Had our 2022 jeep wrangler delivered here for repair. Jeep Required an after market front bumper replacement. The bumper had been cut for the light bar installation instead of pulling the harness back from the engine. I telephoned the manager after noticing this mistake. He said he was going to address the issue but never heard from them again. A $1000 dollar bumper and a $67000 vehicle. We paid $14000 in repairs on this Jeep and no reimbursement for this fail. Sad Sad Sad. Keep in mind that this shop is over 250 miles away from home I gave the manager over 3 weeks to make this right before writing this review. Customer service means nothing these days.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Had to drop off a work truck to get some damage taken care of, and every associate I encountered was pretty knowledgeable about parts and services offered by the company. Also,they were all pretty courteous and willing to answer any questions I had

They did a good job on the car but the business side is lacking. I called the company and asked for a certain person, another person answered the phone extremely rude. I asked if the person was available and his response to me was clearly she isn t here because she didn t answer the phone . This was my first time calling so I didn t know she was the person that answered phones. I called back later that day and explained my situation and how they owed me money for the extra days I had to get a rental. She stated that she needed an invoice and I emailed her the invoice in February. I took my car to the shop in January it is now March. I am still waiting on a response on when I can come pick up a check or what they are going to do to make things right. If you are using insurance with this company don t use them because they don t hold up on their end of the contract.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car here for a repair on a insurance claim. They fixed the dent from the wreck but did not put pin striping back on one side , they scratched the trim around my back window where they had to remove the window, and they left a big dent in the opposite side of the car and chipped the paint. After 3 months they finally got my car In to repair the damages they did. They did fix the paint and damage they caused but the pin striping they put on has bubbles all the way down it. I would never choose to take another car here.Service: Body & Trim

These guys lost my original dog tags from my active duty service . They peeled back the window tint off the driver window. Broke seat handlePlus I went to get my vehicle service a month later and the hydraulic lifts for the hood we're missing. The manager was the rudest person I've ever met. He yelled at me andy wife. He's lucky he sits behind that desk. Valdez is his name . Do not take your vehicle here. The insurance told me to and it was awful.

The absolute WORST! SUPER SHADY!DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE... and good luck trying to get a hold of them, they do not return messages and when my car was finally returned it had more , lots more mileage than I left it. RUDE AS HELL and definitely NOT satisfied with the work.I'm extremely disappointed and feel violated. I am considering a lawsuit.

The worst of the worse. Bad service. Disorganization at work. They don't make you feel confident in the work they do. They do not inspire confidence to leave the vehicle.Lo peor de lo peor.
