I had my car in today for an alignment. After picking it up I noticed the rear wheels weren t even so I took it back to get readjusted. After taking it back I saw my car being hot rodded right in front of the shop I work at. After picking up the car for the second time and being told the adjustment I saw untouched was for the toe. I then pulled it into my shop I saw that there were still no adjustments made to the camber in the rear on one side. I had to lift the car and adjust the camber in hopes that it is relatively even since they didn t. I am very disappointed with my service even though the gentlemen that I spoke with were very polite. I spent $150 and still had to adjust the alignment myself. I do not feel like that is very professional and I will not be returning.

Christian and fair gentlemen. Went in for alignment & tire rotation, put the car up on the rack, but then discovered that was not the problem I was having. Showed me my tires and recommended I get 2 new tires ASAP. Charged me $0 for looking at the car.

I've been needing an alignment done on my truck for a long time now. I've searched and searched for so long. I was never happy with the reviews or customer service when I called places. So, I kept putting it off. I came across the Alignment Shop and saw the reviews. They were amazing! I called. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. After that, it was decided that I wanted this place and no other place to perform the alignment. I took my truck in. When I got it back, it felt like I was driving a whole new truck! This place is incredible. I'm thoroughly happy with everything. I wish I would have found them sooner, but they were definitely worth the wait!

You came to the right place .Good honest people looking to help you solve your problem and get you down the road. I ve been chasing an elusive problem on my2018 GMC Sierra 1500 and between the mechanic going on a test drive with me to pinpoint my problem and one of the owners also taking for a test drive they were able to isolate the problem that myself, nor another alignment shop was able to figure out. After much anguish before taking my issue to The Alignment Shop, she s driving like new again!Looks like I indeed Came to the right place !Thanks fellas! Very much appreciated! 5 Stars well deserved!Keep up the good honest work!

John was really helpful, since the first time I called he was concerned on what problem my truck had and explained the possibilities, will be my go to place from now on for any alignment or suspension problems, and I definitely recommend this place!!

It's rubbish, I went to have my car's brakes fixed because it already needed to change the brake pads and I left it the same.

Kevin and the rest of the guys at The Aligment Shop Inc. where Amazing. They gave me great advice and got my truck running like brand new. not knowing anyone in midland I was referred to Kevin at The Alignment Shop when i had major issues with my trucks front end and I couldn't have believe how far above and beyond he went to help me out. being a woman and clueless, he could have easily taken my money and done all the work i mistakenly thought I needed but instead he only did what was necessary at a great price and pointed me in the right direction. so i highly recommend his shop - he is not only an honest and highly competent mechanic but he is also a wonderful person - thanks Kevin!!

The people are always very kind and they listen to the issue. They then check out the car and come back with an estimate. I've used them for many years and they've always been right on and my vehicle is always top notch when I leave. No bs. They're honest and tell ya how it is. I love this place!!!

Owner Kevin & team are great guys. They underpromise & over-deliver! Highly recommended on & off internet. Brought my 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac to them late in the day and they said next day. I came back near closing time and they were done with alignment already. Test drove truck and it drove straight as an arrow up to 80mph easy.Was expensive $$$, but everything in West TX is expensive. Also, you get what you pay for.

Kevin (the owner) is extremely helpful. He is honest and fair. the work was handled within a day and he informed me of issues without trying to push extra services on me. I will continue to use the Alignment Shop!

The best Alignment Shop in West Texas. Kevin and his guys are always willing to help and explain what needs to be done. This is the only shop that we allow handle our alignments.

Had an alignment shop in colorado do an alignment on my truck before I came down here to midland for work on the rigs seen my tires were bald on the inside of the front two called him left my truck with him and he was awesome diagnosed what was wrong with my truck and told and showed me what the other guys in Colorado didnt catch when they did my alignment will be definitely taking it back to him every time I'm here in midland
