After being side swiped by a company trucks mirror, I dropped my 2016 Escalade off with someone we trusted. After waiting over a month to get it back, we found out from someone else that the original guy couldn't fix it and took it to Bustillos without telling us. I was very wary at first due to the reviews but after going to look at it after they finished, I have to say. We were very, very happy with the results. A minor mishap with some scratches that I found but they fixed it without any issues. They did an amazing job at getting the dent out and the paint match is spot on! They did such a good job that we asked them to keep it and re-paint the roof (clear coat chipping) and the front bumper (rock chips) will get done this coming week. My escalade looks brand new! I'll post the escalade the day it happened and what it looks like now. I don't have before pictures of the roof but it was very faded from the sun.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used Bustillos for body work on pick-ups and big trucks with 3 different companies. They earned my business with fair pricing, quality work, and great customer service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Customer service is horrible to say the least. Not even Pete, as the owner, can get things right. Turn around time on my vehicle was way too long. They kept putting cars in front of mine. Final product? Horrid! Found screws just thrown in the back of my truck. Loose parts throughout. Wouldn t be surprised if my 2021 starts falling apart soon. STAY AWAY!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Worst customer service ever! Waited 2 months to be fixed! Not to mention the owner started getting angry cause we pointed out all the chips & scratches Very unprofessional!! Do not waste your time taking your vehicle to this shop. I m guessing there blind had our car in there twice and for some reason came out worse clear coat runs are worse then before, they wanted use to leave the car again nope I m sending it someone else they do not do good work I should have read the reviews my fault please Odessa midland go somewhere elseService: PaintingService: Painting

Quite literally the worst place you could EVER take a car to. Unless its a valued vehicle they will forsure take care of it, but anything younger than like a 2010 nah asked for a dent repair on a door didnt even bother to touch it. We took it back since they ve already painted a fender before that was more matte than gloss and flaked off not even within months. They took coverage for the fender, but now it s just paint running and chips. Just like they state, the spelling Kolor is not the same as color, but is pronounced the same. Please take just that into consideration.Service: Body & Trim

Had taken my car to this place to have hail damage and collision repairs done and they ended up painting my whole car for some reason, and they supposably charge 3500 for the kind of paint job that was atrocious with bubbles and paint runs and not to mention they had to paint my car two times for miss communication to one of the workers and re sanding the whole car. And every time I would point out the issue the owner would just get angry and say to just take it how it is because they won t do any more repairs. So I would not recommend this place to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Pete took care of me, along with his family. Such a shame some one would downvote this guy and business, I hit a coyote and he repaired my bumper, radiator, ran and got the original paint to match with the replacement. Worked out things with my insurance company very well, also was communicative.

Vehicle taken in for hail damage and came out with 2 different shades of white! You can see the paint runs! I was waiting for results to bring in company fleet vehicles and use someone local. What a joke of a business. Miscommunication or not- the finished product says it all! Stay away Midland Odessa.

This shop does not have good service. Bad communication skills, they mess up and try to make you pay for their mistakes. Horrible paint job and horrible management. Wouldn t recommend what so ever.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is a joke . The manager is never on site and the workers are lazy and uncourteous. . the quality is bad and I saw at least 2 customers or workers storming out of this place . I do not recommend this place

Super bad service, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, very poor quality parts used, the paint was different and the airbag sensor turned on.
