Went in for a flat repair ended up being just a very short screw in-between the tread. Very honest and professional shop, most would have just charged for a repair and not said anything. Definitely recommend this shop!!

This shop is the best! Recommended 100% for all tire services! Best employee is Nikoli and others are great too! Also, Jen is the lady in front and she is great at knowing tire sizes and the service offered! I love this shop!

Chaz was so helpful! We had a blow out during our 1500 mile trip and he got us back on the road with 2 tires within 45 mins....I normally have to order my tires since they are an odd size but these guys had what I needed! Great service for sure!

The front desk guys were professional and courteous. They didn't try to upsell me anything. Got in and out quick. The prices are very reasonable, especially for Midland.

Stopped at another shop in Midland and they referred me to Chaparral Tire, said they were good guys. They saw where when I had a valve extension installed it was done incorrectly and was causing a slow leak. They fixed the problem in record time, nice lobby to wait and everyone was professional and courteous. Less than $23 and back on the road.

I was referred by a friend,and so glad I made the effort,and went by the place...great customer service,cool atmosphere and with today's economy,very fair and honest prices,got me tires,and left with a smile,handshake and a WILL RETURN attitude..I can honesty say,this place is a rare find to the automotive industry,and a old school vibe to trusting people again with our vehicles..thanks nick and staff!!A++++++

Got me in the morning I went there. They changed the brakes on my truck that another shop told me were fine a week before. They were so bad I needed a new rotor.Quickly done and back on the road by lunch.

Went to get my tire to get fixed about 3 days ago because I saw it had a nail.. got charged $25 because the tire supposedly had 3 holes . However, I noticed my tire kept getting flat and realized it still had the same nail from before. Time to look for another tire shop cause never again.

Highly recommend this place. It s kinda difficult to find places with good customer service in Midland. This place offers not just good, but excellent customer service. Something that I really appreciate from them is their honesty. They obviously aren t interested in just selling whether you need it or not (like most places). Prices are really good and they offer fast service.

Outstanding service and prices. Honest, and reliable. I would recommend this business to anyone needing tires or other vehicle service. Bought 4 new tires for my Dodge PU yesterday on a deal he made with me about a month ago...when I got the money, he honored the deal. BEST place for tires in Midland!

3-27-21...Two more tires from the tire guys. Thanks again! Good to know there are still hard working, dependable people out here. ....Friendly people all around. I buy tires here when necessary and they have always been fair, do good work and prices aren't too bad. Sometimes a little wait because they're busy (Saturday is the busiest) but still get you out pretty quick. Thanks, Tire Guys

We recently purchased our tires there and I must say they had excellent customer service and gave us a GREAT deal! Their waiting area is kid friendly with a full play area, and it s very inviting. I was really impressed! Nikolai helped us and was beyond helpful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!!

I needed a good used tire, they had it in stock at a more than fair price got in and out quick. These guys really know what they are doing and will take great care of you, I met my wife there and they had already completed the job. Very professional had a comfortable waiting area for my wife and two year old. This is one place even a woman can go and not be afraid of getting ripped off.

Very friendly people I felt very welcomed as I waited for my husband. They have a very comfortable waiting area, which we didn't have to spend much time in because these guys are fast. Which is nice because my two year old isn't very patient, I would highly recommend them to my friends.

Wow ABSOLUTELY amazing service our family had a flat tire we were literally in and out in 15minutes and on a saturday! Incredible prices, this is where we will be going from now on. Way better than any chain company I highly suggest to anyone who is looking for a place to get their car worked on!
