AWESOME EXPERIENCE!Best shop in town .Had a bad transmission . They helped and fixed it super fast . Was able to get the out fast and be able to work .Best of it all I paid a fair price . Not expensive at all .Mechanics know what they are doing and are. Very professional and efficient.TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS DIESEL SHOP

Called for road service, my airbags on my trailer weren t getting air. Guy came looked at it for 25min and said it must go to the shop he couldn t figure it out. Told him I ll drive home w the bags down. Charged me 350 for road service .3 miles away from their shop. Didn t resolve my issue just over charged! Would he have explained 175 a hour. two hour minimum, I would have just drove home like i did in the end.

Chris and his staff really get it done! No job to big or to small.. these guys are very knowledgeable. From Clutch replacements to broken bolts in the engine.. Thank you alpha diesel, for keeping Big Bend on the road !

My advice stay away from this shop, reason 1 is most shops start a work order before starting on your trucks to keep up with the time, so u can be billed correctly , and not over charged, at this shop their is none of that if it takes 30mins ur billed for 3hrs advice stay away from this shop, it should be reported ,and it family owned the owner is good people, but the guys working for him ,arrogant..

Such a. Great Service .I had a bad turbo on my truck and they were able to help me out by finding great prices on parts while also giving me the CHEAPEST PRICE IN TOWN .This is a Trusting company . Very professional at everything they do .Will keep bringing my truck here .

If I could give more than five stars I would. I have been having AC issues for 6 months and the team at Alpha were able to diagnose and repair my truck.The owner was very transparent about what was going on and gave me great solutions to implement and got me moving again. You will not be disappointed with the level of service, communication, and quality of work. I would use this company in future if I need work done in the Midland/Odessa areaServices: Electrical, Air conditioning

Don t ever go here they charged me 11,000 dollars and stole brand new head I had sent from Colorado then said head was bad and refused to do anything that was required to warranty part which ruined my trucking career as a owner operator then put a lien on my truck for no apparent reason and now my finance company turned truck over to those crooks never trust these people they smile in your face but are criminals .Don t Ever Trust These People I had to leave their on a plane because they never did anything to prove head was bad and I don t know of no company that will send you a bad head for 4,000 dollars.Don t trust these w

Definitely do not attempt to hire these crooks as they will charge you for 5 more hours than they spent on your repair and then tell you that your being charged for the job even though that job would never take that long ,, don't get ripped off like I did

Alpha Diesel services is outstanding. They replaced my transmission in a very timely manner. They did everything they said they would do and did it extremely well. This will be my shop. I have international trucks and theybare able to work on them. They are very fair and I don't feel ripped off as I have with the dealerships. Stay away from midland international total ripoff. I will continue to bring my rigs here.

If I could give more then five stars I would. I have been having issues with my AC for months and decided to try Alpha. From beginning to end the communication, service, and repairs was outstanding. They diagnosed my issue and gave me great options to move forward and get my AC working.The owner had a mechanic stay past hours for me to go pick up a load and they finished the repairs after.I would highly recommend them for your diesel repair needs. I would for sure come back if I m in the area for repairs or PM services.

Be aware of this company hidden fees and rates when you call them they will tell you what you want to hear that they are reliable and they will charge hours for that specific job and once the job is done they will tell you that this job is not on hourly bases but per job rate only and it will cost you probably twice as they told you over the phone and when you ask them why its like that and that in the beginning shop told you differently owner will threaten you with police so all i can say is that this company is SCAMMERS AND NOTHING ELSE.

I would reccomend this shop to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service, reasonable pricing and fast turnaround time for repairs. My husband, currently started a new job in Odessa and within the first week, his AC went out of his truck!!!! Just imagine, in this crazy Texas Heat!!! Anyway, he was given the contact information to this place and not only were they priced pretty reasonably, they had his truck fixed in no time. Since then, my husband has utilized them for his truck repairs such as clutch replacement and some other minor issues. We really are for grateful for the services they provided. They go above an beyond to diagnose and repair....even if it means them leaving their shop to go and meet you if you have a breakdown. They truly have one of a kind services and their pricing is one of the best I could find out there in the Odessa/Midland area. Check them out. I never in my life left mechanic shop with more problems then I came in with. Mechanic and Owner are completely clueless and they should never be in this business. They charged me $3000 to clean my DPF filter. Which got clogged less than a month. I find out the brand new filter cost $3200. They have no problem lying and find different reasons to issues. Don't trust them with your truck and don't leave your truck unattended with them.

Arnold, the owner, took care of my semi truck issue in 1 day. Him and his mechanics replaced my starter in no time. They even made the trip to pick up from the dealer. Honest people with fair prices.

Called them for services they never showed up and still wanted to charge me for service went to shop to talk about invoice nobody had any info threatened to call cops nobody had proof of id's or licenses

Make everything really professional, they talk Spanish too! The mechanics know what they are doing and they help with everything!!
