Got oil changed and coolant/antifreeze flushed that went smooth. Happy until I saw my tire pressures. Tires were replaced 2 weeks prior and set at the recommended 32psi. This information is on the door jam. They do not replace tires or they would have a pressure Guage to check them.

The employees at the location are great but the owner is a real piece of work. While getting new windshield wipers one of the employees made a mistake and cracked my wind shield in early June 2022 and contacted management and told me to get it repaired at a place of my choice and bring them the invoice and they would reimburse me . It is now August 2022 and despite the local managers efforts the owner still has not sent me a check for the repairs. He is impossible to contact and unprofessional in this response . They have lost 4 customers now because of the poor actions of the owner.Service: Oil change

I go here for oil changes all the time. This time I got an inspection and oil change. Cost me $55, roughly. Last time I did an oil change on the same vehicle, it cost about double. Maybe new management. Idk. And it was very fast, friendly, affordable. I'd say go there. I go in the morning before traffic gets bad and too hot to sit outside.

My husband and i were driving through Mexia on our way to Waco when the tire literally fell off wheel and all! It was about 150 degrees in the shade. We had to pull in at a restaurant and almoat immediately a young man came over from Express and offered his help. He helped until it waa fixed and asked for nothing in return. Everyone there were as nice as they could be ! Thank yall!

The service was fast. But the guy told me that my car was expensive. That it took 6 quarts of oil. And it would cost 75.00 for an oil change. They also said that they checked all fluids and tire pressure and vacuum. They charged me for 5 quarts and to check all the other things but they did not. So if you are a woman and don't know everything you should know. They will screw you. They saw me coming

When I first pulled up to get a service they told me that the computer was down and they could not do any services So I told them I would come back later. So upon my return they told me that they did not have a filter to fit my truck or the oil I used they only had one quart left. I don't know why they were even open. I had done business at this location for years but since this new company took over it is a real joke. My advice would be to stay away I know that I will be and that's for sure. Plus the only reason I gave 1 star was because there is no zero !!!

I knew my washer fluid was low I expected it to be filled. I asked the guy when I was checking out if they filled it his response was yes ma am.It was not filled and they didn t checked the tires. The guys were nice and helpful I m very disappointed in the service though.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Customer service was ok. They didn t replace my sticker in the window and even though I like fast service I felt it was a bit rushed. I asked for a oil change and inspection but only got an oil change.

They failed to put the sticker reminding me when the next time I need to get my oil changed. Otherwise they quickly got the job done.

Came here for an inspection and they couldn t care less. Kept letting people with other (more profitable) issues in front of me. They simply ignored me.
