As a whole they quit carrying simple filters for 2 of the most popular trucks sold in America. Specifically wix oil filter toyota tacamo and wix air filter chevrolet silverado 6.6 duramax not buying a wix xp oil filter or k&n filter.

Please don't get me wrong by saying this this particular time but I was quite upset about my recent experience. Not at a local level but more at a corporate level being that I googled what I needed prior to my coming to O'Reilly's and the prices were astronomically different. In today's economical trying times we need our businesses to have their covid ready prices online without having to go through all the hoops before we get there. So now I'm back to square one....ugh!!!

I really enjoy coming to this location today employees there are very informative and reassuring I really appreciate the honesty that employers provide if it's something that they are unsure they would ensure to research and make sure that you are pointing in the right direction

Staff was super friendly. Helped me install windshield wiper blade AND helped me pick up the contents of my purse after dropping it outside near the entrance.

If you know exactly what you want as far as something off the shelf you will be ok, but don't ask them to look up a specialty part because they wanna know if it's a 4x4 just to buy wiper blades.

I bought a battery from them and windshield wipers from them. They didn t know how to program the battery so I had to reset everything which wasn t that big of deal but they installed my windshield wipers and the next day one flew off when I turned the wipers on hitting my windshield cracking the windshield. Never again will I shop here.

I prefer to use oreilly's because knowledgeable and great customer service. And tends to be a bit cheaper but dame quality of parts.

Not any help at all for a brake line on a 97 dodge grand caravan. Ended up going to Napa in Groesbeck were Jason was an excellent source of help.

The sign and Website say they close at 9pm yet at 8pm the doors where locked and they would not even help us. When there were other customers in the Store

This store closed early on 08/03/2020 that's to bad vary disappointed....i will take my business / my shops business elsewhere...when you needed them the most and a big let down that's all I got.....wont be back

Consumer service is great but their system flawed gave them number name address an email could not find were I made the purchase and that was very upsetting because of the price

The employees are car guys which is refreshing.Nice to know the employees know cars.Top notch employees trained by top notch people making it a top notch parts store.
