I went to buy some screws to stop the fender of my car and the seller sold me some that were not the ones for my car, my car is a Mercedes and he sold me the ones for a Chrysler, the worker removed the original screws from the car to put the ones he had sold. When I left the store, shortly after the screw came out because it was not the correct one for my car, this caused my tire to break along with the fender, I spent approximately 3 weeks looking for compensation for the damages, I went to the store and received Terrible treatment by the manager Jose who kicked us out of the store. Then I called customer service and in the end the sales manager Aaron told me that they would not take care of anything because the car had already arrived with that problem, which is not true, and then he simply said that they would not take care of it. . If it is possible for you to go to another store, I recommend it because the experience with this company is unfortunately disgusting.

This place really needs to be redone in many ways. I just witnessed the Assistant store manager be very rude to customer looking for a hose. Needless to say customer went to the competition. She even rolled her eyes at him. Very rude. Not to mention the girls up front are always upset to have to work for anyone other then who is flirting with them and bring them food. Ppl come in thinking yall know things about vehicles. If you don't that's fine still be polite and help the best you can. The managers here need a training course in customer service.

Need to get customers out as quick as possible instead of showing pictures on their phones behind the counter. It's not about them it should be about the paying customer.

Needed a new battery. Got a good one but I knew it would be a chore putting it in as I broke my wrist and had to have surgery recently. They popped it right in for me. I am very grateful.

Stopped in to get belt for generator a little after 7.00 am. Advance had exactly the right belt at a very reasonable price. I was surprised at all the truck and trailer supplies they carry. Counter man was pleasant to deal with. Parking area was slightly tight ,but all in all great place to do business.

Always a great choice to get auto parts.They have a very knowledgeable group of people who will help you. They even changed out the battery in my GMC for me.

3 people at the counter, only 1 was on the phone, I was the only customer in the store waiting to be served, finally a 4th worker sitting off to the side at a desk got up to serve me after I waited for a few minutes.
