Got to work and realized my car was smoking, realized my coolant was leaking out of the reservoir. Coworkers recommended Kelvins Automotive. Called him up and he said he could look at it today. Took it over there and it took him 5 min to look at it and tell me the problem. Said he'd order the parts and get it fixed. I was thinking it would be a week without my car- nope! He said he'd have it back to me by the end of the day-and he meant it. It was ready by 3:00. Great service, great prices, wonderful attitude. Just overall GREAT guy and business! Kelvin's Automotive - you've got a customer for life. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation so much calmer!

Local certified mechanics are hard to find. The big dealers have only a few (or in some cases just one) certified mechanic and a bunch of helpers who actually do the work while the ASE mechanic just "signs off", causing low quality control.I prefer the actual mechanic whose name will stand behind the work to be my "go to" guy.

Fixed my car up well at a reasonable price! It was a bit difficult calling in to get a status update, but Kelvin is personable and great at fixing up cars, car passed the inspection easily

I am new to Mexia and was very fortunate to have a local church friend recommend Kelvin's. I needed a rear brake serviced and Kelvin verified it needed replacing. Appointment was the following day at 8AM, his office manager not only drove me home but picked me up about 2PM. I had authorized Kelvin to replace front brakes that needed attention during a morning phone call. I highly believe that his work was not only professional but very fairly priced. My vehicle is 9 years old with 115,000 miles. I don't recall doing any work on the brakes. I will be recommending Kelvin and his office manager wife to everyone for any auto repairs. Scheduled a diagnostic service due to my vehicle issues. I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Coletta at service desk is super nice and helpful. Kelvin was professional and courteous. Im very glad to have been able to meet such respectful people. I'd definitely come back for future services.

Coletta and her husband are amazing people, friendly and good customer service. Took my car in and Kelvin knew the issue and it was taken care of. Will return for future issue which it arises.

Prices are reasonable. Will let you know if he can't do certain things and will suggest someone who can. Very honest when it comes to repairs he'll let hou know how long and the cost .
