I had worked in the collision industry for several years. The gentleman (Todd) who orchestrated the repairs to my vehicle, was very professional, as was his staff. He went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was returned to me, fully repaired, clean and on time. I highly recommend them.

Such a great experience! Getting your car in to get repaired from a wreck is never something you look forward to but Caliber made the process so easy! They took care of everything we needed including getting us to and from the rental place after dropping our car off. They kept us informed and had us in and out! Had a work unit needing front end work. Misty and RaeAnn, Scheduled and Communicated every step along the way. They dealt with the insurance company for supplements, which was less work on my end.Thank You Caliber Collison!

I really don t like leaving these kind of reviews, but since it was offered, it might help the next person. There is a whooshing noise while driving, as if my driver s side door was not properly sealed. Workers left some trash, but not too much. Truck was not completely cleaned from accident. Truck bed was re-lined with single stripe and does not match rest of bed. This was blamed on my insurance. Caliber probably could have communicated with me before making that decision. There was also some overspray. Looks a little rushed and unprofessional. Not sure if it is worth asking for correction. It took a long time to get my truck in and get it repaired. I m just glad they didn t push the repair cost so high that the insurance might have totaled it.

I was quoted 4 months before they could get my vehicle in to just look at the damage for an estimate. Yes, you read that correctly, 4 months. The other shops around town looked at it same-day. Not sure how they get any business done

Call the Toyota dealer they said take it to caliber collision I did first time I've ever used them I am not disappointed stayed in touch the whole time they had the truck listen to my concerns took care of the matter came out awesome the front end staff and the guys in the back couldn't ask for better and in this day and time that saying a lot thank you

This is one of the most outstanding companies in town. I was kept informed on every process being completed on my daughters car and it was ready on the day they told us it would be ready. Our insurance recommended Caliber Collision. I had never heard of it but the customer service was excellent, the staff was very knowledgeable which I really appreciated. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating through my repair needs! They turned one of my worst experiences of getting into an accident into a very pleasant and memorable one. From the booking the estimate appointment with misty, to Kimberly inspecting my car and writing the estimate and communicating with my insurance, they kept me well informed of everything that was going on and what phase my car was in. I'm very pleased with my experience at Caliber! Kim was my rep throughout the process, and she was very communicative and helpful. The front desk admins were also very friendly and pleasant. I was kept up to date on the status of repairs, and they drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental when Enterprise quoted a long wait. My truck has only been out of the shop for a week, but everything appears to be in working order. They even washed the exterior and wiped down/vacuumed the interior before I arrived for pick up. Should I need repairs in the future, Caliber will most definitely be my first choice!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I wish I could check more stars! I m not sure how the other Caliber Collision centers rate, but the center on Loop 250 in Midland, Tx is TOP NOTCH! From the moment I made initial contact with the company, Misty made me feel so at ease and from then on I felt genuinely cared for as a customer! This is a HUGE rarity in Midland because attention to customer service is just about non-existent. Then Jeremy took special care of every detail and my car was turned back over to me shining clean. Excellent experience! Our Lincoln was fixed in the amount of time they stated. They assisted with getting a rental lined up and that process was flawless. The job they performed is excellent and when we picked it up, it had been detailed. The lady's in the office are really nice. Andy was who we dealt with during this repair and not only did he keep us updated, but he's professional and a really nice man!Absolutely nothing negative to say.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Andy and Misty we re the best !! Once I first scheduled the appointment some idiot Flor didn t schedule me like she said she did after I emailed her my estimate from the insurance. However, Andy and Misty accommodated me even after that stupid employee was no longer there. Andy kept me informed the entire way and fought with the insurance by my side. My car looks great and they even detailed inside my car !!! 10/10. Ask for Andy and Misty. They seem to know what s up
