the people that works here knows the job and care for people /clients that's come in. They also have a complimentary shuttle van that drive you to place you going to after you drop off your car. Over all i have a good experience. And will recommend.

We recently brought our 2005 Buick Park Avenue to CBA Midland for an oil and coolant leak around the intake manifold. They repaired the leak and completed some routine maintenance and related services.A previous visit a couple months ago required the technicians to find an intermittent electrical issue that caused the engine to stop without warning. They fixed the problem, and it has not returned.I imagine some shops might not accept an older vehicle like this one, even with its low mileage, but CBA Midland is willing and able to keep it running safely. Thank you for all the great work.

This amazing shop was such a refreshing change from most service related companies in the area. I highly recommend this locally owned auto repair shop. Everyone from the front desk to the techs are extremely customer centric and are extremely reasonable in pricing for the fantastic overall customer experience that they provide.

Very honest and upfront staff. Took my vehicle in for air bag service light. They figured out the problem and made me aware that this issue can be fixed at no cost by the dealer. They could ve easily repaired the issue and charged me for it, and I would ve never known. Honesty is the best customer service in my book. I ve taken my vehicles here in the past and have always had great results. Will continue referring them to everyone I know!Service: Electrical repair

This is our go-to place to get repair work done on my SUV. They are super nice, communicate well about everything up front, and have an above average turnaround time. Prices are also fair, and they won't mislead you. Highly recommend!!!

My car was vapor locking when I put gas in my 2017 Ford Focus. They determined it was a purge valve. They repaired my car on Thursday, and got it back late that evening. They were friendly, and explained everything they did, and what might even still be needed. They even shuttled me back home 12 miles when I dropped off my car.

They were the only car service in town that had a shorter wait time (1 week) to make an appointment. From everyone I talked to on the phone, in person, and the owner they were all so nice and polite. They took time to explain the process and they called me when they found out the problem with my ac. They went over the options and the cost before going ahead with the repair. It took them 2 days to repair my ac and I ve now had my car back for a couple of days and everything is working great again. I will definitely be using Christian Brothers Automotive again in the future.Service: A/C installation & repair

We had a clutch go out on a 2010 Subaru Outback. The techs at Christian Brothers were prompt in diagnosing the entire issue and making all necessary repairs. For a job like this they got our car back to us a lot sooner than what was initially expected. The service and professionalism at Christian Brothers is greatly appreciated.

Our shop recently had a customer traveling through Midland and had an oil loss situation that Adrian with Christian Brothers completely helped us with. He was able to accommodate and send pictures needed to help our customer get back on the road. Where some shops would've seen an opportunity to capitalize on misfortune, Adrian and his team decided to just help. I can't speak higher of the communication and attention to detail that was given! I used to work for Christian Brothers so I fully understand what's expected as far as customer service....Adrian hit this one out of the park! Very grateful!

Charged me $500 to repair my air conditioning . All the Freon leaked out. Called me and told me it was fixed, worked for a day. Then when I called them back they said we knew you would have to come back because we only filled the Freon. They just filled it to leak all out again. Then let me bring it back to charge me another 350.00 for a hose. They definitely ripped me off. It will be the last time I use their services.Service: A/C installation & repair
